The house is very large and spacious. I get up every morning and open the floor-to-ceiling windows. I can see the sunrise and sunset. The sea is endless. The scenery is beautiful. It is not addictive to see it like an oil painting! The housekeeper brother in the homestay is very enthusiastic and kind. He will tell us where it is fun. He will also send us cut fruit plates and freshly chopped coconuts to drink. Let us feel at home. It is very warm. There is also a self-service barbecue on the top floor balcony. It is really comfortable and relaxing to eat while watching the sea view. I really can't bear to leave here 🥹 I will come again next time. Finally, the people and scenery here are worth my nostalgia 🥹.

On the last day of Saipan, because the flight back to Korea was 3 am, I arrived at the hotel temporarily booked after Saipan as a place to rest before boarding the plane. I really like this swimming pool to swim while watching the beautiful scenery of Lao Lao Beach. Our family of three arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed the pool experience alone. The Filipino housekeeper in charge of the reception was also very warm and kind. We really didn’t want to go back to the city to eat after swimming, but the embarrassment was because we wanted to leave before we used up the US dollars we exchanged. The hotel is located far from the city. The traffic on the mountain is inconvenient. Can't walk I can't use the card and Alipay. Fortunately, the housekeeper made a simple meal for us in Figure 4 for free. It is also recommended if you are a friend to meet here, it feels very suitable for a pool party.

I didn't clean the room during my stay, but when I put out the trash can and put it away properly, I was able to bring a towel change. The first floor is always boiling hot water at the supermarket, so you can eat cup noodles immediately, and it was very convenient because there were lunch boxes, bakery soup and porridge. There are pots and microwaves in the room, so I think it is convenient for long stays. Also, it is a short walk to the main street, so I was able to enjoy Saipan nearby shopping and the beach. The hotel is located above the city and is a little remote from the city. But the scenery is very good, and you can see the sea view from the window. The boss will take us to the city by shuttle bus around meal time every day, and will also take care of the round-trip transportation for the activities. It can be said that the geographical location has no impact on the trip. Including car rental! The boss also arranged for us to pick up the car at the hotel, and we can contact and negotiate a convenient place to return the car.
The boss also covered the airport pick-up and drop-off🥹even if we depart and arrive in the early morning. The snorkeling equipment was prepared for us. Teach us where to go and which ones are more cost-effective.
The car rental boss, Sister Chen of the off-road motorcycle project, and the diving coach, everyone is super real, for fear that we will come here in vain without filming and playing well. If I must mention the disadvantages, there are abundant green plants on the island. Although there are no biting insects such as mosquitoes, there are still other small animals and insects such as geckos. It is close to the sea so some facilities may be corroded. Fresh water is scarce and the water for bathing is salty. (The boss has prepared additional drinking water and water for brushing teeth) The flaws do not outweigh the merits! I stayed for five nights and had a great time every day🥰Just if you are very concerned about these points, you can pay a little attention.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Very impressive. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in every photo. What's special is that the mattress is so comfortable. It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well.
We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive.
The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the city and places to play.
The boss was very enthusiastic and straightforward, and gave us a lot of tips. It was an experience worth remembering.

The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are.
They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so.
The room was clean, and they especially liked the ”openness” of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze).

The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, as well as various cost-effective and excellent tours arranged by the hotel. They can also arrange taxis for you at a reasonable price. The accommodation prices are very affordable, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The Wi-Fi connection is great, and the air conditioning works well. The hot water supply is also reliable. The rooms are spacious, and you can enjoy a beautiful night sky from the balcony. I believe it would be difficult to find a hotel like this at such a price in Saipan.
