"We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious. It was a little stuffy, and the hotel is older, but overall it was okay, except for the bathroom. I hope they'll improve it. The sink and bathtub were stained and grimy; I wouldn't even let my kids sit in it. We only let them stand for showers. There was a slight drain smell, but it was bearable."

"This hotel is our choice in Cha Am.
The location is fine the breakfast is ok, the pool is fine, but the pool filters might need a check as the water is slightly cloudy.
Our room was a bit bigger than the standard one, and quite comfortable.
We will be back here again in the future."

"This hotel is right on the beach. Room 304 has a clear view of the sea. The beach in front of the hotel is great for swimming, and the water was clean during my stay. The service and welcome were excellent. The beachfront saltwater pool is also a plus. Overall, the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. (One suggestion: the WiFi signal was a bit weak.)"

"The only downside to this hotel is its rather remote location. However, the environment is absolutely beautiful, with a huge golf course and a stunning pool. The rooms, in particular, are incredibly spacious. The balcony alone can fit a large Jacuzzi, a hammock, and a table and chairs – perfect for a self-drive vacation. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. A heads-up for future guests: the hotel's shuttle bus to the city center is chargeable. On weekends, there's one at 10 AM, but on weekdays, the earliest is 1 PM. There's no free pick-up/drop-off service, which was a significant discrepancy from what the hotel advertised. Also, waiting for a taxi can take a while. A special thank you to Ctrip customer service agent Yan Juan, who was incredibly helpful during my stay."

Outstanding
MMONOROWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and all facilities were well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to travel around and enjoy nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The overall service was outstanding, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
GGuest UserThis villa is spotless and fully equipped. The huge swimming pool with its slides had the kids ecstatic, while adults could relax and have fun nearby. The space is spacious and comfortable. From the facilities to the atmosphere, everything is top-notch. Adults and children alike had a fantastic time, making it a perfect family trip. I highly recommend it!
GGuest UserThe rooms are not very well maintained, with some small stains on the sheets. The TVs are older models without smart tv capabilities so you can only use it to watch Thai TV channels. There is also no elevator from what I saw, so if you are an elderly you might have trouble going up and down the stairs if you have one of the rooms on the 3rd-4th floor.
The beach by the hotel is at the moment full of trash and has a lot of people fishing there making it not so nice to swim.
PP & G Travels The resort is straight on the beachfront over the road large green areas, fun to ride around on the bikes provided great for the family. It has its own restaurant and cafe on the road front easy access to local food and beach fun.
MMxffGreat atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and clean rooms. However, the bathroom in my room (in Building A) had a window at the top that looked directly into another building. Thankfully, it seemed unoccupied during my stay. I'd suggest the hotel inspect this, as it made me uncomfortable while using the bathroom and showering.
TThipkrittaCleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.
GGuest UserThe Regent Cha-am
We booked a Deluxe room including breakfast. We were not expecting much as the price was really good but, what a fabulous surprise when we found it was a suite with a lovely welcoming plate of fruit and cookies! I began to wonder if theyd mixed us up with some - march 2026 honeymooners somewhere!!!!
I wasn't expecting how big the place was with 2 huge balconies each big enough for sunbeds and a table!! It's own kitchen, lounge, king sized bed and ensuite and office.
-The pool is a beautiful, sparkling clean, heart-shaped affair with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas as shade is definitely required! The pool along one side must be about 30m+ so it was great for lap swimming as well as chilling out!!! -Beautifully landscaped and next to the sea, the only drawback is that the beach is almost non existent most of the time and while we were there the red flag was up as the sea was quite rough with the wind. The pool more than made up for it.
-Breakfast is buffet style like many of these resort places with cereal, pastries, fruit, cooked asian foods and western style ham, crispy bacon, eggs cooked to order, toast and jam. My only criticism is the hot foods, not cooked to order, were luke warm.
Don't bother with tea, it's weak and tasteless but the coffee machine does a good variety and there's hot milk to top up with.
-The bar in the lobby does happy hour 2 for 1 early evening.
-The hotel is around 25km from hua hin centre but a 5 min walk just outside the hotel is a road ”village” where there are a choice of local Thai restaurants, bars, tailors, massage/mani/pedicure places plus a useful 7-11 for essentials.
All the restaurants we tried were excellent. They may look empty but will cook to order at all times and the prices are really cheap.
The bed was really comfy and the room was serviced daily with clean towels and the usual stuff.
-Pool towels were available by the pool and changed as often as you please.
-All The staff were friendly and welcoming and most spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet, laid back holiday at this time of year. We might have to return next year!!!!
YYongxin.LThe trip to Hua Hin opened a happy year for us in 2025, and it is the best destination to embrace the Thailand Sunshine Beach and seafood cuisine. The small villa has a large family to live in, satisfying the children's desire to return to the pool in winter, and the family's seafood BBQ in the evening is no more pleasant. Friends who like quiet can't miss this preferred accommodation for quiet in the middle of noisy. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can drive to Hua Hin Beach in more than 10 minutes. You will come back next time you come to Hua Hin.
CChristian “kriss” INWe love the clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities and great views. The resort features a lovely pool, a coffee shop, free high-speed internet, and conference facilities. Families will enjoy the kids' pool, and kids stay free. The restaurant offers both Thai and Western dishes, with positive reviews for breakfast and friendly staff service. The resort's location is convenient, close to restaurants and attractions, though having a car can be helpful for exploring.
GGuest UserRoom service needs improvement to meet the required level, while the front desk service is quite good. Overall, most of the services are around 8 out of 10. In comparison with Forbes Five-Star standards, they still need to elevate their service level further.
