"Though this hotel is rates 3-starl, it's huge and luxurious, and very near to Quattro Canti. My single room's windows faces the inner part of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of Palermo. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Read the fineprint and everything will be perfect. I texted a day ahead what my travel itinerary was. Gianlucca was there to welcome me. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know and more! He showed me what to see and where to go! With this insight I m’ve seen a lot of the city. Got a list of restaurants and such, and all the recommended places were amazing."

"The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the terminal, the facilities that have been renovated recently are good, and the kindness of the managers is especially extreme. The location itself is too far from Korea, so it's hard to come unless it's a special thing, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I want to stay again. The only downside is that the water in the shower room is not properly guided, so the humidity of the whole room is high. Instead, there is a ondol that is difficult to find in Europe near the bathroom."

If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese)."

"The hotel has its climate-beautiful decor. Very good location-everywhere you can walk, to the main attractions of the city, to the center, to the restaurant. Watch out for the micro-lift - something else. Breakfast very good - a large selection of sweet snacks (typically Italian) but there is also baked raisins and cheese. For me this Hotel is a shot at 10. I recommend"

"Pros: - location is a 5-minute walk from the railway station, from where buses go both to Palermo airport and to other cities - the street looks quite safe even in the evening, but it’s difficult to call it clean. The area is generally unattractive - it’s convenient to walk both to the center and towards the sea. There is a nice park nearby (Villa Giulia). On the way to it (on the side of the hotel), there is a good bar-pasticeria Bar Touring (cocktails, coffee, a large selection of cakes and pastries, ice cream) - the room was quite clean upon check-in (there was a room with an entrance from the patio). I saw photos from other reviews, in my case everything in the room was fine and in working order - a good, fairly powerful hairdryer in the bathroom - breakfast is not the most delicious and varied (boiled eggs, cheese, a couple of types of cold cuts, toast bread, jam, yogurt, croissants), but you won’t go hungry Minuses: - poor sound insulation (you can hear everything and everyone, especially from the patio). If you are a light sleeper and go to bed early or get up late, take earplugs with you - during 4 days of stay they never did cleaning or took out the trash - the room had a large table and 4 chairs, but there wasn’t even an electric kettle or cup to make tea - the staff at the reception is almost never on site, most of the time it is locked."
