"The hotel was very clean, and the environment was excellent. The staff were super friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade. They had fresh fruit waiting in the room before we arrived, and we received a small gift at checkout. The room also had an oxygen machine, which is a great touch for first-time visitors to the Northwest. There's a laundry room and a gym. I got altitude sickness in the middle of the night, called the front desk, and they immediately brought glucose. Highly recommend!"

"During our self-driving tour along the Qinghai-Gansu Loop, we stayed at numerous hotels, and this one was, without a doubt, the most satisfying experience we've had so far!
The facilities are excellent. The hotel is brand new, featuring branded showers, an Arrow smart toilet with a heated seat (no cold surprise!), and a mattress that's just right โ not too soft, and spine-friendly. It's also exceptionally clean and fresh, offering wonderful views. The absolute highlight, however, was the oxygen concentrator. At an altitude of 3100 meters, we initially experienced some mild altitude sickness (which we hadn't anticipated), but having the oxygen concentrator made a tremendous difference for our family's comfort! For high-altitude stays, definitely book a hotel with this amenity.
The environment is incredibly beautiful. Our room offered a stunning 270-degree panoramic view of grasslands and white clouds. Simply lying or sitting there, soaking in the scenery, felt like an absolute steal!
Service from the front desk staff was fantastic. We requested a non-smoking room for our children, and they were incredibly thoughtful, even checking the smoking status of adjacent rooms and placing us next to other families on parent-child trips. A huge thumbs-up for their attentiveness!"

"As a self-driving traveler, this hotel perfectly met all my needs with its facilities and service. There's a large parking lot right outside, and the room was fully equipped with air conditioning and an oxygen machine. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and hot water is available 24/7, making showers incredibly comfortable. "The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka."

"Parking was convenient, check-in was quick, and the room was quite comfortable. The room seemed to have been renovated a year or two ago; it was fully smart-equipped, and the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were particularly nice. It's also not far from Chaka Salt Lake, just a few kilometers away by car. The front desk even upgraded me to a lake-view room with a view of the salt lake from my room. It's currently the off-season, so there were fewer people and the weather was great, although it was a bit chilly, so I recommend dressing warmly. The hotel price was reasonable, the environment was nice, and the room was clean. A top choice for a stay; very satisfied."

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and unlimited entry tickets to the scenic area. The rooms are very spacious with excellent facilities, offering a panoramic view of the salt lake scenic area right outside the window. They were clean, tidy, and had comfortable bedding. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, an excellent hotel that's definitely worth a stay."

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably.
Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy.
The main downside is the location of the city itself. Itโs quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didnโt feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

It is very convenient to eat in front of the hotel and very close to Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area.
Friends who bring their children to Chaka Salt Lake must bring waterproof overalls for their children. The waterproof shoes rented in the scenic area are of no use to active children. Two children also got wet wearing waterproof shoes. .

The room is separated from wet and dry, and it is really good to not disturb each other. The room is surrounded by a large living room in the middle. You can have tea and chat here. I also played chess with my brother. The last time I played chess was when I was a child. ๐
I really recommend the friends who are still choosing where to get stuck in the tea. Oh, by the way, the night sky here is beautiful. The boss also asked his friend to take us to take a starry sky photo (because he is still waiting for the guests on the road, so that the friend can bring it)

VVSTHighly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.

Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it;
Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon.
Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature.
Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel;
Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience.
Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby is shown here. The rooms are located in a separate building next door, and the style and facilities are quite different from the main building. It was quite a psychological difference. I didn't see any oxygen generators or other equipment. The upside is that it's close to the scenic area, only about 10 to 20 minutes by car from the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Downstairs, there's a row of small restaurants, and the prices are a bit pricey but acceptable.

DddilddillyaWe went to see the main tourist destinations of Qinghai Province, Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake for 2 days and 1 night. I am truly grateful for the kindness of the travel agent I met at the train station.
2 people 1 day 400 yuan, 2 days, so I went with the girl and the grandmother who was traveling for 800 yuan.
After seeing Qinghai Lake, I called the accommodation I had booked, but there was no place to eat because it was late.
I am grateful to the owner couple who waited for me even though I checked in late at 11 pm after eating.
When I went out to see the stars at 3 am, the lighting was relatively dim, so I could see the stars in the night sky.
It would be good if they limited the lighting at night and specialized it as a good place to see the stars.
