We had a fantastic time at Huafang Hotel. Located right in the midst of old city attractions, and convenient for metro travel too. Beautiful facilities, infinity pool with a great view, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Exceeded expectations! The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us with receiving packages, with our heavy luggage, and with answering questions. Thank you Xiao Tan and Xiao Xiong! The only minor challenge is the main road does not come up to the front of the hotel. But the hotel staff were there to greet us at the road and carry our luggage up to the entrance.

We compared several hotels before choosing this one for our National Day holiday trip, and it didn't disappoint. Even our picky child said it was great. The hotel is located in the Ciqikou Ancient Town scenic area, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and the windows offer mountain views. It's close to the subway, making it convenient to get around. It's also a great option for exploring the ancient town without having to leave the hotel. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the room. A special thank you to the receptionist who kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs and even brought a welcome fruit platter – very thoughtful! Overall, a very satisfying stay. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we're in Chongqing.

The hotel quality is really not like Samsung's quality. The room facilities are complete, and the items used are large furniture, small cups and gift tea bags. These are very good. The room also has a washer-dryer, which is really convenient for us business travelers. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy and the bedding was comfortable. Xiao Zhou Ronaldinho at the front desk service is very warm. The location of the hotel is excellent and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. Complete facilities and advanced, cost-effective!

The room was impeccably clean; I felt perfectly comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. What I loved most were the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. As dusk settled, I could brew a cup of complimentary freshly ground coffee, sit by the window, and take in the dazzling panoramic night view of Chongqing. It was incredibly therapeutic! The breakfast spread was simply spectacular, with everything from local Chongqing noodles to Western pastries, and every dish tasted incredibly authentic. The attention to detail in service was impeccable, and it offered fantastic value for money. Absolutely the perfect choice for a stay in Chongqing!

The hygiene is very poor. On the first day, there was a mineral water bottle with a little water under the table. There were also wrapping paper and dried orange seeds near the bed. Since we checked in almost at night, we didn't ask about it. I went out early the next morning and came back to find that the water bottle had been cleaned, but the orange seeds and wrapping paper were still there. When I moved the bed to look for something later, I found that the dirt was deep-rooted and there were a lot of melon seed shells. Speechless... The hotel is not soundproof, and the hot water in the shower is very small. It is very uncomfortable to take a shower. The service attitude is very good. The hotel that costs more than 500 yuan a night during the May Day holiday is at this level. I am really speechless... There are also bugs, and it is not cleaned.

The location is very convenient. There is a train station and subway station below. It is also very convenient to go to other high-speed rail stations by loop line. The floor is high and the scenery is very good. You can directly feel the shock of the mountain city in the room. The service staff is also very good.
