"I chose the Deting Tea Mountain store for my trip to Pu'er this time, and my stay experience directly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located at the foot of the tea mountain, and as soon as you enter, the air is filled with a faint tea fragrance. The courtyard is full of green plants, quiet and healing. The room space is spacious and clean, with lush greenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a small tea table is also provided. It's especially pleasant to brew a pot of Pu'er tea in your leisure time. The entire room is intelligently controlled, with a smart toilet and a large bathtub. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent, so I slept very soundly at night. The staff were attentive and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast variety was rich, and the local bean soup rice noodles tasted authentic. There was also a free mini-bar with drinks, and laundry and drying services. The overall facilities are complete, and it's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It's perfect for a vacation in Pu'er, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

The Songtsam Lvgu Puer is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Pu'er will find that the Songtsam Lvgu Puer is a fantastic accommodation choice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Pu'er Simao Airport and 9km from Pu'er Railway Station. Seeing Pu'er's sights from this hotel is easy with Mingdu International Water Club, Simao Northern District and Beigui Coffee Museum all close by. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Pu'er hotel features parking on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"This was my first time at Songtsan. Overall, the hotel was up to par. The afternoon tea and breakfast options were a bit limited, especially the breakfast, which didn't change much for several days. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor, allowing me to clearly tell when the boy upstairs was sleeping downstairs. The restaurant was definitely infested with flies and mosquitoes, which is probably unavoidable in an open space. Other amenities and services were excellent, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The housekeeper was also very responsive and communication was smooth!"

"Highly recommend! Pu'er Meizi Lake Resort – a perfect vacation cured by breakfast and morning views ✨ Choosing this hotel for our Pu'er getaway was absolutely the right decision! The breakfast and the serene mornings at Meizi Lake were truly the highlights, and I have to praise them individually! **Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious** 🍜 The buffet breakfast offered an amazing variety, far exceeding expectations. The authentic Pu'er rice noodles had generous toppings, rich broth, and were so good I had them two days in a row without getting tired of them. There were also freshly grilled steaks, pork chops, and bacon, along with hot dishes, congee, pastries, and fresh fruits – catering to both Chinese and Western preferences. I left feeling completely satisfied. The ingredients were carefully selected, and the flavors were spot on – the perfect way to start a beautiful day! **The morning at Meizi Lake was breathtakingly beautiful** 🌫️ Staying by the lake is pure bliss! Opening the window in the morning, Meizi Lake was enveloped in a thin mist, like a flowing ink wash painting. The lake water was emerald green and clear, reflecting the green mountains and blue sky, with golden sunlight piercing through the morning fog. Walking along the 4-kilometer wooden boardwalk by the lake, the air was filled with the fragrance of tea and fresh vegetation, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every step was a scenic view, and every casual shot looked like a professional photograph. The hotel service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the electric carts were readily available on call, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect. This is my top choice for a Pu'er vacation, and I will definitely come again!"

The Red Panda Manor Pu’re provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Red Panda Manor Pu’re offers a pleasant stay in Pu'er for those traveling for business or leisure. Pu'er Simao Airport is the closest major transportation option, approximately 40km away. Traveling to and from the airport is easy with Pu'er Simao Airport located approximately 40km away. With Pu'er Qinyue Manor, Rhino Land of The Pu'Er National Park and Pu'Er Sun River Forest Park all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Pu'er hotel features parking on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"Instead of relying on online hype or negative reviews, it's best to experience it yourself! So far, among the hotels I've stayed at in Yunnan (Kunming and Pu'er), the Lesser Panda Hotel is the best! Please don't compare these forest cabins to city star-rated hotels; the charm here is the rustic feel of being in nature. Cicadas by the window, spiders by the path – you get up close and personal with nature. The facilities might be a bit old, but they are very clean. The service, from the front desk to the customer service center, restaurant, and shuttle service, was excellent, especially the shuttle drivers and the butler! As for activities, the single route is well-planned with no backtracking, offering a variety of plants and close encounters with animals (though not many species, they are incredibly close!). At the Wetland Restaurant, you can even see birds strolling by your window. This is a rainforest-focused forest park, so for those comparing it to Chimelong with fewer animals, please remember this isn't a zoo! In short, when you're out traveling, try to be less critical and more immersed in the experience! Both adults and children had a great time! It's definitely worth staying a night!"

This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review even before checking out. Let's start with the issues: 1. I called ahead to change my afternoon tea time and to book a morning activity. The lady who answered said she would confirm and call me back, and she took my number. I never received a call back before check-in. Luckily, my request was noted on the reservation. 2. After checking in, I was told there was a tea experience available on the second floor. The bellhop who brought my luggage said there was a voucher for it, but the front desk hadn't given me one (I'm not sure if it was actually needed). After helping with my bags, he enthusiastically offered to bring the voucher to my room. I even said it was okay if I didn't get it, but he insisted he would deliver it. Well... he never came back, no voucher, and no tea experience for me. Haha. 3. And then things got even more ridiculous. I had booked a Ba Duan Jin (a type of Qigong) session for 9-9:30 AM. I asked at the restaurant and was told it was on the second floor? They told me to ask at the front desk. At the front desk, they said it was on the fifth floor of another building and that I needed a shuttle bus to get there. Once we arrived, there was nothing there. Then they said it was on the first floor or maybe even the basement of the *original* building? A man came out and offered to walk us back... I told him we'd take the shuttle. After going back, another front desk staff member said it was on the second floor? They seemed quite reluctant but eventually led us there. Finally, we found the right place, did about ten minutes of it, and it was over. It was absolutely ridiculous; they really had no idea what was going on. 4. For a suite costing over 2800, having an obstructed view deserves a bad review (see images 1 and 2 below). It also didn't seem to be 100 square meters. 5. The service doesn't match the price. Many services weren't available, and there's nothing much around the hotel. The staff's service level isn't good; their attitude is pleasant but their professionalism is lacking. 6. The concept is excellent, the decor style is nice, and the space is large and aesthetically pleasing.

This is probably the best accommodation in Jingmai Mountain. The hotel has a Wabi-sabi design, with exquisite details that make every photo Instagram-worthy. The in-room amenities are top-notch: a full set of Aesop toiletries, Duravit sanitary ware, and Hansgrohe showerheads and faucets. The most impressive feature is the tea room on the third floor, where you can enjoy complimentary tea from their own tea garden, as well as coffee. Sitting in the tea room in the morning, watching the sea of clouds slowly roll over the mountain peaks, truly feels like living on the edge of the clouds. Waking up in the morning, you don't even need to get out of bed, as the flowing mountains and mist are right outside your window. The service is a huge plus, especially manager Ah Qin. She contacted us before check-in to confirm our needs, and after we arrived, she gave us a tour and chatted with us, making us feel like friends. She even prepared a small gift when we checked out. Her warmth wasn't a forced formality; it was genuine hospitality from the heart. Any requests we had during our stay were met with incredibly prompt responses. Overall, it was a mountain retreat experience that far exceeded our expectations.

To be fair, the environment is indeed lovely, and the landscape design, including the pool and gym, is very well-thought-out. However... 1) The room was too hot. It was 31 degrees Celsius when we checked in. We set the air conditioning to 16 degrees with maximum fan speed and left it on all night. The next day, the display still showed 29 degrees. It was incredibly stuffy. 2) The breakfast selection was quite limited. My parents, who were traveling with me, said it wasn't even as good as Atour's. There were no hot dishes at all. We only found out we could order stir-fried beef with broccoli by asking. The rice noodles were also the worst we'd had on our entire Yunnan road trip – soft and mushy. My parents mentioned speaking to a staff member who said it was due to low occupancy, so they hadn't prepared much. This really shouldn't be the standard for an InterContinental. Even if there aren't many cold dishes, simply making a decent bowl of noodles or rice vermicelli would significantly improve the experience. I could sense the staff's eagerness to please and their diligence; they kept asking how our stay was and what we wanted to eat. They even brought a bowl of tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls) even after we said we didn't want any. But honestly, it felt a bit misplaced. It would have been much better if they had focused on ensuring comfortable room temperatures and providing a basic, decent breakfast selection.

Experience the beauty of Southeast Asia without leaving the country, and even more so! This is Pu'er, the birthplace of world tea culture. A stay at the Jingmai Mountain Bailian Hotel offers quality comparable to the Four Seasons! The Four Seasons in Chiang Mai has seen its prices rise from under 3000 to over 7000, while the Bailian in China boasts an excellent environment without raising prices – truly a bargain. Recommended hotels on Ctrip, such as Chongzuo LUX*, Dunhuang Dongyi, Xiangshawan Lotus, and Kruger Luxury Camp, are all reliable and have provided excellent experiences! The Lancang Bailian Hotel opened in 2011 and has fewer reviews, but it consistently ranks at the top of Ctrip's Jingmai Mountain list. Based on Ctrip's reputation, it was definitely a great choice! Bailian is the pioneering luxury hotel in Jingmai Mountain, introducing the area to the world! The Ctrip package I found was very cost-effective, including dinner and tea cake making (tea cakes alone cost over 300). My child had a fantastic experience and even gained writing material; it also included a photo shoot at a local restaurant, with results comparable to the Platinum Hotel. I recommend booking a 3-day, 2-night itinerary for a more fulfilling experience. I stayed one night at Liushi and one night at Bailian. Ctrip customer service even helped me communicate with the hotel in advance. It happened to be my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared children's amenities and a cozy turndown service – the attention to detail was impeccable! During dinner, my child accidentally choked on a fish bone in the pickled fish. Around 11 pm, the front desk immediately brought over white rice, thankfully without any serious injury. A small suggestion: For families with children, try to avoid fish with bones for dinner. Pork hock soup would be a better option, and my child especially loved it. The entire hotel blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and mist. Staying in a natural oxygen bar is both secluded and therapeutic – definitely worth it! Service: The staff at the front desk, including Mr. Zhou, as well as Guiping, Xiao Chen, Xiao Luo, and Awa, were incredibly responsive and helpful! Traditional Pu'er Tea Cake Making: Zhou Yan, who guided my child in making tea cakes, was clearly very patient, giving my child a wonderful tea-making experience. I will definitely choose Bailian again if I have the chance to visit Heshun in the future.

Overall, I'd say this is an amazing boutique hotel, run by a truly outstanding team! In terms of environment and facilities, finding a 90-square-meter room with a private large balcony, a big sofa indoors, a separate walk-in closet/study, and a dry/wet separated bathroom in such an eco-friendly tribal area is truly luxurious and offers excellent privacy. Also, if you look closely, you'll notice the subtle yet opulent cultural heritage that the hotel's owner and designer have woven into every brick, tile, and name choice. Regarding hygiene, the room was spotless. To combat dampness, in addition to air conditioning, there was a separate dehumidifier. Given the many insects in the mountains, the hotel conducted daily pest control and even helped with bug removal. For service, the hotel management feels like a young, energetic team – positive, enthusiastic, and driven. They wholeheartedly attend to every guest need, seriously consider all feedback, and sincerely acknowledge any shortcomings without pretense, striving to provide immediate feedback and improvements. For dining, the hotel's restaurant specializes in Bulang ethnic cuisine, and the taste is quite good. Of course, for a hotel in this price range, guests always have higher expectations, so from a personal perspective, there are some areas that could be improved. For example, the car park doesn't have its own charging facilities, and the restaurant's meal times are a bit early, which isn't very friendly for guests who arrive late after a long journey. However, this place truly gave me a uniquely different experience, and I also admire the persistence and passion of these young people! I believe these excellent individuals will make the hotel even better and do a superb job of preserving and promoting this thousand-year-old ancient tea forest and its ethnic culture!

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation. The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in. It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far. The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

We originally didn’t have high expectations for accommodation in a small border town without access to high-speed rail or highways. Unexpectedly, we were pleasantly surprised by this resort hotel located by the lake. Special thanks to Xiao Zhou. Hearing that I was traveling with two elderly people, he upgraded us for free. We stayed in a two-story villa, and the service was attentive and the details were considered. If the follow-up itinerary had not been arranged, I would have stayed a few more days. Environment: A resort hotel located beside the lake and primeval jungle, with fresh air and beautiful scenery. Small villas are scattered in the forest, private, quiet and comfortable. Hygiene: Cleaning is very careful, toiletries are very good Service: There are welcome fruits upon check-in, free drinks in the refrigerator, and free tie-dye and DIY perfume activities. In the morning, the staff also led us to go hiking in the forest, which was great

A very nice place! I highly recommend friends who drive by themselves to come here. There are not many people, and it feels like a private place. The infinity pool is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold on the day of check-in, so it was not suitable for swimming. The air in the mountains is very fresh. If there were no camp lights on all night, this place would be more suitable for stargazing. The breakfast is very rich and delivered to the door. I ordered a set of Chinese and Western food, and the dishes were also very attentive. The drinks, fruits and instant noodles in the room are free, which is very humane. If you don’t want to order dishes at night, you can make do with a meal in the room. The hygiene products are also good, and there are even children's products (although I don’t have children).

I had to stay here to understand why there are so many negative reviews online. Pros: The lobby decor is decent, the bedding is good and looks clean. The receptionist was very friendly. Cons: I stayed for two days, and it felt like living in a nursing home. I don't mean to disparage the elderly; in fact, they were all quite enthusiastic. But for the most expensive hotel in Mojiang, having guests constantly surrounded by many seniors... it's a strange feeling. I was afraid of bumping into them, especially with kids around. The lobby was full of seniors chatting and playing cards at tables. In the mornings, they'd play music and do exercises in the courtyard very early. On the day of check-in, it was already four or five in the afternoon, and the room had just been cleaned, making the floor very wet and slippery. I stayed for two consecutive nights, and they didn't even clean the room or replenish basic supplies in between. When I called to ask, they said I needed to inform them in advance if I wanted housekeeping! I've never encountered such a situation in all the hotels I've stayed in; it was truly an eye-opener. It felt less like a Wyndham and more like a wellness center. The hotel is located within a residential complex, next to a tourist attraction.

Wow, Lancang has such a big hotel that exceeds my expectations! The room is equipped with an oversized bathtub, and the space in the house is also very spacious. I especially like the decoration style in the room. The style of a single-family small building. There are seven or eight rooms in one building. It is very quiet and private. The rooms were cleaned and the whole hotel was open and open as soon as I stepped into the lobby. Later, I walked to the public area of the water and then entered the room. It just rained all the way and the air was very refreshing. The public area of the hotel covers a large area. It is especially pleasant to take a walk after eating. We also sat in the small courtyard for a long time and relaxed. The whole stay can't fault it, you must give full praise, very good, come back next time
