"Location: 5 stars. Situated by the river, the location is very convenient. There are various fast-food restaurants downstairs and across the street, making dining easy. They have both underground and open-air parking. Even during the May Day holiday, there was ample parking, so no need to circle around looking for a spot. It's also a short drive to Guo'en Temple.
Environment: 5 stars. By the river. We heard that over 90% of the hotel rooms have a river view, and ours did too – the view from the window was lovely. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any traffic from the road.
Cleanliness: 5 stars. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter even used the hotel's stationery to draw a bit.
Room Facilities: 3 stars. There was only one bathrobe in the room. The tea station had a small cabinet for tea bags, but it was empty. It wasn't until we checked out that we found the tea bags in the drawer above the mini-fridge. They were placed so discreetly, almost as if they didn't want guests to drink them! The 'soft' switch in the bathroom was broken and didn't work.
Service: 4 stars. Overall, the staff attitude was good, but one male front desk receptionist was a bit cold. We arrived with a child and wanted to check in at 2 PM, but he ignored us. Later, a female front desk staff member helped us get checked in.
Dining: 4 stars. For the price, the buffet wasn't particularly good value for money.
Highlight: The indoor pool is excellent."

"I opened for Mo's chicken on May 1st and came to Xinxing. I found a hotel to stay. This time I stayed at Yunfu Xinxing Mingquan Light Bamboo Hotel. The experience was full, the environment service was Cantonese, and the wet cotton was not enough!
The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the comfort is high, the bathroom has a hot air dry hanger, this is the hotel I have never encountered, high-end! What touched me most was the service of all the staff! Special praise to the service staff at the front desk of the lobby, and the young lady received by the catering department. The whole process is gentle and warm, sincere and courteous, and the service is meticulous and intimate.
Can feel this high-quality warm-hearted service, not only is the result of professional training in the hotel, but also the staff's own good family style tutoring the cultivation. "The room is very clean and sanitary, the supporting facilities are complete and new, and the accommodation environment is very good. I give it five points. But the activities on this trip were very average. There were originally two May Day activities for children to check in and make handicrafts. There was a small reward for completing the task, but we ran around with the printing cards but couldn't get the materials for coloring and making bracelets. The supermarket staff didn't tell us right away that we had to post on WeChat Moments to get them. They just told us to go to a studio that had paints for coloring, and gave us two boxes of something and two ropes. We thought they were materials for stringing beads, but they turned out not to be. The feeling is that it's so stingy. You stay in a hotel that costs more than a thousand dollars, but they don't even provide such small handicraft materials to make children happy, and they make the guests run around. As a result, the handicrafts are not made, and the hot spring bathing time is also delayed. It's a waste of feelings. The hot spring project is pretty good, but there are too many people. The water play facilities are average, and the wave pool is quite fun. There were really a lot of people going to Jinshuitai Hot Spring this time, and there were a lot of tourists. There are many farmhouses for eating around, and the prices are not cheap, a little bit more expensive. **Lots of group buying. But it tastes good!"

Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses!
Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious.
Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean.
Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home.
This is a very pleasant and satisfying stay, highly recommended to other travelers! Looking forward to coming back next time."

Bring your own underground parking lot, parking is convenient and worry-free. "The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains.
The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing.
Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas.
While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs.
This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"

"作為一名比較注重細節的客人，我想給你們新開業的酒店提一些意見和建議。首先，看到你們在網上平台寫的是“別墅私湯雙床房”，第一眼會認為是一整棟別墅裏面帶有一張雙床房和私湯，結果是衹有一間在別墅區的帶有私湯的房間，我們到後比較失望。其次，可能是清潔比較匆忙，陽台有些許垃圾未及時清理，房間和廁所地面也有少許碎屑和污漬，茶几上面燈的燈罩也很多手印比較臟，沒清潔到位。建議將酒店拖鞋擺放到衣櫃外面，這樣顯眼，擺在櫃子裏比較難找，吹風機也可以放到洗手枱上面的盤子，結果放在了茶几下面的櫃子裏，也挺難找的。並且房間裝修味道特別大，一進房間就感覺很悶很臭的味道，隔音也不太好，隔壁房間講話聲音都能聽到，還有那個門感覺可以弄個緩震條什麼的，關門聲也太大了，砰的一聲能把人嚇醒。温泉方面還算不錯的，有很多泡池選擇，温泉那邊的服務人員也很好，很熱情認真，但是私湯的話有點不太滿意，房間與房間之間的私湯私密性比較差，樓上探頭可以完全看到我們的私湯，私湯之間僅有一些植株遮擋，我們可以透過小樹清晰看到隔壁房間的私湯，而且圍欄處還有比較大的空隙，客人甚至可以輕鬆穿過到達別人的房間陽台，這點非常需要改進，關乎客人的私隱和安全問題。健身房和小童樂園也還不錯，設施完備。餐廳也有點不滿意的地方，個別服務人員服務水平還要提升，説話比較小聲，引導不太清晰。菜品方面還算可以，就是麪包機旁邊沒有黃油，還有調料那邊的醋和醬油之類的建議寫上標簽，容易弄錯。粉面區的牛腩是直接放在外面的，已經冷的油都結塊了，感覺不太新鮮。再有，入住期間，沒有人帶領客人前往房間，衹是口頭説了地點，有些客人可能找不到房間，加上清潔車擺放在走廊正中央導致路很窄，入住體驗欠佳。總的來説酒店各方面還是不錯的，衹是有不少細節需要多多注意，畢竟價位也不低，對應的設施服務的要求需要更嚴格呢。"

獨獨旅人二令This second stay, the big one is ok! But the gym's treadmill has not been well for half a year, which disappointed me! I have left a message after I checked in in November last year. I hope you will deal with it. I know that the price is not expensive. A lot of bad things may not be ignored, and there are no important events, but the location of the hotel is good and not expensive. Although it is a bit expensive, it is not possible because of the city center! I accept it, but it would be better if the fitness room and smoke-free smell could be fixed! Thank you 🙏🏻! Good service attitude and politeness really want to praise 👍🏻👍🏻!

GGuest UserFacilities: This hotel boasts classic old five-star amenities. Although it's a bit older, the room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated.
Hygiene: So-so. My companion found an item left behind by a previous guest in the pocket of the bathrobe in the room...
Environment: The natural scenery on the mountain is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air. You can take a cable car to the mountaintop to explore and see the sea of clouds and sunrise/sunset. We left before sunset.
Service: Neither good nor bad. The front desk gave us a tea souvenir bag, which was perfect as a gift. The Xiangwo tea tasted pretty good and is worth trying.
Overall, it was a relatively pleasant trip. There weren't many hot spring pools, but it wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quite comfortable, and the kids had a great time.

Staying during the Qingming Festival, there are not many tourists, and the overall experience is very comfortable. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and intimate service.
On the first day we entered the scenic spot, the children can copy the scriptures for free, which is a very special experience. In the evening, I just ran into a fireworks show, and the children were so excited! After that, I rented an electric car to play in the park, and the two children were reluctant to leave.
On the second day, I went to the unpowered park to play early. The children put enough electricity and were super happy. After checking out, I have time, and then I will bury the free hot spring. Adults and children will relax.
The two-day itinerary is all within 15 minutes of walking distance. It is rich and not in a hurry. I really recommend family travelers!
