"We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious. It was a little stuffy, and the hotel is older, but overall it was okay, except for the bathroom. I hope they'll improve it. The sink and bathtub were stained and grimy; I wouldn't even let my kids sit in it. We only let them stand for showers. There was a slight drain smell, but it was bearable."

"VALA Hua Hin – I was very impressed, probably a 9.5/10. If you're looking for a place for a true relaxing getaway, staying mostly at the hotel and not focusing on sightseeing in the city, I highly recommend this place. The first thing I loved was the atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful right from the entrance. The design is in white and cream tones, minimalist, and every corner is photo-worthy, especially the swimming pool with the sea view – absolutely stunning. It’s so pleasant to look at, giving a sense of peace, perfect for recharging. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and very comfortable. The bathroom had a well-defined wet and dry zone. All amenities were complete, including a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and various toiletries. You don't need to bring much. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight here. It’s huge, with a beachfront view, and every angle makes for a great photo. There are areas for lounging and poolside beds. You can either swim or just relax by the pool. The atmosphere is wonderful. Breakfast was also impressive. There was a wide variety to choose from, including Thai food, Western dishes, salads, fruits, bread, coffee, and freshly made egg dishes. The overall taste was delicious, the quality was good, and they refilled the food constantly. All the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and greeting guests. They were very helpful from check-in to check-out. I felt very well taken care of. One thing to be aware of before staying is that the hotel is located in the Cha-am area, not in Hua Hin city center. If you want to go to the city or the night market, you'll need to drive or call a Grab. But if your intention is to relax and spend all day at the hotel, I can tell you, you'll hardly want to leave. Overall, this is another hotel that I was very impressed with, including its cleanliness, atmosphere, service, and amenities. It offers great value for money and is suitable for couples, families, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back to stay again. ❤️"

"Great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and clean rooms. However, the bathroom in my room (in Building A) had a window at the top that looked directly into another building. Thankfully, it seemed unoccupied during my stay. I'd suggest the hotel inspect this, as it made me uncomfortable while using the bathroom and showering."

"Conveniently located near food, just a 7-minute walk. The room is clean and spacious, and you can sleep downstairs. There might be some dark stains around the edges of the bathtub, but that's normal. Soaking in the tub was great; the water temperature was perfect, neither too hot nor too cold. No ghosts!"
