Excellent hotel with great location, spotless cleanness and super helpful reception. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and breakfast was offered for free

My visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

Checked into InterContinental Hefei! I was originally planning to stay at Grand Hyatt Hefei, but after much deliberation, I opted for InterContinental Hefei instead. I feel that InterContinental's quality is generally more consistent, whereas Grand Hyatt can be hit or miss. The hotel is ideally located right next to Swan Lake, and directly across the street from Intime in77. A little further down is MixC Mall Hefei. The day before check-in, the concierge called me to ask about any special requests, which showed excellent service. Upon arrival, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. My room was a Deluxe King Garden View, which was incredibly spacious. The hotel provided a complimentary welcome fruit platter and sparkling water. The bathroom was almost as large as the main room itself! The round bathtub by the window was huge enough to virtually sleep in. From my room, I had a lovely view of Swan Lake Park. The breakfast buffet offered a vast selection – you could easily have breakfast and lunch combined! The hotel and room decor show no signs of it being a hotel that opened in 2018; the design perfectly matches my aesthetic! Although I haven't stayed at Grand Hyatt Hefei, I get the distinct impression that it wouldn't be as good as InterContinental Hefei!

The exquisite mall, marvelous views and the proximity to the mind-blowing museum together with its quiet and peaceful green surroundings make the Grand Hyatt, the pace to stay. Don't forget the World Ice Arena where Dreams are build and made come true.

The Lianghuai Swan Lake Hotel is located in the beautiful Swan Lake Municipal New Area of Hefei, just 400 meters from Metro Line 4, making transportation very convenient. As a five-star hotel, its facilities are comprehensive, yet the prices are quite reasonable. I tried the buffet breakfast and the gym, and both experiences were good. The morning shift housekeeper on the 13th floor on October 7th was very nice; she noticed I had trouble drying clothes and proactively set up a drying rack for me by the window, which I really appreciated. When checking out on October 8th, I filled out a satisfaction survey, and the hotel took it seriously. The lobby manager later called me specifically to address my feedback. I believe with this kind of dedication, the hotel's service will continue to improve. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would book again if I have the chance.

On this trip with friends, choosing this hotel was absolutely spot on! It truly deserves a five-star rating. The front desk service was a major highlight. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. Upon learning my friends and I were looking for a place to unwind in the evening, they immediately recommended the hotel's own bar, suggesting its ambiance was perfect for a relaxed drink with friends. They even thoughtfully highlighted the bar's signature cocktails. We hadn't expected much, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery – the atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish. This stellar recommendation from the front desk truly added an unexpected, delightful surprise to our trip. Our room experience was equally impressive. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave it. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfectly designed. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details, like the complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. It was lovely sharing it and chatting with my friends. Each time we returned, our room had been tidied up perfectly. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive! All in all, this was a perfect stay. Herbert's thoughtful recommendations at the front desk and the comfortable details in our room made both my friends and me feel incredibly pleased and well-cared for. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

Gym was under renovation and we didn't know that beforehand :/ If we did, we would have booked a different hotel. Nonetheless, the room is SPACIOUS and the view of the Swan Lake is beautiful. The interior design is quite old but classic, I particularly like that the furniture is wood so it lessens static shock (just a personal preference). Try going to breakfast EARLY like around 7 or 8AM because when you visit right before it closes, there's nothing much left in the buffet. 

As a person who loves to grow flowers, especially Phalaenopsis, I was very surprised to see this orchid-themed hotel and booked it decisively. After arriving at the store, all kinds of beautiful orchids competed with each other, which made me feel like I saw three thousand beauties in the harem, and I couldn't help but take some photos quickly. The service was very good, and I was upgraded to a room that was very elegant and clean. Xiaodu's interaction and various smart experiences made the children very happy. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and the overall experience was very good. I was also given a beautiful Oncidium when I checked out. I was so happy! In short, I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel decoration is very unique, with many landscape paintings and an ancient flavor. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and hygienic, no noise, no odor. It is next to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical University, so it is convenient to see a doctor and visit patients.
