Pak Chong Hotels with Pools

"I booked a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There were two beds in total, and from the pictures, it looked like they could be separated into two single beds per room (they seemed to be two 3.5-foot beds pushed together). So, I requested separate beds. However, upon arrival, each room had one large bed. My initial thought was to inform housekeeping, but since we had already brought in our luggage, I didn't want to wait, so I just thought, 'never mind.' Still, I'd like the hotel to review special requests for every booking; it’s a charm of good service. Putting the bed issue aside, the bedrooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spacious with separate wet and dry zones. The central area was also very large. My family really liked it; it felt like staying at our own home. The mattress in this room was excellent – incredibly comfortable. It was the most worthwhile and relaxing stay!"

"The room was a bit small but not cramped. It was clean inside. The pool was beautiful, the views were great, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided good service. Breakfast was delicious, but if you went late, some items would be gone and replenished slowly. As for the ”Chao Ban” restaurant, the taste was okay and the prices were reasonable. However, the problem with both Chao Ban and the breakfast restaurant was the number of flies. It's a concern for hygiene. It would be much better if there were a fly repellent device at each table (I've seen other restaurants do this) or placed along the breakfast buffet line."

"Christmas Day (Dec 25, 2025) I booked a Deluxe room but was given a Standard room upon arrival. The hotel had issues checking in another guest and upgraded her to the Deluxe room I had booked, essentially downgrading me to a Standard room. Here are the details of what happened: I arrived at the accommodation around 7:30 PM on Christmas Day (Dec 25, 2025). At the reception, there was another female guest checking in before me. While I was waiting in line to check in: - I overheard that the female guest had booked a room (if I understood correctly, it was likely a Standard room, but she couldn't check in). It seemed she had successfully booked through Agoda, but the hotel informed her that the room type she booked was full. - A three-party discussion ensued to resolve the issue (between 1. the hotel, 2. Agoda, and 3. the female guest). The hotel stated there was one Deluxe room left, and if the female guest wanted to stay in it, she would need to pay an additional 400 baht. - However, after the three-party discussion, it was decided that the hotel would allow the female guest to stay in the Deluxe room without paying the extra fee (I'm unsure if this was Agoda's responsibility or the hotel's compensation). - After the female guest received her room key, I proceeded to check in. After getting my key and entering the room, I discovered that it was not the room type I had booked. I immediately informed the hotel reception. The staff then tried to retrieve the Deluxe room from the female guest, but she was already showering. - The front desk staff called to consult with management and I overheard them instructing the staff to refund me. At this point, it was nearly 8:00 PM, leaving me with no options. I felt completely cornered. I don't understand why the hotel would give the room I booked to another guest as an upgrade. - If I'm not mistaken, I suspect there might have been a mistake in the hotel's data entry. Perhaps the hotel incorrectly marked my Deluxe room booking as a Standard room, which then conflicted with the female guest's booking, leading to her being upgraded to the room I had reserved because her own booked room was full."

"We’d stayed for 2 nights with hoping to face the piece of nature and also having Thai style decorations. Here is the place that has everything we hope for, the room decorated in Thai pavilion style, their garden is superb. Full of big tree, Thai tree with well landscape, so you can enjoy walking or small running. Transportation is very convenient, no worries if you hungry at night. What i like the most is they have their own coffee shop called Ro So 112 where you can enjoy a hundred years of Thai building that reserved as a museum inside the cafe area. Overall we have very well experienced here and will come back again when I need to travel Khao yai national park."
