"The hotel is charming, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but everything we tried was delicious. The main downside for us was the extremely poor soundproofing in the rooms. If you're used to going to bed early, around 9-10 PM, be prepared to hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing. Also, there was no information in the room on how to contact the reception at night. Our neighbors were also very noisy until about 1 AM. I was with my child and couldn't leave him alone to go find a hotel employee. I also considered it unsafe to go confront noisy neighbors by myself at night. As a result, I simply had no way to resolve the issue. We also received a call at 1 AM from another room, asking us to be quieter, apparently they had mistaken the room and also couldn't contact reception. The hotel itself left a pleasant impression, but the soundproofing and the ability to quickly contact staff at night definitely need improvement."

"I was very impressed! The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was very cold. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service; everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and impressive stay. The hotel even has a tennis court! If I come back to Khao Yai next time, I'll definitely stay here again. 😊✨"

"We’d stayed for 2 nights with hoping to face the piece of nature and also having Thai style decorations. Here is the place that has everything we hope for, the room decorated in Thai pavilion style, their garden is superb. Full of big tree, Thai tree with well landscape, so you can enjoy walking or small running. Transportation is very convenient, no worries if you hungry at night. What i like the most is they have their own coffee shop called Ro So 112 where you can enjoy a hundred years of Thai building that reserved as a museum inside the cafe area. Overall we have very well experienced here and will come back again when I need to travel Khao yai national park."

"The Loft room is spacious and clean, and Toscana Valley itself is a beautiful and pleasant place. However, there are a few things that made our stay less than ideal. The room is very dim; the main lighting comes from floor lamps and small wall lights. There are also very few power outlets, almost none on the second floor. Some outlets are occupied by the floor lamps, making it difficult for a family of four to charge phones and tablets simultaneously. We even had to plug in the kettle near the bed and place it on the floor. The air conditioner on the second floor is right next to the bed and quite noisy. Furthermore, there's only one bathroom for the entire Loft. If you're a family of four, it might be more comfortable to book two separate rooms. Aside from these points, everything else was enjoyable: it was clean, spacious, and the grounds are very beautiful. The breakfasts were good."

"I stayed from June 16-18, 2069, but unfortunately, there was no fog. I had hoped to see the mountain view with fog. If you want a room with a mountain view, there's an additional charge of 1,000฿ per room, per night. The atmosphere is lovely. They have two alpacas, rabbits, and chickens. You'll also see several cats along the way. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."
