"Highly recommended, I'd definitely come back to this hotel! 1. The room offered a great river view, was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. The hotel also looks quite new. 2. The staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful. 3. The swimming pool has long opening hours, isn't crowded, and the water is very clean. There's also a gym and a kids' play area, so you'll never get bored staying here. 4. The only downside is that you have to go to the front desk to pick up food deliveries, which isn't very convenient. They said the delivery robot was still under repair."

"The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"

Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses! Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. "We booked a deluxe one-bedroom suite with two beds. The living room wasn't large, but the amenities were quite complete. Some mattresses sank a bit in the middle, making them uncomfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The service, both in the restaurant and the hotel, was excellent overall. Yunquan Valley doesn't have many hot springs, but there is a swimming pool. The hot springs are refreshing and comfortable, but you have to collect the water yourself; there are no waiters to bring it to the poolside. The view from the mountainside is pleasant and the air is fresh. The hotel offers a free cable car ride, which takes you to several scenic spots at the top of the mountain for photo opportunities. The scenery is beautiful, with mountains and water, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to hot springs and swimming, there's also a children's water park. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!"

But the activities on this trip were very average. There were originally two May Day activities for children to check in and make handicrafts. There was a small reward for completing the task, but we ran around with the printing cards but couldn't get the materials for coloring and making bracelets. The supermarket staff didn't tell us right away that we had to post on WeChat Moments to get them. They just told us to go to a studio that had paints for coloring, and gave us two boxes of something and two ropes. We thought they were materials for stringing beads, but they turned out not to be. The feeling is that it's so stingy. You stay in a hotel that costs more than a thousand dollars, but they don't even provide such small handicraft materials to make children happy, and they make the guests run around.
