Hotels in Liangzhu Cultural Village, Hangzhou

Decided on a last-minute trip during the National Day holiday. Since I was traveling with a baby and an elementary schooler, we planned to just relax at the hotel. Booked a hotel blind, and having stayed at many high-end hotels, I must say the staff service this time exceeded all expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the receptionists in the lobby to the gentlemen working there – they were all super observant, ready to help with anything, even anticipating our needs. They'd actively assist with luggage, greet us, and so on. As we were leaving with a lot of stuff, even without us asking, they proactively helped us carry everything to the car in the basement parking, and even loaded it into the car, haha! The dark-skinned guy at the pool was also incredibly enthusiastic. The ladies at the entrance of the wellness center were also very nice. The hotel offers plenty of activities, it's close to nearby attractions, and not too crowded, making it perfect for families with kids. The room facilities are good, but the room is not very soundproof. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, you can still hear the corridor and the chattering next door. There was another outrageous thing. At around 2 a.m. in the middle of the night, a robot called my room phone to wake me up and said that my takeout had arrived. I didn't order any takeout at all. After calling twice, I called the front desk and told them not to call again because I didn't order any takeout. Then a while later the robot called again to say that the takeout had arrived. I was speechless in the middle of the night. I have never seen such an outrageous thing where they would call again after saying it, because I couldn't fall asleep for a long time after being woken up.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Westlake University, which is excellent. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and they even offer free luggage storage. It was a very satisfying stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I took my dad to the Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park during the May Day holiday and booked the Junlan Resort Hotel in advance. It was completely renovated and the environment was beautiful! The service was really great. Knowing that I was traveling with the elderly, Xiao Gao at the front desk specially upgraded our room and gave us a welcome drink! It is very convenient to go to the ruins park, Yu Niao Ji, and the museum near the hotel. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock, so people who sleep in don't have to worry at all, haha! Next time I come to Yuhang, I will definitely choose Junlan again. The reception service is very thoughtful!

Hotel location: very easy to find, just follow the navigation, the parking lot is about 20 meters away; The front desk clerk is very nice and patiently answers various questions. Room: clean and tidy, new facilities, the room is next to the residential area, quiet, I didn’t get a good rest in other places the day before I came to stay, just enough to have a good sleep and continue playing the next day. Breakfast: a combination of Chinese and Western styles, milk, coffee, porridge, wontons, salad, fruit, corn, sweet potatoes, cereal, toast, etc. Check-out: very convenient, if you drive, contact the front desk lady and enter the license plate number. Highly recommended, I will stay here next time I come to Liangzhu.

The room is large, quiet and comfortable, with electric curtains and bathrobes. In addition to your normal toiletries, it also comes with conditioner. The bed and bathroom are clean and tidy. The price is affordable and the breakfast is delicious. It is suitable for daily business trips and family outings.
