Granada Centro Hotels

It's a good hotel newly renovated and in a great location. The window is very special (perhaps inherited from the building itself) which blocks the noise from the street really well. Though i really want to love the hotel but your neighbors matter a lot. You could literally hear every word, get to know the gossip they're talking about and enjoy the music with them whole night just by lying on your bed. Also, luggage deposit will change you 3 euro.

The room was nice and spacious. Luggage could be stored at the front desk. The hotel breakfast was okay, but after staying several nights in a row, I didn't feel like eating it the second day. The air conditioning wasn't very warm, so I caught a bit of a cold.

I stayed in Granada for two days and chose this central hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It's a typical old-school Spanish traditional hotel; the decor isn't trendy, but it feels solid and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and bright, and all the facilities are in excellent working order. Hygiene was no concern at all; the bedding and bathroom were spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic – within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) of the main street in the old town and Granada Cathedral. The walk takes you through charming residential areas and small plazas, which is lovely. It's a bit further to the Alhambra, about 30-40 minutes on foot, passing by some other key attractions along the way. The service was also a big plus. The front desk staff were very patient, providing detailed recommendations for sightseeing and dining during check-in, and even helping with route planning. The hotel also has a small bar and a restaurant. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was perfectly satisfying, and it was great to be able to fill up before heading out to explore. Overall, it's a very reliable traditional hotel. It doesn't rely on flashy marketing, but it offers a genuinely comfortable stay and excellent value for money. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to truly explore Granada.

The room was probably shared by about 10 women, but I was grateful that they had neatly prepared individual curtains for each bed. The shower and toilet were also clean, making for a great stay!

Facilities: The facilities are not this hotel's strong suit. Given its long history, the amenities are quite old, but at least they are clean. Cleanliness: As expected from a luxury hotel, the cleanliness is impeccable. Environment: It offers a great view overlooking the entire old town, and the environment is excellent. Service: The service is also very good. The front desk staff are experienced and can help you plan your day's itinerary.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Incredible hotel with true 5-star service, from arrival to departure. An excellent experience, and a rooftop pool with a breathtaking view of the entire city, especially the cathedral. Don't hesitate, just go, even for one night, it's amazing!

I only stayed one night, so it was a bit rushed. I forgot to take pictures of the room, only the bathroom. However, the room was still very spacious and clean, with all the essentials, and the bathroom was also roomy. The shower water was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The front desk staff spoke English, making check-in smooth! The location is excellent, right in front of the British Palace, with many dining options nearby. Very good indeed! 👍

In terms of transportation, the hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Granada. It takes about five minutes to walk to the Cathedral and about half an hour to walk to the Alcazar Palace. You can also take the bus. Driving is relatively troublesome. It is not easy to park at the entrance of the hotel. The cooperative parking lot Parking Triunfo takes about 10 minutes to walk, and it is not easy to find, and it is easy to miss the entrance and exit. You can get a discount if you pay the parking fee in advance at the hotel front desk, about 16 euros a day. In terms of facilities, the living room and bedroom of the two-bedroom suite are quite spacious, but the room facing the street is noisy at night, and the sound penetration downstairs is strong. The facilities in the house are relatively old. We were going to use a kettle to boil water. As soon as we plugged in the socket, the circuit breaker tripped. It was dark and dark. After waiting for 15 minutes, the hotel arranged an electrician to repair it before the power was restored. The hotel will provide free water. In terms of check-in and service, we arrived late, and there was no front desk service at 9 o'clock. However, although the self-service check-in process is more cumbersome (you need to press three bells and make three calls in sequence), it was generally smooth. When I came back to pick up my luggage after checking out the next day, the attitude of the front desk was very average.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, reception was incredibly slow. There was only one person on duty, and there was a queue. The cleanliness was fine, but the room was very bright in the morning. I had breakfast booked, and it was a real disappointment, especially the service. Everything was neglected; some items weren't replenished, and others, like the eggs, looked like they'd been prepared a while ago. There were many other issues, and they didn't clear the tables either; several tables had empty plates.
