"The hotel's facilities are excellent; the mattresses are pristine white, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, the shower has strong water pressure, and the floor drain is unobstructed. There is parking available in front, so parking is not a problem for those driving. The hotel service is superb; both the front desk staff and the floor attendants are very attentive, proactively greeting guests and enthusiastically helping them solve problems."

"The hotel environment is beautiful and perfect for a vacation. We checked in on February 24th, and it was still quite busy. The surrounding area is also lovely, nestled among mountains with fresh air. However, since the holiday wasn't quite over, the occupancy rate was high, and the hotel staff were clearly insufficient, leading to inadequate service. The swimming pool was neglected, filled with fallen leaves, making it unusable. In the restaurant, there were only a few staff members who were overwhelmed and eventually just gave up. For breakfast, with so many people, they simply couldn't keep up with clearing tables. Overall, aside from the nice environment, the service was virtually non-existent. The staff seemed untrained and couldn't answer many questions. It felt like they were overwhelmed by the crowd today. We had booked for four nights, but couldn't stand it anymore, so we checked out two nights early. The hotel was good about providing a full refund, which was a plus. I'd recommend it for vacationers who prioritize the environment, but avoid going during peak times; maybe then the service would improve."

The hotel front desk is located in a shop facing the street. It is relatively deserted and not many people live there. facility: The room is relatively ordinary, simply decorated. The guest room is generally hygienic and dusty. The bathtub is a little dirty and I dare not use it. Everything else is fine. There is a small hall in the suite with only a square table. Wouldn't it be better if a simple sofa could be placed there? breakfast: Breakfast was provided when you checked in, and you ate it directly in the owner's cafeteria. It was generally good and rich, but you had to walk some distance to have breakfast, and it was a bit cold in the early morning due to the fog."

"It was truly an outstanding experience. Mr. Xu ended up driving us around for our entire stay - from tea stores to local Dai village, till sending us to the train station. We tasted amazing teas, tried local foods, made tea cakes, went to see ancient tea tree with him; he even invited us to dinner with his friends. Breakfast is amazing with view of clouds; the restaurant in the hotel has really good food. Fruit plate every afternoon; tea tasting with Jiangjiang, a Laobanzhang tea expert. We leaned so much about puer tea and tasted some of the best puer teas in the region. One of the most unforgettable stay ever for us and we are so grateful!"

Bottled water is available in the room, which is good for us who like to make tea. The TV cannot watch live news (you can only watch it for 3 minutes, and you need to pay), which is very bad for a hotel. You are a hotel, not a B&B, and saving this cost is too much. The breakfast is not bad."

"This might be the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. When I checked in, I told them my friend was sick and asked if we could have a double bed instead of a single one. They immediately offered to give us an extra room for free – it was so kind! Plus, my friend needed to be at the airport at 4 AM, and they kindly drove us there and even set an alarm to wake us up so we wouldn't miss our flight. The food was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We also drank delicious Lao Ban Zhang tea all day and even took four slices home with us – it was totally worth it. I will definitely come back, again and again."
