"Dear Vala Hua Hin Management Team, On April 19, 2026, my family and I were planning a trip to Bangkok. Along the way, we were browsing various accommodations and stumbled upon Vala Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels. The photos and reviews were so stunning that we immediately booked two rooms. However, shortly after booking, I realized I had made an oversight. I had accidentally reserved standard garden view rooms without breakfast, whereas my true intention was to book rooms with a 45-degree pool and sea view, with breakfast included. I immediately called the hotel to inquire about promotions and upgrade options, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Khun Prim at the Front Desk. She answered the phone with such a warm and lovely voice. She listened attentively to my situation and provided excellent, detailed advice. She clearly painted a picture of the available upgrade packages and seamlessly helped me process the additional payment to secure exactly what I wanted. Before hanging up, she kindly wished us a safe journey and mentioned she was looking forward to welcoming us. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The bellman gave us a warm welcome, and as my family sat in the lounge area waiting, the staff graciously served us refreshing drinks. Khun Prim immediately recognized us and thoughtfully came over to facilitate an in-seat check-in at our table to make things as convenient as possible. After thoroughly explaining the resort's details, Khun Prim personally escorted my family and me to our rooms, 316 and 317. Along the way, she continued to provide helpful information about our stay. Her outstanding situational awareness truly shined when she noticed we had a child with us and proactively recommended the Kids Club. The rooms themselves were absolutely beautiful. By the time we entered, the bellman had already delivered our luggage and arranged everything perfectly. Our stay was so flawless and relaxing that I genuinely did not want to leave the resort. When it was time to check out on April 20, 2026, we were greeted by Khun Prim once again, sporting the same radiant smile she had when we arrived. The entire team, from the front desk to the bellmen, made our departure just as warm as our arrival. I am incredibly impressed by the level of care and professionalism at your hotel, particularly from Khun Prim. The remarkably high standard of service we experienced throughout our entire stay truly reflects your prestigious status as a member of @smallluxuryhotels. "Room service needs improvement to meet the required level, while the front desk service is quite good. Overall, most of the services are around 8 out of 10. In comparison with Forbes Five-Star standards, they still need to elevate their service level further."

"The public areas are tidy and impressive, and the hallways are clean and clutter-free; the environmental hygiene is really well-maintained. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, fresh ingredients, and moderate flavors, catering to different dietary needs. Overall, whether it's the environmental hygiene, hardware facilities, or the staff's service attitude, everything deserves high praise. I'll prioritize choosing this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it to friends who are traveling."

"This hotel is truly perfect for family, friends, and couples. If you don't like noisy children, it's an excellent choice, especially on weekdays when it's very quiet and peaceful. The staff provides great service everywhere. The breakfast food was delicious, every single item. The bed in the room had so many pillows, you could choose whichever one you liked – there were seriously a lot! The room was quite spacious. It's a shame the room I booked didn't have a bathtub. The swimming pool has a shallow area for small children, beds in the middle of the water, and swim-up bar stools. The pool water is clean."

"The only downside to this hotel is its rather remote location. However, the environment is absolutely beautiful, with a huge golf course and a stunning pool. The rooms, in particular, are incredibly spacious. The balcony alone can fit a large Jacuzzi, a hammock, and a table and chairs – perfect for a self-drive vacation. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. A heads-up for future guests: the hotel's shuttle bus to the city center is chargeable. On weekends, there's one at 10 AM, but on weekdays, the earliest is 1 PM. There's no free pick-up/drop-off service, which was a significant discrepancy from what the hotel advertised. Also, waiting for a taxi can take a while. A special thank you to Ctrip customer service agent Yan Juan, who was incredibly helpful during my stay."
