"Two 70-year-olds came to Baise by car, stayed at the Swallow Return Hotel, and the experience was awesome! The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to the Hengji Plaza Food City, the free parking lot is spacious, and the self-driving parking is super convenient. The room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the elderly live in a particularly safe place.
Downstairs is the food city, eating is super convenient, local powder, roasted pork and other snacks are rich, the taste is light and suitable for the elderly. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and actively introduces the surrounding attractions and food, and cares for the elderly. "The hotel was barely acceptable; it had a traditional, old-fashioned feel and a sense of age. Breakfast was extremely basic, with dishes similar to those from a roadside stall. The room furniture was old and heavily soiled; the sofa had unidentified stains, and the walls were covered in various blemishes. This was beyond the scope of the cleaning staff's responsibility and required a complete renovation.
Initially, parking was in the basement, but the front desk said it wasn't free, only above-ground parking, and that the basement was under the property management's control, making it difficult to negotiate parking fees. Later, it turned out that even exiting above ground required payment, and I learned that I had to scan a code at the front desk every time I left, which was very inconvenient. When checking out, I was asked to leave my belongings at the front desk, but they refused.
A deposit was required for check-in, and having stayed in so many hotels across the country, I haven't paid a deposit in a long time.
In short, the hotel had many problems, none of which were the responsibility of the staff. The hotel's management systems and quality control needed to be more modern and up-to-date. I suggest improvements and a more generous approach."

"Come to live in the off-season, the price is OK. The little girl at the front desk had a good attitude, but she was not willing to help us choose a high point in our room, and the privacy on the lower floor was almost. The toilet looks fully automatic, but it needs to be manually used. Breakfast is good, this price variety is still more. The hotel has a parking lot, suitable for self-driving. Walk for about ten minutes nearby, there are meals and supermarkets. On the other side of the river is the new district, and they belong to the old town."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to a food street with all sorts of irresistible local snacks. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless, making for a super comfortable and worry-free stay. The sugarcane wolfberry red dates, and the jasmine tea was also very fragrant. I checked out today and poured a cup to the thermos cup. The front desk specially packed a few bags for me to take away. The room was well lit. Clean and hygienic, by the way, there are many supplies in the hotel lobby, makeup remover towels, eye masks, hair clips and hair circles. The facilities are very complete. If you need it, you can call the front desk to send it. The service is very good. The price is super high. There are many delicious foods downstairs.

However, there were cleanliness issues in the room, specifically a strange odor from the bedside table and toilet. I suggest improving the cleaning to avoid affecting the guest experience.

GGuest UserAdvantages: I am very satisfied with the room type. It has two bedrooms, one living room and three bathrooms. It is suitable for bringing older children. The view from the room is great. Each room has a large terrace. The terrace of the living room and master bedroom faces Haokun Lake and the distance. The mountain peaks we stayed in were misty and rainy for a few days, and from a distance it looked like an ink landscape painting.
Disadvantages: The service attitude at the front desk was lukewarm. We arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening because the room was not in the main building, but in another small building. It was dark outside and there was insufficient lighting. There was no waiter to take us to the room, so we had to fumble around by ourselves. Looking for a room, and there is no elevator and no attendant to help carry the suitcases.
The room is hygienic. I don't know if the sheets in the master bedroom have been changed or washed, but there are water stains and hair. Others are basically satisfactory.
There are very few breakfast varieties, only rice noodles are relatively delicious, and the rest are unpalatable.
