There's a McDonald's nearby and tons of bubble tea shops, plus stores in every direction – endless shopping! The hotel includes breakfast with a good variety of tasty food. They also offer late-night congee delivered to your room, which is a great touch. The best part is the butler service; if you need anything, a robot delivers it right to your door. The laundry service is also top-notch – drop it off at night and it's back by your door in the morning. Exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, a butler led us to our room and explained all the services. We booked the Storm Spa and Dune of Sand directly through the butler, and both experiences were unique and enjoyable. We even ordered takeout and the butler brought it right up to our room – excellent service. Booking early saved us some money, too. Overall, it was a very worthwhile experience. The room had a great, comfortable view, and the blackout curtains worked so well that when I woke up in the morning, it felt like the middle of the night – fantastic!

The location is a big plus; it's so convenient for getting around Changsha by subway. The hotel entrance is right by the subway station, with Line 2 taking you directly to Wuyi Square in just 5-6 minutes. Line 3 also goes straight to Helong Stadium for concerts, which is incredibly handy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was thoughtful. I'm very satisfied. Plus, it's just a 1-minute walk to the Changsha to Xiangxi Zhangjiajie Tourist Distribution Center if you turn left out of the hotel. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends!

It boasts an excellent location in a bustling area, yet the soundproofing is simply divine. I didn't hear a single peep from next door. The bedding provides ample support; my back didn't sink in when I lay down, and I slept even better than I do at home – I almost thought I'd been put under a ”can't-get-out-of-bed spell.” 2. Check-in was swift, check-out didn't involve room inspections, and the laundry room is open 24 hours with valet laundry and drying services. These are the details that aren't specifically advertised but truly show a hotel's genuine attentiveness. There were no unnecessary formalities throughout my stay; they simply elevated what should be standard services into bonus features, making many competitors seem rather perfunctory. 3. The hygiene was incredibly meticulous. The white sheets were spotless, without a single stain or hair. When I lay down, the fabric felt so skin-friendly, like sun-dried cotton and linen. I didn't sweat at all, even when tossing and turning throughout the night, and the pillow had just the right firmness to support my neck. I truly had a deep, restful sleep. Based on these three points alone, this hotel far surpasses many others in its price range. I will definitely stay here again next time.
