"Our third time staying at this hotel, and overall it has been good. However, we always visit during peak periods, and on several occasions the room cleaning had not been finished by the time we went out. As for breakfast, the chef who prepared the Eggs Benedict never seemed to get it right. It was overcooked, and on two occasions when I asked for it to be remade, it came back undercooked instead. Last time we stayed here and the sane thing happened with the same chef. Quite disappointed. :( My boy really enjoyed the adventure pass; pizza decorating and gel candle creation. :)"

"Stayed for one night and was impressed by everything! Upon check-in, we received a welcome drink of iced lemon tea and a cold towel. The lemon tea was so refreshing and delicious, I only wish I could have had more. The staff member who escorted us to our room, a lovely front desk attendant, was incredibly kind and brought us right to the door. Our luggage arrived just a moment later. On the day we checked in, there was a seminar group, and they informed us and apologized for any inconvenience right from the start. Entering the room, the air conditioning was wonderfully cool; they had turned it on in advance, which was brilliant. The room was spacious, the bed was soft with plenty of pillows, and the hot water in the shower was easy to adjust – no sudden temperature changes. Usually, when I stay elsewhere, I always bring my own hairdryer, but the one here was substantial and worked really well. We received a complimentary minibar and welcome snacks from the housekeeper. The breakfast had a great variety; the green curry and grilled pork were especially delicious. Initially, the staff mentioned that the hotel was at 100% capacity for the day, and I was a bit worried about getting a table and the breakfast offerings. However, it wasn't an issue at all. Food was constantly replenished, and there was good table turnover with staff always on standby to clear tables. Overall, I was very impressed! I would definitely come back to stay here again."

"Saw lots of influencers raving about this place. The pool facilities are awesome. There was even an obstacle course for those who are seeking a different fun at the pool. The pool is suitable for toddlers and adults. Breakfast at white oven was good In room dining was relatively fast and efficient Overall a good resort Take note for most rooms, there are no elevators so you need to take the stairs, the bellboy are very helpful and they will help us with the luggages Just a quick note I’ll prefer to go for those independent restaurants outside of the resorts. The restaurant at huahin are really spacious and most comes with a view and it’s really relaxing for me. Highly recommend to search the area around to try. You can grab around easily."

"Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "Stayed at The Palayana Hua Hin and enjoyed a restful, laid-back stay. We booked the 2-bedroom suite for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children—it was very spacious and came with a large sitting area, which worked well for us. The resort’s setting stands out, with beautifully maintained gardens, a tranquil vibe, and direct beach access. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. A few areas could be improved: some in-room fixtures are a bit dated, and soundproofing isn’t the best as we could hear people along the walkway. The bathroom flooring is also quite slippery—non-slip mats would be a useful addition for safety. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended."

"A nice hotel, friendly staff, especially at breakfast area., this waiter called Kung. He provided excellent service. The hotel was quiet, not many guests, hence the water feature in the pool wasn't turned on all the time. The beach was not good for swimming cos there were shells with spikes. Buffet breakfast on weekends and ala carte on weekdays, maybe cos not many guests. 2 person band at the pool bar at night but singing oldies and not great. There weren't many eateries within walking distance."

"Pretty good! It's clean, tidy, and comfortable. The pool is a bit shallow, but there's a private beach. A wider variety for breakfast would be even better. The service is excellent, especially the security guards who are very polite. It truly felt like a home away from home."
