"1. I booked a rainforest king room, but upon check-in, the front desk claimed they were upgrading our room. In reality, they gave us a room facing a residential building, with the door directly opposite a staff work area. 2. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, the new room still faced a residential building. Since it was late when we arrived in Pu'er, I didn't press the issue. The next day, when extending our stay, I specifically asked the staff to change the duvet cover, bed sheets, and pillowcases. However, upon returning, I found the pillowcases hadn't been changed. 3. This hotel is really hyped up online, but honestly, it's just average. Especially the brunch and late-night snacks – they're all the same. 4. The rainforest landscaping downstairs wasn't fully completed. The coffee was very mediocre, tasting as rough as something from an automatic coffee machine. On the second evening, while relaxing downstairs, several children were making a lot of noise, swearing, and using a fishing net to catch fish, trampling on the lawn and moss. No one stopped them the entire time, which made for an extremely poor experience."

"The first afternoon tea at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The noodles were very delicious. The service was also very good (a bit too good, I felt pressured). However, the facilities and surrounding environment of the room made people feel that the cost performance was a bit low. The environment you can see from the balcony is average, and you can always hear the sound of cars on the road not far away."

"The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. They called me the day before check-in and added me on WeChat to introduce the hotel and even upgraded my room. Although the hotel is close to the airport, there's no aircraft noise; in fact, you can watch planes take off. The hotel is spacious, with very new and modern facilities. My room was quite large, and the amenities and bedding were definitely five-star standard. Breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, with both Chinese and Western pastries and meals, and the dining environment was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the city center, making it easy and affordable to get to all the attractions by taxi. I moved here from another hotel in Pu'er, and this one is definitely the best in the city. [Jianhua Hospitality] Airport/Station Transfer Service: The hotel provided a transfer to the high-speed rail station. "Highly recommend! Pu'er Meizi Lake Resort – a perfect vacation cured by breakfast and morning views ✨ Choosing this hotel for our Pu'er getaway was absolutely the right decision! The breakfast and the serene mornings at Meizi Lake were truly the highlights, and I have to praise them individually! **Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious** 🍜 The buffet breakfast offered an amazing variety, far exceeding expectations. The authentic Pu'er rice noodles had generous toppings, rich broth, and were so good I had them two days in a row without getting tired of them. There were also freshly grilled steaks, pork chops, and bacon, along with hot dishes, congee, pastries, and fresh fruits – catering to both Chinese and Western preferences. I left feeling completely satisfied. The ingredients were carefully selected, and the flavors were spot on – the perfect way to start a beautiful day! **The morning at Meizi Lake was breathtakingly beautiful** 🌫️ Staying by the lake is pure bliss! Opening the window in the morning, Meizi Lake was enveloped in a thin mist, like a flowing ink wash painting. The lake water was emerald green and clear, reflecting the green mountains and blue sky, with golden sunlight piercing through the morning fog. Walking along the 4-kilometer wooden boardwalk by the lake, the air was filled with the fragrance of tea and fresh vegetation, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every step was a scenic view, and every casual shot looked like a professional photograph. The hotel service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the electric carts were readily available on call, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect. This is my top choice for a Pu'er vacation, and I will definitely come again!"

This hotel is a comprehensive wellness resort with excellent facilities, including hot spring pools, an infinity pool, and a health clinic. The entire hotel has over 260 rooms, spread across several buildings, offering both standard rooms and villas. The front desk upgraded me to a mountain view room upon check-in, and when I provided feedback at check-out, they also gave me a tea gift. I found interesting folk handicrafts at the gift shop. Service could be improved. The promised welcome fruit was never delivered, and there was no proactive introduction to the hotel's facilities or the various experience packages. When I inquired, most of them were unavailable for booking. The afternoon tea pastries were not impressive. The restaurant had very few non-spicy options, and the selection was too limited. The second-floor platform needs better management. Also, guests in the lobby on the first floor were still being noisy late at night. Overall, it's much better than the established quiet luxury hotels nearby, but there's still room for improvement.

To be fair, the environment is indeed lovely, and the landscape design, including the pool and gym, is very well-thought-out. However... 1) The room was too hot. It was 31 degrees Celsius when we checked in. We set the air conditioning to 16 degrees with maximum fan speed and left it on all night. The next day, the display still showed 29 degrees. It was incredibly stuffy. 2) The breakfast selection was quite limited. My parents, who were traveling with me, said it wasn't even as good as Atour's. There were no hot dishes at all. We only found out we could order stir-fried beef with broccoli by asking. The rice noodles were also the worst we'd had on our entire Yunnan road trip – soft and mushy. My parents mentioned speaking to a staff member who said it was due to low occupancy, so they hadn't prepared much. This really shouldn't be the standard for an InterContinental. Even if there aren't many cold dishes, simply making a decent bowl of noodles or rice vermicelli would significantly improve the experience. I could sense the staff's eagerness to please and their diligence; they kept asking how our stay was and what we wanted to eat. They even brought a bowl of tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls) even after we said we didn't want any. But honestly, it felt a bit misplaced. It would have been much better if they had focused on ensuring comfortable room temperatures and providing a basic, decent breakfast selection.

Overall, I'd say this is an amazing boutique hotel, run by a truly outstanding team! In terms of environment and facilities, finding a 90-square-meter room with a private large balcony, a big sofa indoors, a separate walk-in closet/study, and a dry/wet separated bathroom in such an eco-friendly tribal area is truly luxurious and offers excellent privacy. Also, if you look closely, you'll notice the subtle yet opulent cultural heritage that the hotel's owner and designer have woven into every brick, tile, and name choice. Regarding hygiene, the room was spotless. To combat dampness, in addition to air conditioning, there was a separate dehumidifier. Given the many insects in the mountains, the hotel conducted daily pest control and even helped with bug removal. For service, the hotel management feels like a young, energetic team – positive, enthusiastic, and driven. They wholeheartedly attend to every guest need, seriously consider all feedback, and sincerely acknowledge any shortcomings without pretense, striving to provide immediate feedback and improvements. For dining, the hotel's restaurant specializes in Bulang ethnic cuisine, and the taste is quite good. Of course, for a hotel in this price range, guests always have higher expectations, so from a personal perspective, there are some areas that could be improved. For example, the car park doesn't have its own charging facilities, and the restaurant's meal times are a bit early, which isn't very friendly for guests who arrive late after a long journey. However, this place truly gave me a uniquely different experience, and I also admire the persistence and passion of these young people! I believe these excellent individuals will make the hotel even better and do a superb job of preserving and promoting this thousand-year-old ancient tea forest and its ethnic culture!

Experience the beauty of Southeast Asia without leaving the country, and even more so! This is Pu'er, the birthplace of world tea culture. A stay at the Jingmai Mountain Bailian Hotel offers quality comparable to the Four Seasons! The Four Seasons in Chiang Mai has seen its prices rise from under 3000 to over 7000, while the Bailian in China boasts an excellent environment without raising prices – truly a bargain. Recommended hotels on Ctrip, such as Chongzuo LUX*, Dunhuang Dongyi, Xiangshawan Lotus, and Kruger Luxury Camp, are all reliable and have provided excellent experiences! The Lancang Bailian Hotel opened in 2011 and has fewer reviews, but it consistently ranks at the top of Ctrip's Jingmai Mountain list. Based on Ctrip's reputation, it was definitely a great choice! Bailian is the pioneering luxury hotel in Jingmai Mountain, introducing the area to the world! The Ctrip package I found was very cost-effective, including dinner and tea cake making (tea cakes alone cost over 300). My child had a fantastic experience and even gained writing material; it also included a photo shoot at a local restaurant, with results comparable to the Platinum Hotel. I recommend booking a 3-day, 2-night itinerary for a more fulfilling experience. I stayed one night at Liushi and one night at Bailian. Ctrip customer service even helped me communicate with the hotel in advance. It happened to be my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared children's amenities and a cozy turndown service – the attention to detail was impeccable! During dinner, my child accidentally choked on a fish bone in the pickled fish. Around 11 pm, the front desk immediately brought over white rice, thankfully without any serious injury. A small suggestion: For families with children, try to avoid fish with bones for dinner. Pork hock soup would be a better option, and my child especially loved it. The entire hotel blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and mist. Staying in a natural oxygen bar is both secluded and therapeutic – definitely worth it! Service: The staff at the front desk, including Mr. Zhou, as well as Guiping, Xiao Chen, Xiao Luo, and Awa, were incredibly responsive and helpful! Traditional Pu'er Tea Cake Making: Zhou Yan, who guided my child in making tea cakes, was clearly very patient, giving my child a wonderful tea-making experience. I will definitely choose Bailian again if I have the chance to visit Heshun in the future.

I think it must be the best hotel in Jingmaishan. It is new and stylish. The service is also very good. If you want to drink tea, there are staff who can help us make tea space. Each has its own aesthetic and friends don't want to go. Next time I have to come with my family to empty the refreshments. It is also delicious! Because I just opened the line 1-2 Weekly time, I believe breakfast must be getting better and better! I left and gave us a souvenir. It was very warm. I have recommended it with many friends. I want to relax in quality. I must live in Wengji. I can't live down the mountain.

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation. The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in. It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far. The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

The trip to Ximeng was such a pleasant surprise. The travel guide said Ximeng was just average, so I was about to give up on this attraction. But after arriving, I found that this border town was such a pleasant surprise. It was clean, and Longtan and Molongye were so beautiful. It was a pristine beauty, not an artificial landscape. The hotel was very good, with thoughtful service and upgraded room types. The breakfast and dinner were rich and delicious. During the Spring Festival, various handmade intangible cultural heritage projects were arranged: tie-dyeing, animal and plant specimens, perfume making, incense making, coffee roasting, etc. The hotel directly overlooked the beautiful sunrise. I stayed for two nights, and my parents were very satisfied and reluctant to leave. After seeing the photos, my friends also wanted to come. I will come again next time. It is a great place to escape from the world.

A very nice place! I highly recommend friends who drive by themselves to come here. There are not many people, and it feels like a private place. The infinity pool is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold on the day of check-in, so it was not suitable for swimming. The air in the mountains is very fresh. If there were no camp lights on all night, this place would be more suitable for stargazing. The breakfast is very rich and delivered to the door. I ordered a set of Chinese and Western food, and the dishes were also very attentive. The drinks, fruits and instant noodles in the room are free, which is very humane. If you don’t want to order dishes at night, you can make do with a meal in the room. The hygiene products are also good, and there are even children's products (although I don’t have children).
