"The room didn't match the photos. The beds were two identical twin beds pushed together, which was fine, but strange because the headboards were bedside tables that had to be moved down to meet the beds. This left the headboard area empty. My boyfriend asked for an extra pillow... A while later, a male staff member knocked on the door to deliver it. My boyfriend was in the bathroom at the time, and I was walking from the bed to open the door. The staff member knocked twice because I might have been a bit slow, but it wasn't even a minute before he used a card to open the door and entered. I was really surprised by this. Luckily, I was already dressed and had engaged the internal lock, so he couldn't push the door all the way open. I hope they improve this, especially since we had just requested the pillow, were clearly in the room, and it was nearly 10 PM. The beds were soft and comfortable. There were two small swimming pools, but the kids liked them. The breakfast was a typical buffet with average taste."

"This is a new hotel and it's very clean. As soon as I entered the room, I could tell that the hotel did a thorough cleaning. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the air conditioning worked well. The service was good, and the breakfast was nice. The grilled pork skewers (Moo Ping) were delicious, though it's a shame they weren't available every day. Overall, I was impressed. The price was also reasonable."

"The hotel has a charming retro French style, and there's a beautiful, enormous heart-shaped tree. With only a few rooms, it means fewer guests, which was great for avoiding crowds during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's a shame I booked late and could only get a corner suite. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom felt a bit dated. However, the bathtub was spotless, and I enjoyed a soak while looking out at the sea. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety, but the pork skewers were delicious. We ordered four dishes for dinner, and none of them were great; I'd recommend eating in town instead."

For the bathroom, I'd suggest providing instructions for the taps, as I accidentally turned on the extremely hot water without realizing it. "Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "I had an accidental slip and fall during my stay. The path by the pool was quite slippery, but the hotel took excellent care of me. A staff member accompanied me to the hospital for X-rays and a doctor's examination, ensuring I was completely fine. They covered all medical expenses, provided ice packs, and checked in on me throughout my stay. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed with quality furnishings. Breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was delicious. I'd suggest improving some facilities, such as the garden pool area, where there are several spots with rotting wood. The ground surfaces could also be made less slippery. The beach was clean. Overall, I was very impressed!"
