"Location: 5 stars. Situated by the river, the location is very convenient. There are various fast-food restaurants downstairs and across the street, making dining easy. They have both underground and open-air parking. Even during the May Day holiday, there was ample parking, so no need to circle around looking for a spot. It's also a short drive to Guo'en Temple. Environment: 5 stars. By the river. We heard that over 90% of the hotel rooms have a river view, and ours did too – the view from the window was lovely. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any traffic from the road. Cleanliness: 5 stars. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter even used the hotel's stationery to draw a bit. Room Facilities: 3 stars. There was only one bathrobe in the room. The tea station had a small cabinet for tea bags, but it was empty. It wasn't until we checked out that we found the tea bags in the drawer above the mini-fridge. They were placed so discreetly, almost as if they didn't want guests to drink them! The 'soft' switch in the bathroom was broken and didn't work. Service: 4 stars. Overall, the staff attitude was good, but one male front desk receptionist was a bit cold. We arrived with a child and wanted to check in at 2 PM, but he ignored us. Later, a female front desk staff member helped us get checked in. Dining: 4 stars. For the price, the buffet wasn't particularly good value for money. Highlight: The indoor pool is excellent."

Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. "It was renovated from an old hotel, so it doesn't look very good from the outside. It's located in a relatively remote place and there are no facilities around it. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is not managed by anyone. Although it is a dedicated parking lot for the hotel, other cars should be able to park as well. The front desk staff had a nice smile, and they also gave me a check-in souvenir, which is an emerging specialty. This was the first surprise. The elevator is also relatively old, and still has the name of the old hotel written on it. The room was the second surprise. I booked a family room with one living room and one room. There were tents and rocking horses in the lobby that children liked. The room was very clean and neatly tidied. Finally, there is a small regret. It should be that the hotel facilities are too old. But the activities on this trip were very average. There were originally two May Day activities for children to check in and make handicrafts. There was a small reward for completing the task, but we ran around with the printing cards but couldn't get the materials for coloring and making bracelets. The supermarket staff didn't tell us right away that we had to post on WeChat Moments to get them. They just told us to go to a studio that had paints for coloring, and gave us two boxes of something and two ropes. We thought they were materials for stringing beads, but they turned out not to be. The feeling is that it's so stingy. You stay in a hotel that costs more than a thousand dollars, but they don't even provide such small handicraft materials to make children happy, and they make the guests run around. As a result, the handicrafts are not made, and the hot spring bathing time is also delayed. It's a waste of feelings. The hot spring project is pretty good, but there are too many people. The water play facilities are average, and the wave pool is quite fun. There were really a lot of people going to Jinshuitai Hot Spring this time, and there were a lot of tourists. There are many farmhouses for eating around, and the prices are not cheap, a little bit more expensive. **Lots of group buying. But it tastes good!"

"The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"

"We booked a deluxe one-bedroom suite with two beds. The living room wasn't large, but the amenities were quite complete. Some mattresses sank a bit in the middle, making them uncomfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The service, both in the restaurant and the hotel, was excellent overall. Yunquan Valley doesn't have many hot springs, but there is a swimming pool. The hot springs are refreshing and comfortable, but you have to collect the water yourself; there are no waiters to bring it to the poolside. The view from the mountainside is pleasant and the air is fresh. The hotel offers a free cable car ride, which takes you to several scenic spots at the top of the mountain for photo opportunities. The scenery is beautiful, with mountains and water, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to hot springs and swimming, there's also a children's water park. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!"
