Great place to stay. Close enough to everything. They have a ping pong and pool table. Laundry downstairs. A good gym. Staff are friendly. Only issue was some days we would leave the clean room sign on door but the room wouldn’t get cleaned…assuming not a daily service they offer as it was on and off

I booked a solo room and overall, the room itself was great — clean, comfortable, and the aircon was nice and cold. However, my check-in experience wasn’t good. I checked in with the male receptionist, but he told me there were no rooms available yet and that he’d let me know once one was ready. Unfortunately, he forgot about me, so I had to follow up myself after waiting for a while. Once I finally got the room, everything else went smoothly, but the check-in process could definitely be improved.

I truly appreciate this hotel. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, particularly the entrance guard who attentively assists guests. The receptionists are not only professional but also very approachable. Overall, I would be delighted to return to this hotel repeatedly.

Great location and service. Loved their breakfast buffet. I could hear people walking by my door but I specifically asked for a room close to the elevator because I didn’t want to walk too far to my room.

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

The service is good though it could be improved. We asked to borrow a flat iron but it was never delivered into the room. Amenities are okay. Just don’t expect too much.

Waterfront used to be our 'go to' every time we traveled here and while we plan to come back more now that the restrictions are lifted, we may be looking for other accommodations. Notably, it felt completely different than our pre-covid stay. Service used to be attentive and on the spot...now it seems distracted and unfocused on the customer. Food at breakfast was largely cold and not fresh and for what you're charging...everything should be fresh and warm, e.g. pancakes, fried eggs, bacon. Shocked that the one thing I couldn't wait to experience and share with my young children was the assortment of fruit, but there were no mangos....in the Philippines...no mangos. lol Lobby service seemed to be on their phones while we waited to catch someone's attention to order a drink. Everyone was polite, but the 'standard' seems to have fallen or relaxed considerably since our last stay. Facilities seemed a bit rundown as well. We booked a VIP suite and the carpets were wet upon arrival...apparently they had shampooed the carpets, but had not planned that far enough in advance to allow them to dry. The A/C was barely working in our room such that we were sweating at times in bed. I've had better stays....here and elsewhere.

Just had my 2nd stay at lyf cebu, and they are consistent! If you value a spotlessly clean room, a comfortable bed, or a convenient location, look no further . From the welcoming security guards to the efficient and friendly staff on the 5th floor, everyone is professional and helpful. Without a doubt, I highly recommend lyf Cebu and will 💯 be back!

Strict when it comes to buffet. But overall the hotel was more than okay. Planning to spend our next anniversary here next year. Thank you Cebu Parklane!
