"This was my first visit to Fuzhou, and after extensive online research, I settled on the Shangri-La. Its location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get to all attractions. Plus, you can even watch the flag-raising ceremony right from your room! As expected from a well-established, star-rated hotel, the service was impeccable; every staff member provided exceptional assistance. After check-in, Besty, in particular, offered outstanding service throughout my stay. When I accidentally left an item behind at check-out, they even helped mail it back to me. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my trip to Fuzhou!"

"To sum it up, you can gaze at the moon at night, watch the sunrise in the morning, and enjoy the scenery during the day. This hotel, centrally located and incredibly convenient for getting anywhere, truly left a great impression. It's just a 20-minute subway ride from Fuzhou Station, right at the D exit of Chating Station, literally 100 meters away. Super convenient! 👍 As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, I saw the hotel restaurant setting up a food stall. I love seafood, and seeing those huge abalones and oysters, I bought six in one go. I'm not a huge fan of garlic, so I was a bit hesitant seeing so much of it. The abalone was 12/piece, and oysters were 14/piece. Back in my room, I devoured them. The aroma was incredible, and there wasn't even a hint of raw garlic. The chef clearly put thought into balancing the garlic flavor, it was perfectly done. I even bought four more the next day! 😁 They were genuinely delicious. If they're still offering them next time I stay, I'll definitely buy them again. 😊 P.S. Why did I give the service a 1-star rating? Because I commented that the 90 RMB roast duck at the 6F restaurant was very salty, and the restaurant actually accused me of asking for a refund 🥴🥴🥴. That's incredibly off-putting, is that what they call service? Since this restaurant is in the hotel, I'll review it here too, and let's see how they review me. I even mentioned that maybe roast duck isn't the chef's specialty and suggested they learn from Hong Kong's roast goose. Don't be so arrogant! 🤫🤫🤫 Finally, a big thank you to the meticulous service from the hotel front desk and the conscientious attitude of the lobby manager. I hope they continue to provide guests with a high-level service experience, and perhaps the staff at the 6F restaurant could learn from the lobby's service standards. 😊 When facing guests, don't just sit there pointing fingers; is that what they call showing respect?"

"Excellent location, easy to access MRT station, bus, and Grab a ride to visit nearby restaurants, shopping places, supermarkets and scenery attractions. We stayed in this hotel for 6D5N. The room was well designed and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The air-conditioner provided cool air all the time. Due to the hot climate, most of the afternoons, we stayed in the room enjoying watching a variety of TV programs. Breakfast is good and wide spread including local traditional food and western food. Exceptional services received from the front desk staff, they were helpful, patient to answer your queries. An exceptional thank to 佳佳, she was helpful and patient to provide informations and guidance how to use Internet App to accessing interesting places, restaurants, Supermarkets and public transport. Furthermost, in the last night staying, my wife's legs suddenly wouldn't walk even wouldn't stand up (due to a long distance walk at 福道). 佳佳 also provided great help to relief our panic, i.e. providing my wife with a wheelchair, meal and etc on. 谢谢妳,佳佳. We had a pleasant and wonderful stay in this hotel. It is a nice hotel to be recommended."

"My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel. "The hotel is a very good choice, suitable for tourism and vacation. It is located on the edge of the Minjiang River. In the morning, the curtains of the room are opened just facing the famous Gushan Mountain in Fuzhou. A good mood for the day starts in the morning. There is a plank road outside the hotel, which is a good choice for morning exercise or evening walks. The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and you can smell a very fresh fragrance as soon as you enter the lobby. The hotel lobby is not big but very warm. The flowers in the lobby are all fresh flowers, which are carefully arranged. The bed in the room is very comfortable, not soft or hard. I asked the service staff if it is a Simmons brand mattress. It is clean and tidy. The service staff is very enthusiastic and willing to provide various help. I accidentally broke the cup in the room and cut a small hole. The service staff sent disinfectant and Band-Aids, warm greetings, and also replaced another one in time. When checking out, I mentioned whether I had to pay for the broken cup. Not only did I not charge it, but I also asked if we wanted to bring two more bottles of water when I knew we were traveling by car. It is very heartwarming. The breakfast is rich, with Fuzhou-style snacks such as pot edges and flat meat, which taste very good. It is cost-effective and the price is right for May Day. It is a hotel worth staying in and recommending."

"設施：設施也沒得挑，很與時俱進的一家酒店，第一次這麼全面的體驗電動馬桶。且本酒店是這幾天住店第一家有備涼拖的酒店，綿拖質量也很好，但是因為是淡季，或者特價房，未備茶飲（前台“小哥”解釋）。 衞生：這也沒得説，很是乾淨。 環境：晨起開門的那刻，空氣，陽光，太驚喜了，簡直身處室外桃園，室外公區風景也很別緻，二樓有個大露台，正對一顆大榕樹，雖説會影響些許風水，但是陽光透過樹葉照過來的那刻，確實讓人驚艷。 服務：這個就很差強人意了，有種虎頭蛇尾的感覺，除了客房大姐一人多用很和藹可親外，前台那位“小哥”就不太讓人有體驗感了，淡季夜晚入住時未坐前台，辦理入住前電話告知，打電話就出來，原因可以理解。第二天因為淡季，去鼓嶺遊玩，也先跟前台打了招呼，如回來不及時先電話通知，結果換班又遇昨晚那“不坐枱”的“小哥”，雖已過退房時間許久，因淡季和已打過招呼，已過四點，未留心時間，結果第一個前台電話就是通知行李已被清理之前台，雖檢查無重要物品遺失，但深感未受到起碼的尊重，論之無果，藉口諸多。且因淡季，深夜入住後不久，公區走廊燈就關了，關燈後確感陰森，許些夜景未能捕捉。望酒店管理調整淡季管理模式及人員素質培訓。後續如有緣分見**詳評。"

"We booked this hotel with low tide in mind, as the beach is right behind it, accessible via a convenient private gate with a room key. The sweet receptionist even upgraded our room for us, which was much appreciated! While our main goal was beachcombing, the hotel itself was surprisingly excellent. It's a fantastic family-friendly place where kids can easily spend an entire day playing without leaving the premises. The beachcombing was an unexpected bonus – we actually managed to catch live fish, shrimp, small crabs, conchs, and various shellfish! We were absolutely thrilled! Afterwards, we took our fresh catch to a seafood restaurant in Zhanggang Street to have them cooked, enjoying them alongside some homemade marinated seafood and beer. That night was pure bliss! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. It's truly ideal for a family getaway, especially for kids who love beachcombing."

"We were welcomed by 阮晓城 at the reception counter and he was very hospitable and warm! Check-in process is very smooth and he assisted us to ensure that we get all 4 rooms on the same floor. Room is cosy and breakfast buffet spread is very sumptuous!"
