"A wonderful place and trip. The breakfast is one of the best in Thailand travels. A nice assortment of foods from all regions of Thailand and a couple cheese and Italian meats. Van driver drives too fast while we are enjoying our slow vacation. You can rent a golf cart for 500 baht an hour but need to pick it up at the main suites lobby. Bikes are 200 baht as well. The pools close at 7pm too early. You can visit leaning tower of Piza for free or make a reservation for any cafe or restaurants inside Toscana Valley, no need to stay here. Rooms are spacious and worth it."

"This hotel is lovely. They actually have 5 hotels in total, so when you book, make sure to check carefully what kind of experience you're looking for. If you want more of a city feel, pick the Town Square. If you're after a harbor-side vibe, stay here. And if you want a mountain-side experience, you need to choose Sequesta. I didn't realize when I booked and just chose randomly, haha! The hotel itself is great. Summer must be the low season because it's incredibly hot and there are hardly any people, which is great for taking photos, but you have to be prepared for the heat. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful, always ready to assist. My only minor complaint is that for a hotel at this price point, the breakfast is incredibly mediocre. They have some bread, a few Thai dishes, mostly Western food, and some salads. It sounds like a lot when I type it out, but in reality, it felt very limited, especially considering the ridiculously high price, haha! Maybe I just had very high expectations."

"We made two bookings, and the staff took great care of us. When they saw that the elderly had trouble walking, they immediately arranged a new room on a lower floor without stairs and closer by. They were very attentive and provided excellent care. We are very impressed :)"

"The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here."

"Absolutely love this place! There really is no need to leave the premises as they have a wide range of offering. A typical stay can look like this: 1. Lovely breakfast at the restaurant by the pool 2. Take a walk around the grounds of their on-site golf course 3. Drive any of their cute, vintage vehicles 4. Or go back in time and ride a horse instead 5. Chill out at the amazing pool area with fountains, kids section and jacuzzi jets 6. Chill at Trot Cafe, watch, feed or pet farm animals 7. Visit the clubhouse (this we are to try in the next visit) 8. Order some afternoon drinks/snacks in the pool bar 9. Play mini-golf 10. Watch movie night on the big screen by a small pond in front of the Italian restaurant Ohh did i mention they have a golf course, gym, Japanese restaurant. Rooms are lovely as well, set up in a classic European style, and have free mini bar. Each stay is just wonderful. Staff are all friendly. 10/10 for us."
