Our room was beautifully appointed and featured large windows overlooking the trees, allowing us to wake up each morning to the soothing sights and sounds of the forest. The tranquility was unparalleled, providing a restful and rejuvenating experience. The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. "Loved it right from the initial phone inquiry! It took us about an hour to drive from downtown Chengdu. We first took a stroll and flew a kite at Komar Town, then it was another 20-minute drive to the hotel. The front desk staff, especially the youngest lady (didn't catch her name), was incredibly enthusiastic during check-in and check-out. She even helped us with our luggage to the room. The facilities are brand new and very well-maintained; everything looked great even without filters. We happened to visit during Chinese New Year, so there were performances – it was windy at night but totally worth it. The kids had a blast! They also really enjoyed the pet park, and buying the 25 CNY feed made the experience even better. What I least expected was how amazing the restaurant was – truly surprising, and the portions were generous! The shuttle service was prompt and the staff always had a smile. It's perfect for families with kids! We even changed our minds last minute to get a room with a slide – double the fun!"

Upon arrival at the parking lot, a housekeeper will escort you to your room by shuttle, assist with your luggage, provide directions, and promptly respond to requests, such as late-night snacks and hot spring water temperature adjustments. A complimentary local specialty gift is also provided upon check-out."

"The hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing. Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good. As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak."
