The room and the staff save for breakfast, quite disappointed. - buffet line is very small and the taste is not that good. - our trip member has the elder with wheelchair, the table in indoor was full when we came. It would be better if the hotel informed us which time the buffet room was crowded so that we could prepare."

"I booked a deluxe mountain view room 4 months in advance and got an excellent price of 2,3xx THB. The hotel is quite large, and every staff member was incredibly welcoming and polite. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a sofa, plus a coffee machine. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. The bathroom was also generously sized and included a bathtub. The mountain view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic, offering beautiful scenery of trees and hills – truly perfect for relaxation. A special perk: for guests staying on a Saturday, the hotel provides free tickets to the Lamaya fire show! Overall, I absolutely loved my stay, was very impressed, and would definitely come back again."

"The service was exceptional, the staff paid so much attention to our needs. However unlike Toscana, we were not allowed to cycle through the resident area to explore and only outside the resort. The parking areas could have more protective shade installed due to the immense heat in the afternoon and rainy season. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain during the day, our car experience quite a rain leak through the sunroof as the drain tube was clogged. The staff however was quick to help us by having security reserved a parking spot with roof shade when we came back from exploring Khao Yai. We appreciate this very much since it rained the rest of the night. To sum up the staff and security went above and beyond to accommodate us."

"Atta Lakeside Resort Suite truly lives up to its name — it’s elegant, serene, and perfectly set by the lake. Ideal for couples, families, or anyone who wants to relax in nature with a touch of luxury. The view, the breakfast, and the atmosphere make it a place you’ll definitely want to return to. The resort is quite large, so you might rely on the buggy service to get around. The pool water can be a bit cold depending on the season, and the interior in some rooms is starting to show minor wear — but nothing that affects comfort. Every staff member we met was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful — from the front desk to the buggy drivers and restaurant team. You really feel taken care of here. The whole place gives off a peaceful, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay longer. ⭐ My rating: 9/10 — Excellent stay, beautiful environment, and one of the best breakfast spreads in Khao Yai!"

"It was perfect for staying with a friend! We had a twin room, the hotel room itself was clean and nice and staff was friendly and polite. The location is 10/10 with flower fields right across the road, and the cowboy bar (we recommend) not very far either. Overall - it was really value for the price 😊"

"Beautiful and serene environment. Rooms are big and the sunbed at the balcony area is perfect for lounging. Free minibar snacks and drinks are a welcome touch! Breakfast was at Atta (a neighboring connected resort). As it was the weekend, the breakfast place was crowded. Kudos to the staff who attended to the guests’ breakfast needs and managed the crowds. Overall, we had a relaxing stay at Kirimaya! Thank you to all the staff at Kirimaya!"

"I am so incredibly glad I decided to spend a few nights at Toscana Valley and even more grateful that I chose this particular hotel. It exceeded every expectation I had and was honestly even more beautiful than the photos online. The moment you enter Toscana Valley, the atmosphere completely transforms. It truly feels like stepping into a charming corner of Italy. The hotel’s ambiance is amazing, European-themed music gently playing in the morning, serene landscapes everywhere you look, and countless picturesque spots perfect for photos. Our room was stunning,  spacious, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Everything inside the room felt just right, from the décor to the comfort. I also have to highlight the shampoo provided because it was so good I actually bought some to take home with me! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, offering plenty of delicious choices. And across the property, there are multiple restaurants and cafés, so you’re never short of places to enjoy a meal. There is also plenty around the hotel: golfing, biking, scenic walks through beautiful views, feeding the fish, working out at the gym, and simply exploring the different areas of Toscana Valley. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers. And now, the spa! Honestly, it was the single best spa experience I have ever had. For such a reasonable price, we were given an enormous, beautifully decorated room with a charming old-European theme. The amenities were perfect, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible. I celebrated my birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. My husband told me later that they literally ran around late at night trying to find white roses for my surprise even though none were available at the time. Somehow, they still managed to put together a huge, gorgeous bouquet. That level of effort and kindness genuinely touched me. The hotel also offers a very convenient free shuttle service connecting the three main areas within Toscana Valley, and they arrange it on request, which made getting around so easy. But what stood out the most was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Their hospitality made a beautiful place feel even more special. I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I am definitely coming back. Without a doubt. I loved this place so much."

"One of the most impressive stays I’ve ever had. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful, green, clean, and beautifully maintained. During our visit, it was a long holiday and quite busy, yet we were able to check in on time. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. We enjoyed an oil spa treatment and traditional Thai massage — everyone in the family agreed it was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, from the parking lot attendants, front desk, spa therapists, and restaurant team to the pool staff, security guards, and café baristas. For dinner, we tried The Fable Fest and every dish was just as delicious as the reputation promised. At the Rabbit Café, the shio pan and coffee were outstanding — every cup and every bite was delightful. In short, this stay was truly memorable in every way. This is one of those hotels that can genuinely make you smile from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave."

"We loved this place and glad we chose this place to spend our night with our pet dog before we head up to Khon Khean. They are so thoughtful and we also love the view at the “bird nest” restaurant."
