"During our self-driving tour along the Qinghai-Gansu Loop, we stayed at numerous hotels, and this one was, without a doubt, the most satisfying experience we've had so far!
The facilities are excellent. The hotel is brand new, featuring branded showers, an Arrow smart toilet with a heated seat (no cold surprise!), and a mattress that's just right – not too soft, and spine-friendly. It's also exceptionally clean and fresh, offering wonderful views. The absolute highlight, however, was the oxygen concentrator. At an altitude of 3100 meters, we initially experienced some mild altitude sickness (which we hadn't anticipated), but having the oxygen concentrator made a tremendous difference for our family's comfort! For high-altitude stays, definitely book a hotel with this amenity.
The environment is incredibly beautiful. Our room offered a stunning 270-degree panoramic view of grasslands and white clouds. Simply lying or sitting there, soaking in the scenery, felt like an absolute steal!
Service from the front desk staff was fantastic. We requested a non-smoking room for our children, and they were incredibly thoughtful, even checking the smoking status of adjacent rooms and placing us next to other families on parent-child trips. A huge thumbs-up for their attentiveness!"

"Besides the beautiful scenery, the best decision we made on our trip to Chaka Salt Lake was staying at the Chaka Salt Lake Wanfeng Hotel! We truly felt at home. We arrived quite late that day, and around 8 PM, the staff called to confirm our arrival. They then informed us that they had upgraded us to a suite and offered welcome fruits so we could rest well – super thoughtful! The entire room was spacious and bright, with a large living room, and the upgraded suite even had a bathtub. A nice bath really washed away all the fatigue. Since we had purchased breakfast for two, the hotel was incredibly considerate. Worried that there might be too many tour groups staying at the same time, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to our room. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. This made our trip truly memorable."

"The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably.
Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy.
The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable."

It's less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and parking is incredibly convenient, even offering charging stations, which is a huge plus for electric car owners like us. This hotel is one of the best in town, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The in-room oxygen supply and adjustable air conditioning were lifesavers – we slept perfectly on the plateau without feeling stuffy. It even snowed on the mountains last night, and the view from our room was stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with anti-slip mats, showing excellent attention to detail! The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chaka!"

"This hotel is a great value for money! The cleanliness is impeccable; the room is spotless, and they provide a full set of disposable toiletries, so you don't need to bring anything extra. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise – not only do they have a buffet, but they also serve addictively delicious local beef noodles. The overall value for money is outstanding. "This hotel is conveniently located close to the highway exit. The soundproofing is excellent, so there's no noise disturbance. They even provide humidifiers and oxygen concentrators, which is a thoughtful touch for out-of-town guests and truly heartwarming. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. Upon checking out, they gave us local souvenirs (seabuckthorn juice and highland barley yogurt). As a tour leader with 8 years of experience, I am exceptionally satisfied with Huacheng Hotel. It's even more convenient for self-driving tour groups, as there's ample free parking both in front and behind the hotel. Superb! [Strong][Strong][Strong] There's also a PetroChina gas station directly across the street, which is very convenient."

"During my recent trip, I visited the Tree of Life and passed through Ulan County in the evening. I discovered a newly opened Vienna Treasure Hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the central square. It's also very close to the train station, and there's a noodle shop downstairs, making dining very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and strong water pressure. Parking was also very convenient; there's a large parking lot in the backyard, and checking out and leaving the car was as simple as scanning a QR code at the front desk – very convenient. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Ulan!"

"The location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay.
The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too.
I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised."

GGuest UserEnvironment: The rooms are well-planned and immaculately clean. We were traveling with our elderly family and children and booked a suite with two bathrooms and a small living room, which allowed us to stay comfortable without disturbing each other.
Service: When we returned to the hotel after our trip that day, it was almost 11:00 AM when we checked in. The front desk even prepared a warm midnight snack for us. A bowl of piping hot Tremella soup in the room was truly delightful. The pre-prepared snacks, such as peanuts, fruit leather, and raisins, were also delicious. The service was attentive and the attention to detail was excellent. 💯

The large parking lot at the scenic area makes parking very convenient. The front desk staff, especially the charming young lady, were exceptionally warm, attentive, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and unlimited entry tickets to the scenic area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities, offering a panoramic view of the salt lake scenic area right outside the window. They were clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent hotel that's definitely worth a stay.

It is very convenient to eat in front of the hotel and very close to Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area.
Friends who bring their children to Chaka Salt Lake must bring waterproof overalls for their children. The waterproof shoes rented in the scenic area are of no use to active children. Two children also got wet wearing waterproof shoes. .

The front desk was very enthusiastic, the room was clean and hygienic, but I forgot to take a photo of the room and uploaded it. The breakfast was very rich and had everything. The children were very happy eating it. This hotel is worth recommending and I give it a five-star rating!

AAnonymous UserHygiene: When the room is vacant, the window is open, so there will be dust in the room. There were dead mosquitoes on my bed sheet (I cleaned it myself). People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully;
Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it;
Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon.
Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature.
Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel;
Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience.
Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby is shown here. The rooms are located in a separate building next door, and the style and facilities are quite different from the main building. It was quite a psychological difference. I didn't see any oxygen generators or other equipment. The upside is that it's close to the scenic area, only about 10 to 20 minutes by car from the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Downstairs, there's a row of small restaurants, and the prices are a bit pricey but acceptable.

DddilddillyaWe went to see the main tourist destinations of Qinghai Province, Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake for 2 days and 1 night. I am truly grateful for the kindness of the travel agent I met at the train station.
2 people 1 day 400 yuan, 2 days, so I went with the girl and the grandmother who was traveling for 800 yuan.
After seeing Qinghai Lake, I called the accommodation I had booked, but there was no place to eat because it was late.
I am grateful to the owner couple who waited for me even though I checked in late at 11 pm after eating.
When I went out to see the stars at 3 am, the lighting was relatively dim, so I could see the stars in the night sky.
It would be good if they limited the lighting at night and specialized it as a good place to see the stars.
