"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, on par with the excellent service we've come to expect from Shangri-La hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Annie arranged our room inspection, and Jade called us a day in advance to ask about our needs, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared. As there were two adults and one child, we were delighted to find three sets of slippers and toiletries in our room – a really thoughtful touch. The welcome fruit and the nostalgic three-ring olives were a pleasant surprise. Peri provided a quick check-out and follow-up experience, making the entire stay very enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff we met in the corridors were incredibly warm and genuine, always greeting us and exchanging pleasantries. When we requested an extra duvet, room service delivered it within just two minutes. The staff at the Horizon Club, especially a gentleman in a dark suit and a lady we met at breakfast, were exceptionally professional. The concierge team was also wonderful, always coming forward to open the car door for us whenever we arrived or departed. Our two-day stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou was simply perfect! Many thanks to the management team and all the service staff."

"Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart.
When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care.
From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!"

The owner was very helpful in helping us installing wechat and carrying our bags. Then, we asked him whether he could send us to the airport at 5 a.m. Surprisingly, he knocked on our door the next day to check up on us for the transport to airport.

The breakfast staff were incredibly pleasant, polite, and friendly, with genuinely sweet smiles that made you feel welcome.
My only complaints were that the room was too hot, and there was a slight sewer smell. While the river-view room offered beautiful scenery, the soundproofing wasn't great. The location is a bit out of the way with not much around, but it's only a 10-15 yuan taxi ride to the scenic spots."

Straight out of a fairytale! Perched on Gulingshan, this resort offers breathtaking city views and is such a relaxing escape. I'll definitely be back many, many times whenever I have the chance! The guesthouse and coffee shop are right next to each other, giving it a wonderfully secluded feel. The room was super comfortable with a great layout, spotless and tidy! The staff were all incredibly nice! Breakfast is included with your stay, and they offer a huge variety, all very nutritious, haha! You can catch a bus just a few hundred meters away, super convenient for getting around. I feel like I could spend ages in the coffee shop when I have free time. If you're not into ticking off tourist spots, just lounging here on holiday is absolutely perfect!!! And the cat is adorable, looks very well-fed, like a tiger-striped floss roll! Any worries while staying here?! None at all!!!

前段時間被城市裡沒完沒了的工作和嘈雜的環境搞得心煩意亂，我和家人朋友們一拍即合，決定去松季自然生態度假村躲個清凈。這一趟去下來，就一個字，值！
剛到那兒，我們就像被施了定身咒，完全被眼前的景色給震住了。連綿的青山一座挨着一座，山上全是密密麻麻的松樹，風一吹，松濤陣陣，就像一首天然的交響曲。山下的花海五彩斑斕，各種花兒開得那叫一個熱鬧，香氣直往鼻子裏鑽。我們幾個女生一下子就興奮起來，在花叢裏又是拍照又是嬉戲。沿着小徑往前走，一條小溪在陽光底下閃着光，溪水叮叮咚咚地響，感覺像是在給我們演奏歡迎曲。
我們住的是木屋，外觀看着普普通通，可一進去，温馨的感覺一下子就把我們包圍了。屋裡的木質傢俱散發著淡淡的木香，床又軟又舒服，感覺往上面一躺就能做個美夢。晚上躺在床上，聽着外面蟲鳴和松濤聲，整個世界都安靜了，我們幾個朋友興奮得嘰嘰喳喳聊到半夜。
在吃的方面，度假村給了我們一個大大的驚喜。他們用的都是當地新鮮的食材，做出來的菜味道地道得很。清炒時蔬又脆又甜，比城裡的菜好吃太多了。大家圍坐在一起，一邊大快朵頤，一邊談天説地，熱鬧得不行。
娛樂項目也豐富得很，我們玩得那叫一個開心。白天，我們在溪邊打水仗，互相潑得渾身濕透，笑聲在山谷裏回蕩。一起去爬山，雖然爬到山頂累得氣喘吁吁，但山頂的風景美到讓我們覺得一切都值了。
這裏的工作人員服務也特別貼心。剛到的時候，他們就熱情地幫我們拿行李，還詳細地給我們介紹各種設施和活動。遊玩的時候有啥問題問他們，他們總是耐心解答。
這次松季自然生態度假村之行，真的是一次難忘的體驗。和朋友們一起逃離城市，投入大自然的懷抱，身心都得到了徹底的放鬆。

I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile!
The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹
To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience.

The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious!
Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time!

Guest UserThe weather is particularly sunny today. There are large clouds outside the window. The sunshine shines into my room. I feel it quietly on the bed. The whole room was extremely quiet, as if isolated from the world. The bustle outside the window and door had nothing to do with me. This is what I particularly like about the hotel. The scenery is beautiful and the room is quiet. What's also worth boasting about is the equipment in the room, which is the best experience I've had in countless hotels. Fully intelligent thermostatic toilet, high-definition TV, and latex mattress with excellent experience. Green is a hotel I will choose again next time.

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

Guest UserI came here based on recommendations, and the environment and hygiene exceeded my expectations. All the facilities in the room were spotless and in perfect condition, and the public lounge area was also tidy and clean. The hot spring area had its water changed and maintained daily, which made me feel very comfortable and safe soaking in the springs. The staff were all very professional and courteous, providing meticulous and warm service. Any requests I had were addressed promptly, making my stay both relaxing and pleasant.

Guest User1. [Excellent sea view] The balcony of the room is facing the sea, unobstructed, and the sunrise and sunset are beautiful. It’s so pleasant to lie on the bed and listen to the sound of the waves!
2. [Location full score] Going out and crossing the road is the beach, the real ”sea-friendly” hotel. It is super convenient to play in the sand and the waves, and it is the first choice for children.
3. [Service intimate] The front desk is warm and the sea view room is upgraded for free. A small gift was given when I left the store, which was very warm.

Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

The service is very good. Seeing that I brought two children, they took the initiative to upgrade me to a sea view suite. I added the customer service WeChat and they responded to any needs in a timely manner. The two-bedroom and one-living room suite is cleaned carefully every day, which is better than the general apartment room management. It is recommended to stay in the apartment building, the view is great, there is an elevator downstairs to the beach, the sand is very fine, and the beach environment is also carefully maintained. There are relatively few restaurants around, but otherwise it is not much worse than Sanya. A good place for vacation!
