"Our triple room was a good size. The facilities were a bit dated. There was a parking lot, but it was difficult to access. We asked the waiter to drive it for us, paying a small fee. The location is excellent, with major attractions within a 15-minute walk. Turning left is Sifangjiao, and turning another left is the bustling restaurant street."

"The customer service is good. Because the pool in the room was leaking, the staff tried their best to make arrangements. Finally, we stayed in a sea view room, opposite Piazza Italia. The restaurant's cuttlefish noodles are delicious and the service is good. There is a problem with sound insulation in rooms close to the road"

"The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the seaside of the city center train station!

"The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights.
However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night. For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :)
For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming. The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station."

The room assigned to us is a duplex with two bedrooms, which is especially suitable for family travel. The breakfast is delicious and great juice is always available. The best thing is Fanny, the butler, who is the best we have ever seen. The perfect host not only introduced us to great restaurants, but also recommended us to a private place, a mansion of a Sicilian nobleman. The count introduced us to the history of his family, making our trip to Sicily full of surprises. Highly recommended to everyone"

"Fantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot.
As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it.
Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough.
I would stay here again just for the location"

Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.

GGuest UserLoved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!
The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues.
Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

YYan YeeThe room is very spacious for a group of 3 and everything works fine. The view olf the room is the square near to the hotel, and is very nice. The boss is a very interesting person and he is very nice to us, helping us to carry our luggage. We really appreciate the luggage storage part so that we don't have to carry it all the way during our trip.

GGuest UserTHIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I DID IN SICILY.
First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram.
Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space.
Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily.
Nice place absolutely recommend!!

AAnonymous UserWe chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.

GGiosuèThe hotel has a good layout but is very dated, especially the rooms, which are in dire need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. The air conditioning fan was extremely noisy. The bathroom light takes at least 10 seconds to switch on after pressing the button, and there's also a lack of ventilation in the bathrooms. On the positive side, it boasts a panoramic pool on the fourteenth floor, which is a consistent 2 meters deep. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and professional. The property has great potential if it were to be renovated.

I had a large room with high ceiling all to myself, which was great. The host was extremely helpful and engaging with information on local cafes and eateries. Enjoyed my stay at this place!
