"After staying here, I truly feel this guesthouse is fantastic! The location is superb, with all amenities nearby and close to tourist attractions. "The stay in this hostel went very well, I recommend any good traveller to come here, the rooms are clean there are provisions of shower gel and shampoo, the bed is quite comfortable and it is not too noisy because well insulated, moreover the tea is of very good quality, in the evening the other travellers meet to play, talk or drink or stay close to the barbeque. I contacted the owner early this morning to check in before the high-speed train, and they managed to arrange it as soon as possible, which gave me a very positive first impression of Pu'er (thank you so much to the owner!). Excellent service; the owners are a very warm and welcoming family. When we went out to eat and ordered too much to take home, the owners kindly let us use their kitchen and utensils, so we had a nice meal again. We booked one night less than we should have, and the owner's wife helped us find a solution. I'll definitely go again!"

"I usually book chain hotels when I travel because I feel more secure. For this trip to Pu'er, I saw that this place was a five-star hotel. I cancelled my previous booking with Lavande Hotel because they had a family room I needed. I took a taxi from Pu'er Station to their place, and with some skepticism, I booked one night. I have to say, it was amazing! I think anyone who has stayed here will never stay anywhere else. First, the owner and staff were very welcoming. Upon entering, there were tangerines and candies available for everyone to enjoy. The next day, I even got to eat strawberries! The owner was incredibly generous. Second, the facilities were excellent. The disposable towels and bedding were clean and hygienic, comparable to chain hotels. They even had a smart toilet and great hot water. Third, I was deeply touched by the owner and staff's hospitality. When I encountered some trouble sending things before leaving, the owner was incredibly helpful in resolving it. If you come to Pu'er, I really hope you'll try their place."
