"The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"

"The room is large enough, with a 2.4-meter bed, allowing a family of three to lie down without disturbing each other. There was a coffee table for making tea, with a large bottle of water, and they also gave me some nice tea from the owner's own tea garden. I bought two bags before leaving. The bathroom is also old, and the towel disinfection cabinet is very good. The Xiaodu speaker is also very good. I listened to children's songs all morning. The tea room on the first floor is the breakfast spot. Although the place is not big, the food is exquisite and delicious. The staff responded quickly. Knowing that we like drinking tea, they brewed some wild tea from the boss's private collection for us to try. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Location: 5 stars. Situated by the river, the location is very convenient. There are various fast-food restaurants downstairs and across the street, making dining easy. They have both underground and open-air parking. Even during the May Day holiday, there was ample parking, so no need to circle around looking for a spot. It's also a short drive to Guo'en Temple. Environment: 5 stars. By the river. We heard that over 90% of the hotel rooms have a river view, and ours did too – the view from the window was lovely. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any traffic from the road. Cleanliness: 5 stars. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter even used the hotel's stationery to draw a bit. Room Facilities: 3 stars. There was only one bathrobe in the room. The tea station had a small cabinet for tea bags, but it was empty. It wasn't until we checked out that we found the tea bags in the drawer above the mini-fridge. They were placed so discreetly, almost as if they didn't want guests to drink them! The 'soft' switch in the bathroom was broken and didn't work. Service: 4 stars. Overall, the staff attitude was good, but one male front desk receptionist was a bit cold. We arrived with a child and wanted to check in at 2 PM, but he ignored us. Later, a female front desk staff member helped us get checked in. Dining: 4 stars. For the price, the buffet wasn't particularly good value for money. Highlight: The indoor pool is excellent."

Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses! Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. So I asked me to eat snails and barbecue together. This is the Mid-Autumn Festival custom of Cantonese people. I had a good chat very late. I went back and found the boss sitting on the first floor. I said why I didn't have a rest and wouldn't wait for me? The boss smiled and said yes, when I went back to lock the door, I felt really warm. "We booked a deluxe one-bedroom suite with two beds. The living room wasn't large, but the amenities were quite complete. Some mattresses sank a bit in the middle, making them uncomfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The service, both in the restaurant and the hotel, was excellent overall. Yunquan Valley doesn't have many hot springs, but there is a swimming pool. The hot springs are refreshing and comfortable, but you have to collect the water yourself; there are no waiters to bring it to the poolside. The view from the mountainside is pleasant and the air is fresh. The hotel offers a free cable car ride, which takes you to several scenic spots at the top of the mountain for photo opportunities. The scenery is beautiful, with mountains and water, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to hot springs and swimming, there's also a children's water park. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!"
