"I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with large windows that let in plenty of light, and it was well-ventilated. The amenities were comfortable and spotless. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive, even recommending local delicacies and sightseeing routes. The lobby had a good selection of local Puer tea, and there were complimentary tea sets available, along with free-flowing coffee and black tea. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay and offered excellent value for money."

"The hotel environment is beautiful and perfect for a vacation. We checked in on February 24th, and it was still quite busy. The surrounding area is also lovely, nestled among mountains with fresh air. However, since the holiday wasn't quite over, the occupancy rate was high, and the hotel staff were clearly insufficient, leading to inadequate service. The swimming pool was neglected, filled with fallen leaves, making it unusable. In the restaurant, there were only a few staff members who were overwhelmed and eventually just gave up. For breakfast, with so many people, they simply couldn't keep up with clearing tables. Overall, aside from the nice environment, the service was virtually non-existent. The staff seemed untrained and couldn't answer many questions. It felt like they were overwhelmed by the crowd today. We had booked for four nights, but couldn't stand it anymore, so we checked out two nights early. The hotel was good about providing a full refund, which was a plus. I'd recommend it for vacationers who prioritize the environment, but avoid going during peak times; maybe then the service would improve."

In fact, it is not a hotel. The apartment building has been transformed into a hotel. It is managed in an apartment style. The building is in a community. The hotel front desk is located in a shop facing the street. It is relatively deserted and not many people live there.
facility:
The room is relatively ordinary, simply decorated. The guest room is generally hygienic and dusty. The bathtub is a little dirty and I dare not use it. Everything else is fine. There is a small hall in the suite with only a square table. Wouldn't it be better if a simple sofa could be placed there?
breakfast:
Breakfast was provided when you checked in, and you ate it directly in the owner's cafeteria. It was generally good and rich, but you had to walk some distance to have breakfast, and it was a bit cold in the early morning due to the fog."

"It was truly an outstanding experience. Mr. Xu ended up driving us around for our entire stay - from tea stores to local Dai village, till sending us to the train station. We tasted amazing teas, tried local foods, made tea cakes, went to see ancient tea tree with him; he even invited us to dinner with his friends. Breakfast is amazing with view of clouds; the restaurant in the hotel has really good food. Fruit plate every afternoon; tea tasting with Jiangjiang, a Laobanzhang tea expert. We leaned so much about puer tea and tasted some of the best puer teas in the region. One of the most unforgettable stay ever for us and we are so grateful!"

"The room is clean. It is located in a new development area on the edge of the city. There are tea distribution stores around it. There are no restaurants, so it is inconvenient to eat. Bottled water is available in the room, which is good for us who like to make tea. The TV cannot watch live news (you can only watch it for 3 minutes, and you need to pay), which is very bad for a hotel. You are a hotel, not a B&B, and saving this cost is too much. The breakfast is not bad."

"There were a lot of people coming to Banna this time, and luckily I stayed at this hotel. It was cost-effective, and he was a local Dai, very down-to-earth, and the breakfast was very rich. There were dried pork, local eggs, and local chicken. Beef rice noodles. The pork rice noodles were especially good. I happened to bring my children here, and the children especially liked his cakes and breads..."

"We booked a 45 square meter courtyard king bed room at Jizhu Holiday Apartment in Menghai Resort. Since we arrived early and the room was not ready yet, the owner upgraded us to a 60 square meter one bedroom and one living room suite. The owner was very enthusiastic and had a strong sense of service, and it felt like home."

Guest UserThis might be the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. When I checked in, I told them my friend was sick and asked if we could have a double bed instead of a single one. They immediately offered to give us an extra room for free – it was so kind! Plus, my friend needed to be at the airport at 4 AM, and they kindly drove us there and even set an alarm to wake us up so we wouldn't miss our flight. The food was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We also drank delicious Lao Ban Zhang tea all day and even took four slices home with us – it was totally worth it. I will definitely come back, again and again.

Guest UserThe B&B is right next to the Angsana Hot Springs. The surroundings are very quiet, and the B&B has its own hot spring, which the children loved. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the county center, which is not very convenient if you're not traveling by car.

The room is spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable and not depressing, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the night is quiet enough to sleep at ease. The TV system is intelligent and convenient, the operation is smooth, and there is also a intimate laundry and drying equipment, which is convenient for business trips. The breakfast is rich in variety, authentic taste, hot porridge, side dishes, snacks are all complete, and the food is particularly satisfying. The overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, the front desk is warm and courteous, and the response is rapid. The most pleasant surprise is that the price is super high, and the price of the middle end enjoys the quasi-four-star experience, which is excellent value for money! Highly recommended to friends who come to Bohai for tourism or business trips, you will definitely choose next time.
