It's clean and well-maintained. The hotel is friendly and close to nearby tourist attractions. It's located in the market area, so there's plenty of food to eat. The room was almost new. It was quiet, and the internet worked well. I was very satisfied with my stay. I'd love to stay here again.
The female receptionist's leering glance at the guest was the first thing that made a bad impression. Instead of smiling and looking straight at the guest, she glanced at the guest from head to toe. The bed sheets were dirty, and the female receptionist ignored the guest's request to change the bed sheets. The guest waited without any notice or response. After being asked many times, 2 housekeeping staff rushed into the room to change the bed sheets with an unpleasant attitude, if you didn't know, you would think they wanted to kill the guest. A good hotel in terms of facilities and services, but the attitude of some departments is not up to standard.
Overall, a good option for the money.
Convenient location, away from the road, in a quiet alley. There is a kitchen and everything you need for cooking. The bed has a hard and comfortable mattress and a projector instead of a TV, which adds to the atmosphere.
There are comments that could be improved, but I will not reduce the rating for this, because it did not bother me. There was hot water only on the day of arrival, the water in the sink does not drain well, sometimes you can smell the sewer. There are small ants in the room, which is typical for Asia.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pullman Hotel Hanoi, Vietnam, and it was a great experience! From the moment I set foot in the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment and thoughtful service here.
First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, you are attracted by the spacious and bright space and exquisite decoration, which feels very comfortable and warm. Especially when it came to check-in, Phuong Anh was very helpful to me and I am very grateful to her.
The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and very reassuring to use.
In terms of service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient. Here I have to mention Phuong Anh again, her thoughtful service really impressed me.
In addition, the hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes.
It is highly recommended to the friends who will come here for business or travel, I believe you will also love here!
I stayed one week in March 2024 for my business trip to Hanoi. A very nice and large apartment . At arrival The registration desk upgraded to a larger 2 bed room at floor 5. Comfy beds and sofa. AC works well and is silent. The kitchen is very usable. The clothes washer is new and works perfectly .... Very quiet atmosphere.... The gym is too basic and small. No swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast is average and always the same.... Fresh tea, eggs, noodle soup and fruits were my morning routine. I really enjoyed staying in Nesta apartment... Very nice room cleaning staff, very professional management desk, a seamless and comfortable stay indeed. The drawback is you need to call a taxi to reach the old quarter and other city spots. But the quality and cost are great. Highly recommended
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
The room was large, with a huge bed. The windows overlooked the alley. It was noisy one night, since there was a bar nearby. I asked to change the room, but of the available rooms there was a smaller one and its windows overlooked somewhere in the courtyards (not a great view), so I decided to refuse and stay in this room.
I can't say that the room was perfectly clean. For example, there was dust on the lamps. I also noticed that they did not wipe the ventilation (the grate was dirty). However, for me it was not critical.
They cleaned every day, changed towels every day, and there was always bottled water, tea bags and coffee (all this was free). The shampoo and shower gel had an amazing smell. The bathroom was clean.
However, the room itself was morally outdated. It should be updated. Also: half of the sockets in the room did not work, and the lighting was also poorly adjusted.
The breakfasts were buffet style. Breakfasts were delicious, excellent, no complaints.
The staff is polite and smiling as usual.
The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Temple of Literature. The airport is 30 minutes by taxi. The center (old quarter) is 15 minutes by taxi.
Overall, you can stay here, not the worst choice, but I think that either the room stock needs to be updated or the prices for the room need to be reduced.
Wonderful Stay – Thank You!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a big thank you to Pham Thi Hoa for her exceptional service! Her kindness and attention to detail made my experience truly special. The hotel’s hospitality is outstanding, and I highly recommend it. Great job, team!
The accomodation is good. Very clean and the beddings and towels are freshly clean. Its very near with our event location and very convenient with us. The staff are very accomodating too.
Excellent service, 5/5 for their polite and friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out experience. Very accommodating. I was stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel so I wasn't able to check-out before 12noon but they were very understanding and told me not to worry about it, and I wouldn't be charge a late check out fee.
The room was a bit dim for my liking but it was spacious, clean and comfortable. View was not so great because there was construction in front but I didn't notice any noise from the outside.
This boutique hotel is located in a secluded alley near the Temple of Literature, and was a charming place where you could experience the local atmosphere of Hanoi. There are many local restaurants and small shops scattered around, and you can experience the lively local life in a quiet environment. The hotel itself is small but cozy and has a calm atmosphere. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay while experiencing culture and history.
The Vietnamese staff were very friendly and made my stay comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff are an important element of any travel destination, and being able to feel the local warmth is also appealing.

LLienThe location is closed to the market and city center. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. However, it has poor sound insultation.
SSEJINBecause it's a plane arriving in the early morning, I chose a dormitory close to the airport for a short sleep, but I don't recommend it. It's not very close to the airport, and the dormitory is very small and humid. However, if you stay here and go to the city, there is a train station nearby, so you can feel like a Taiwan train trip even in a short time.
MmaxencesrzI booked this accommodation for 3 nights. The value for money is very good, it is an apartment with 3 rooms and quite large. It is not located in the old quarter but the street is pleasant with all the necessary shops. Don't forget to ask for the badge if you want to come back at night. The only negative point is that you can hear the noise of the scooters
PPaing Khant NaingI was there for two nights. Their service is really good while we are checking in at the midnight as the flight was delayed. The hotel has message service. Plus . I love the room size: wide and tidy.
VVikas The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
GGuest UserThe reception is Miao Lin, Vietnamese beauty (Chinese good communication), bring your own breakfast, the environment is good, shopping around is very convenient,
