"Wyndham Emerging Hotels Excellent service and comfortable environment beyond expectations, must give Wyndham a big praise! Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses! Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. This is a very pleasant and satisfying stay, highly recommended to other travelers! Looking forward to coming back next time."

"The room is very spacious, with a tea seat for making tea, and a small balcony with a direct view of the riverside. You can reach Wenchang Bridge and the pedestrian street by taking a walk along the bridge at night. It is quite comfortable to live here. It is worth mentioning that the cleaning lady cleans very seriously. She usually wipes the table top of the hotel when staying in the hotel. The corners of the table top wiped here are spotless, which may not be achieved by hotels with higher star ratings."

"The location is particularly good, not remote at all, close to the hospital, business district and vegetable market, daily travel, shopping and eating are particularly convenient. Bring your own underground parking lot, parking is convenient and worry-free. "Location: 5 stars. Situated by the river, the location is very convenient. There are various fast-food restaurants downstairs and across the street, making dining easy. They have both underground and open-air parking. Even during the May Day holiday, there was ample parking, so no need to circle around looking for a spot. It's also a short drive to Guo'en Temple. Environment: 5 stars. By the river. We heard that over 90% of the hotel rooms have a river view, and ours did too – the view from the window was lovely. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any traffic from the road. Cleanliness: 5 stars. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter even used the hotel's stationery to draw a bit. Room Facilities: 3 stars. There was only one bathrobe in the room. The tea station had a small cabinet for tea bags, but it was empty. It wasn't until we checked out that we found the tea bags in the drawer above the mini-fridge. They were placed so discreetly, almost as if they didn't want guests to drink them! The 'soft' switch in the bathroom was broken and didn't work. Service: 4 stars. Overall, the staff attitude was good, but one male front desk receptionist was a bit cold. We arrived with a child and wanted to check in at 2 PM, but he ignored us. Later, a female front desk staff member helped us get checked in. Dining: 4 stars. For the price, the buffet wasn't particularly good value for money. Highlight: The indoor pool is excellent."

"The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"

"Facilities: Fully equipped, disposable slippers are clean and hygienic  The kitten is so cute and the environment is very good ! ! ! ! And this price is very cost-effective!  Service: The boss is super good and also sends coffee  I recommend everyone to play. There is also a hot spring town here that is very beautiful. There is Vulcan Festival on Saturday! "The hotel boasts a great location, just a five-minute walk from Guoen Temple. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the room provided Elephant Nest mineral water for making tea, along with tea leaves produced in Elephant Nest – a definite plus. Due to a communication issue between the front desk and the linen staff, my room wasn't cleaned when I swiped my card to enter at 1 PM. Luckily, two people came quickly and cleaned it up, and it was done in no time. Kudos to that lady! 👍 Overall, it was a good hotel."

"I came here with my family during the New Year. The hotel is very unique and Zen. The villa I booked is very clean and tidy. There are two large hot springs. Although I use a card to add water, it is definitely enough. The breakfast environment is comfortable and the food is delicious. The staff is also very polite and works hard. They are responsive. The only thing is that the air conditioning and heating in the two twin rooms are slightly insufficient, and it feels not warm enough. I am satisfied with the whole experience."

"Facilities: This hotel boasts classic old five-star amenities. Although it's a bit older, the room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated. Hygiene: So-so. My companion found an item left behind by a previous guest in the pocket of the bathrobe in the room... Environment: The natural scenery on the mountain is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air. You can take a cable car to the mountaintop to explore and see the sea of clouds and sunrise/sunset. We left before sunset. Service: Neither good nor bad. The front desk gave us a tea souvenir bag, which was perfect as a gift. The Xiangwo tea tasted pretty good and is worth trying. Overall, it was a relatively pleasant trip. There weren't many hot spring pools, but it wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quite comfortable, and the kids had a great time."
