"Very nice and decent hotel. It is located exactly at the center of Palermo ancient city. It is very convenient to walk to all main sightseeing sites and the central train station. The room I stay is 339, and it has a very nice balcony. Will defiantly come back."

"The room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious."

"Fantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot. As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it. Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough. I would stay here again just for the location"

While it's not a luxury hotel – just a standard Italian 4-star – everything is conveniently organized. The only minor issues were that the bread and ham (presumably at breakfast) would occasionally run out, requiring us to ask staff to bring more. The soundproofing also leaves something to be desired. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."

"It is a fully furnished student apartment with a great breakfast and a semi-buffet for lunch and dinner for 8 euros, which is very cost-effective. The room is huge and two beds can accommodate three people and has a small balcony. The hotel is very convenient from the train station and the city, it is recommended!"

"I loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back."

"The hotel is beautiful for three stars. It is on foot from the beach in the resort area of Montello. Without extra charge, you can use the gym, rent bikes, get beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, even after you are evicted from the room. "La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo"

"Very satisfied. Very artistic. There are many attractions around. I found that it was too late to come to this hotel. It would be nice to live here as soon as I arrive. Next time I come to Sicily, I will stay at this hotel."
