The hotel facilities are complete, with lots of space for kids to play, and the decor style is perfect for families with children. The room is very large; it feels like four or five people could comfortably stay in one room. The room is clean and hygienic. There are public commercial facilities and hot springs on the island, but you need to drive to them. The hotel front desk service was warm and thoughtful. They even gave us a takeout box for the leftover eggs and bread from breakfast, and when we checked out, they gave each of us a small gift and bottled water. I absolutely loved it! 😍 I'll definitely come again.

I've been to Changbai Mountain four times in the past two years, and three of those times I stayed at Wanda. This trip, I decided to try out Luneng Swiss. The room was nice and well-equipped, even including an iron and a humidifier. The hot water system was an independent electric heater, which was enough for two people, though the water pressure was just okay. During peak hours, you might need to queue at the entrance for breakfast until staff can guide you in. They had a good variety of options, including some local Northeastern specialties. The shawarma for dinner was a hit with the kids. Honestly, the restaurants in the commercial street looked pretty mediocre. Burger King closes at 9 PM, but you can order through their mini-program on your phone. If you're into off-roading, definitely splurge a bit more to go up the mountain – it's absolutely thrilling!

Changbaishan Haolike Hotel: A Snowy Trip Warmed by Linlin's Service During my trip to Changbai Mountain, Haolike Hotel gave me an experience far beyond my expectations. I especially want to commend Linlin, our housekeeper, for her exceptional service! As a five-star hotel, the amenities here are already impressive—the spaciousness is truly impressive—but Linlin's service elevated this comfort to a truly touching experience. Before check-in, she proactively contacted us to arrange airport pickup and provided us with advance notice of the resort shuttle bus schedule and a guide to the ski resorts, saving us the trouble of planning our trip. Throughout our stay, she responded instantly, from helping us book the popular rime rafting, reminding us of hot spring hours, to answering questions about room amenities. Even when she wasn't on duty, she promptly addressed all of our needs. Most thoughtfully, upon learning we were traveling with children, she brought them special snacks and recommended a less crowded and fun Baby Park. Her attention to detail was evident. The hotel's efficient service and Linlin's personalized care complemented our snowy trip exceptionally smoothly. Such professional and warm service deserves all the praise!

Choosing the M Gallery by Sofitel Luneng during this trip to Changbai Mountain was an absolutely brilliant decision ✌️ Manager Coco proactively reached out before our stay, providing excellent service. Not only did she offer a check-in guide, but she also shared many helpful tips for traveling around Changbai Mountain. We encountered a minor issue before checking in, but the hotel promptly assisted us in resolving it, and communication was seamless. We could see Changbai Mountain right from our window, which was truly breathtaking. The hotel boasts beautiful scenery and numerous surrounding amenities. The firework show (打铁花) was spectacular! I'd love to visit again!

I booked an all-inclusive package. Since dining options within the broader Luneng resort area were a bit inconvenient, having Club Med's all-inclusive plan was absolutely perfect. The service was exceptional. The Mini Club staff, front desk, bar, and housekeeping personnel were all incredibly friendly and professional, always ready and willing to assist with any request. Even the Village Chief was very welcoming. The entire team was incredibly well-coordinated. Activities offered included yoga, cycling, aerobics, and hiking, ensuring both adults and children had a fantastic time. The only minor drawback was the high guest volume during the summer. With constant foot traffic in the corridors, the soundproofing wasn't great, which meant we were easily disturbed in the evenings and mornings. However, this minor flaw didn't detract from the overall excellent experience. I would definitely choose Club Med again on my next trip to Changbaishan.

Facilities: This was my parents' and children's first trip to Northeast China, so I specifically chose a hotel with local cultural characteristics. We stayed at West Slope for 4 days, and this hotel was definitely the most satisfying. I was so glad we only booked one night at the two Wanda hotels beforehand; once we got to Yuanxiang Minshu (Original Folk Inn), I really wished we could have stayed another night, even in the snowy weather, just to explore. The kids even said of the breakfast, 'I want to try a little bit of everything!' And the outdoor Baisha Peak was absolutely captivating. Hygiene: This hotel offers excellent value for money. You can tell the quality by the towels. Environment: It's located in a separate area of Huamei, with shuttle carts available for transport. It's perfect for a stroll; everywhere is vibrant and full of life, with grass gently swaying and a refreshing floral scent in the air. The hot springs and other areas are about 1 kilometer away, which was ideal for a morning run with the family. Outside the window, there's lush greenery, and directly opposite the entrance is the Shaman stage. Service: The service response was very prompt and generous, clearly reflecting professional hotel standards. This is the only hotel I would recommend for a trip to Changbai Mountain West Slope.

This hotel is really a surprise! I would like to especially praise Miss Zhang Huixin at the front desk, who arranged everything for me very well! The lady not only patiently and meticulously introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions to me, but also coordinated and arranged my itinerary in a timely manner. The hotel's car pick-up and drop-off service is also very good. Miss Zhang Huixin will communicate and coordinate in time. One night, it was very late, and she also arranged for a master to come over. It was really warm, especially when I was traveling alone, giving me a full sense of security! She also took the initiative to ask about the purpose and itinerary of my trip, and provided me with many thoughtful suggestions based on this. Her suggestions were both practical and thoughtful, making me feel the warmth of home. The hotel also arranged a rich itinerary, which made this trip really full of surprises and constantly surprised me! Changbai Mountain in winter is really worth coming! The service of the lady is like a warm spring breeze, which makes people happy and comfortable. She won my praise and trust for this hotel with her professionalism and enthusiasm. If I have the opportunity to come to this city again, I will definitely choose this hotel again ✈️✈️✈️✈️

The hotel is relatively remote in the development zone. It is difficult to eat in the town 3 kilometers away. So I can pack it back to the hotel to eat because I want to drink. The room was large, spacious and bright. After I checked in, I found that some lights were broken and not bright. The boss immediately arranged for repairs. The service was still very thoughtful. The sanitary environment is very good.

I went to Changbai Mountain during the 11th holiday. It was good to have such a hotel near the scenic spot. It was clean and hygienic. The key proprietress was very good. Before I came, I communicated by phone and asked to bring more clothes. I learned that we were traveling by car late and left us a parking space. There is a place to eat next to it. The amount is large and affordable. Meet the need to rest during the journey.

沒拍照片但是真的是非非非非常滿意的一次住宿！可以説是出去玩住過的酒店裡最好的一家了！！🛏️國慶期間很多酒店預訂後都不支持退款的，但是這家睿柏雲甚至入住當天18:00錢都可以退款，對於搶票結果未知或者突然改變行程的人非常友好；🏨今年9月才開業的酒店，所有設施都非常新，非常乾淨，隔音也很好，完全聽不到外面的聲音，床特別舒服，空間很大，洗漱台也很寬敞放化粧包什麼的完全沒問題，屋裡是智能家居，熱水空調什麼的也沒有出現過任何問題，走廊盡頭可以洗衣服烘衣服；🚄位置就在長白山西站門口，出站100m就到了，雖然在鎮子邊但到鎮子裏吃東西也不遠，就2km左右，打車走路都可以；去西坡集散中心打車也很方便，去玩漂流什麼的可以在小紅書or**買一站式接送的；🍖我們沒住比較著名的萬達度假區or西坡集散中心附近，我們住的位置應該是本地人比較多的地方，沒那麼重的商業氣息，晚上在小鎮裏面瞎溜達很安靜，酒店附近也不嘈雜，但是想點任何外賣都可以點到並且機器人送上來的速度也很快；🫶🫶🫶老闆人超級好！！！我一開始定了一天的高級大床房和3天的豪華大床房（因為第一天高級大床房便宜一百多）我跟她商量可不可以給我第一天和後面幾天的房間安排近一點兒，好搬，她二話沒説就説直接給我第一天的房間升級成豪華大床房；一開始沒注意到酒店離高鐵站那麼麼近，還問老闆能不能接站，老闆甚至都沒説“很近”之類的話，直接答應來接我們，後來我們發現很近才告訴老闆不需要了。總之！！！非常推薦這家睿柏雲，出行前看了一週左右的酒店都快看破防了，要麼太貴，要麼又貴又舊，各種不滿意，這家真的是本次旅行的大亮點之一！！
