"We had a short stay at this hotel. Its main advantage is its location, a 10-minute walk from the city center.
However, it's not a true 4-star hotel. The room was small and, above all, outdated. The hotel is clearly not up to the standard of other 4-star hotels in the Accor chain. It's in dire need of renovation. The shower is tiny, and the bathroom paint was peeling in places. Overall, it lacked charm.
As for breakfast, it also fell short of 4-star standards. The buffet was limited, there was an automatic coffee machine, no proper toaster, and the pastries were out of stock every day (breakfast closes at 10:00 AM, so forget about sleeping in...).
We didn't have a bad stay, but we were disappointed by the quality, which was far below what one would expect from a 4-star Accor hotel."

"Our European trip went to the UK, Spain and Italy, and this small boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily is definitely the warmest hotel we have ever stayed in. Not only is it in a great location, you can walk everywhere, the hotel has a retro and elegant design, and there is also a There is a beautiful large courtyard to enjoy the sun and drink coffee. The room assigned to us is a duplex with two bedrooms, which is especially suitable for family travel. The breakfast is delicious and great juice is always available. The best thing is Fanny, the butler, who is the best we have ever seen. The perfect host not only introduced us to great restaurants, but also recommended us to a private place, a mansion of a Sicilian nobleman. "The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights.
However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night. For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :)
For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming. The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station."

"The room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious."

GGuest UserThe hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

YYaroslav2494The rooms are big but very old. Even the sockets are old and it wasn't easy to find a spot to charge the phone. The rooms are clean but except for some shampoo the hotel doesn't provide anything.
The wifi is also bad, but it's very close to everything we wanted to see.

At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish).
The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

GGuest UserThe environment and service is wonderful, but there is a club across the street.about 200 meters away. So you can expect VERY loud music when they have party. AND in Italy it’s allow for loud music until midnight. Don’t even try to sleep early here.
