"The location is great, I'd say it's pretty central, and for a four-star hotel, the price is quite affordable (they even have single rooms). However, the facilities are a bit basic. The soundproofing between rooms isn't great (my advice: bring earplugs!). They do provide disposable slippers. The front desk staff are friendly. It seems like there are two people who clean the rooms; one of them was very meticulous, tidying up my desk and pajamas, which was a nice touch 😋. The breakfast is a simple Western-style meal, and the taste is decent."

"Though this hotel is rates 3-starl, it's huge and luxurious, and very near to Quattro Canti. My single room's windows faces the inner part of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of Palermo. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"The location is very good. It is within walking distance to the main attractions of Palermo. There are many restaurants and shopping supermarkets around. The rooms are simple but very clean and quiet. It is definitely good enough for most tourists who come back to rest in the evening. "The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon."

"The room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious."

GGuest UserVery pleasant hotel near the train station but without criminal elements. Good big room with minibar, we had a room with toilet room in the room. Good lingerie, comfortable bed, in the room there was a small balcony. In the morning, breakfast, cut. cheese, baking, tea/coffee, you can order and you will cook omlet, grills, in the hotel there is a very good kitchen corner with microwave, stove, teapot, coffee machine, you can take plates. cups. glasses. Free access all day tea/coffee, cakes.
For us there was one minus that there was no elevator in the house and it turns out that it is necessary to pull the baggage of 4 stairs and in the closet only two hangers for clothes.

Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

YYaroslav2494The rooms are big but very old. Even the sockets are old and it wasn't easy to find a spot to charge the phone. The rooms are clean but except for some shampoo the hotel doesn't provide anything.
The wifi is also bad, but it's very close to everything we wanted to see.

At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish).
The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

GGuest UserThe environment and service is wonderful, but there is a club across the street.about 200 meters away. So you can expect VERY loud music when they have party. AND in Italy it’s allow for loud music until midnight. Don’t even try to sleep early here.
