I was on a work trip and stayed here for a week. It was a good location close enough to the center but also at a good distance if you prefer non-touristy travelling like me. The person at the receptionist guided me to some good local restaurants nearby. The guard and housekeeping person were also very supportive to me with laundry. The balcony is noisy since its the main road which is normal. I enjoyed early mornings and late night at the balcony watching people go about their day. The balcony door blocks out the noise when you're in the room. I wish there was a small fan provided, in case you want to turn off the AC sometimes. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I had a nice conversation with the guard while waiting for my cab via Google translate. I'm glad I chose this apartment for my trip. I will come stay again if I have the chance to. Here are some things you could try at walking distance from this apartment - Long Waits Jazz Club, Èp Station coffee (opp the apt), Lermalemer Cafe (if you want a quaint reading/work time or even a nap), Bun Cha Sin Tu (for bun cha), Van Mieu (Temple of Literature).
I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a stunning view. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and restaurant, added to the overall experience. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious too. Overall, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right in the prime downtown area. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast, in particular, stood out with its wide variety and delicious options. The freshly made omelets and waffles were especially impressive, definitely setting you up for a fantastic day.
However, we've also taken note of two minor issues you pointed out: Firstly, some of the facilities are indeed showing their age, such as the noticeable wear on the lobby sofas. Secondly, the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room was a bit inconvenient. We've already forwarded your suggestions to the hotel management. We understand they are planning renovations and upgrades, and complimentary water options will be available soon!
In fact, the hotel recently upgraded all mattresses to incredibly comfortable ones, and many guests have reported a noticeable improvement in sleep quality. If you visit again, we highly recommend trying their Executive Floor, which was just renovated last year and features a 24-hour complimentary beverage bar!
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We are committed to continuous improvement to ensure every guest enjoys a more comfortable stay.
Spacious suite with a great balcony! The suite was clean and it felt like home away from home while we were away. Everything is tastefully decorated in the best way, and would definitely stay again. The only thing is that coming in at night, this hotel is a bit hard to find.
Wonderful Stay – Thank You!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a big thank you to Pham Thi Hoa for her exceptional service! Her kindness and attention to detail made my experience truly special. The hotel’s hospitality is outstanding, and I highly recommend it. Great job, team!
The room was large but of little use because the kitchen wasn't equipped. The closets were empty and dirty with leftovers from previous owners. The shower faucet was also broken. The bed was comfortable (the most important point!)
The caretaker was kind and accommodating. We were able to check in at a time that suited us thanks to the 24/7 reception desk. We were able to leave our bags safely (in front of a camera) on our last day so we could travel with less weight.
Fantastic hospitality. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The dining options were excellent. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway
The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!
Quite nice to stay a night or so. Clean enough, but refurbishing is in the the way. Fancy, but in detail it would be just mimicking.

Very Good
PPechsreyrathThe room was unexpectedly big and clean as well as the toilet. The price was good and they also provided breakfast. However, the only thing that I don’t like is toilet door because it seems like it’s see through.
PPapa popuasaThe hotel is good enough. Clean enough. The location is near some sightseeings, however another places a bit far, walking distance if you like walking( around 20 min to train street). On the plus side, the manager at the front desk was really helpful. Breakfast is also OK 👍
SSEJINBecause it's a plane arriving in the early morning, I chose a dormitory close to the airport for a short sleep, but I don't recommend it. It's not very close to the airport, and the dormitory is very small and humid. However, if you stay here and go to the city, there is a train station nearby, so you can feel like a Taiwan train trip even in a short time.
GGuest UserBooked for three nights. Clean room, very quiet. No window, but we walked all day so we arranged everything. Breakfast is next to the same hotel group. Very delicious, there is something to eat. Very satisfactory. The girls on the respiratory helped book a transfer to the Bay of Halong. Thank you separately for that. Everything liked! Staff is very kind and smiling.
PPaing Khant NaingI was there for two nights. Their service is really good while we are checking in at the midnight as the flight was delayed. The hotel has message service. Plus . I love the room size: wide and tidy.
YYuzuruSamaIt's less than 3km from old quarters, and you can enjoy true locals life experiences as it's in the local market, the food are selling at a fraction compared to old quarters, I saw stalls selling roasted meat, and I initially tot it's suckling pig, but I quickly realised it's something else.
The apartment is clean and basic, what I needed but if you are traveling with many luggages, only motorbike can enter the small alley to the apartment, therefore you have to drag your luggage out to the main road 650 metre, if you are traveling light, it's a good choice
VVikas The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
