"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It completely exceeded my expectations! First off, the parking lot is large and very convenient for parking. The lobby is bright and spacious, and there's even a small gym. It's super easy to find places to eat nearby. The hotel room itself is incredibly spacious, and the bed is large, clean, and very comfortable. In the evening, the hotel thoughtfully brought us a sweet soup. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious; I was really touched to find fresh shrimp there! When we left, the hotel even prepared a souvenir for us. Five-star rating!"

"The service was great! I was traveling alone with my child and also suffering from altitude sickness. The front desk staff kindly helped me carry my luggage from downstairs to the room and also helped me carry it down when I checked out. Thank you! The room had an oxygen concentrator, which was helpful. My only suggestion is for the front desk to keep some altitude sickness medication on hand, as it's quite inconvenient to buy medicine, and altitude sickness is really uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, but due to the altitude sickness, I could only manage a few sips of congee."

"Facilities: This is probably one of the best new hotels in Wulan County. The renovation smell was a little strong, but it didn't bother us.
Cleanliness: The lobby, corridors, and rooms were all very clean and tidy.
Environment: Newly upgraded to 5.0, it's definitely top-notch. Dining, parking, charging stations, and laundry facilities are all available.
Service: The staff were warm and attentive. Because my laundry was overdue, they promptly helped me with washing and drying my clothes. Overall, the hotel was quite nice. The beef noodles downstairs were also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wulan County."

"Choosing this hotel for our drive to Chaka was such a smart decision! It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chaka!"

"This was my first time visiting Chaka Salt Lake, and I chose this hotel – it was a great experience. I spent a long time deliberating on Trip.com before finally booking this place, and I definitely made the right choice. From my room window, I could see the distant Kunlun Mountains and even a glimpse of the salt lake, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The Chaka Salt Lake area can get quite windy and dusty at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a speck of dust in the hotel! By the way, I'm a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest noise. However, it was incredibly quiet at night here, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel service was also excellent. I was suffering from altitude sickness that day, and they immediately provided me with an oxygen concentrator. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, my accommodation experience during this trip was fantastic. I came with friends, and we took some great photos outside the hotel – they turned out wonderfully! In summary, it was a solid choice, no regrets, and I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"This stay was absolutely perfect! As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by how clean everything was – the floors, bathroom, and windowsills were spotless, and there wasn't any strange odor. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were thoughtful enough to tell me about nearby attractions and local snacks. The room had great natural light, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a completely undisturbed night's rest. It's easy to get around from downstairs, and parking is convenient. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. It's suitable for both business trips and vacations. "This hotel is conveniently located close to the highway exit. The soundproofing is excellent, so there's no noise disturbance. They even provide humidifiers and oxygen concentrators, which is a thoughtful touch for out-of-town guests and truly heartwarming. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. Upon checking out, they gave us local souvenirs (seabuckthorn juice and highland barley yogurt). As a tour leader with 8 years of experience, I am exceptionally satisfied with Huacheng Hotel. It's even more convenient for self-driving tour groups, as there's ample free parking both in front and behind the hotel. Superb! [Strong][Strong][Strong] There's also a PetroChina gas station directly across the street, which is very convenient."

Cleanliness: Very good. The shower room has four bottles, one of which is lotion.
Environment: The location is a bit out of the way, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
Service: Excellent. Upon check-out, we were even given drinks and water for our journey.
They guarantee late check-out until 4 PM, which I assume is very convenient for guests arriving by train. Very friendly! 🌺

The hotel's exterior isn't much to look at, but the rooms are incredibly cozy and make you feel right at home!
The facilities are complete and automated. They were very generous with bottled water, though it's a shame we only went through one large bottle in two days, haha, we just couldn't finish it all!
The disposable toiletries were a thoughtful touch, really great!
This was the only hotel with air conditioning we stayed at during our trip around Qinghai Lake.
On the first day, coming from Qilian, I experienced some altitude sickness, so I went to bed early, and it was really comfortable!
We stayed for two nights. We probably arrived back at the hotel too early, around 3 PM, and our room hadn't been serviced yet. The owner quickly got it sorted out for us, which we really appreciate!
Highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

It gets quite cold here in the mornings and evenings due to the large temperature difference between day and night, so I had to layer up. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave me a gift.

This was truly the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Gansu. I brought my elderly family member, who was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness after arriving the previous night. Surprisingly, the receptionist provided constant care and assistance, offering oxygen, upgrading our room, checking my blood oxygen levels, helping with our luggage, and much more. It was incredibly attentive and considerate. The breakfast the next morning was also exceptionally delicious; the steamed buns seemed to be homemade, and the vermicelli soup was amazing. The elderly gentleman in charge of breakfast explained each dish to us, and he was incredibly hospitable. The hotel environment was also top-notch, with a diffused oxygen concentrator and air purifier – a truly perfect experience!

However, the service attitude of the front desk is very good, and they also gave souvenirs to the children. The children are very happy. The price in summer is definitely more expensive than usual.
