"First of all, the lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is excellent. Room amenities are replenished daily, which is a nice touch. The room size is reasonable, and cleanliness is very well maintained — great job to the housekeeping team. One of the highlights is the gym, which offers a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The gym also has a coffee machine, which is quite unique and not something you see in many hotels around the world — a fun bonus! I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again."

"The room was relatively clean. Unfortunately, I didn't get the room change I requested beforehand, and there weren't many options for breakfast. Otherwise, everything else was decent. However, the welcome was excellent, no complaints there."

"Postives: Great location- best location that I’ve stayed for a Eurostar trip. Staff were also very friendly. Room was also clean and tidy Negatives: it would have been nice to have a small water bottle in the hotel room on arrival, even for 80 cents. Small gesture but very nice. The keycard to the room consistently stopped working at least once a day, sometimes twice a day which was highly frustrating especially given that it may take 4 mins to walk the stairs to your room and you have to get back down again. This happened to a number of guests during my stay and would have frustrated me in the long term. This needs to be resolved"

"The hotel is very central with a lot of cafe nearby. Quite street and friendly host. They’d accommodate to our requests prior to arrival. Beautiful unit with balcony facing the Parisian street. Just that theres a shortage of drinking water during our stay, and unfortunately only 1 bottle is complimentary to each room."

He offered me water, helped with the check-in, and personally walked me through the hotel’s facilities. He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew. "The room was indeed small, comparable to Japanese hotels, and the elevator was the tiniest I'd ever seen – barely fitting one person and a suitcase. However, our room with a balcony offered a view of the Eiffel Tower, and we took some amazing photos there every morning and evening. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping everything very tidy. We were out early and back late, so we mostly just greeted the friendly staff at the front desk. The hotel's location is super convenient for metro access, and there's a Carrefour nearby for snacks and a cafe for breakfast. Excellent!"

"The room was beautiful and exactly as described. It was also very clean. The only downsides were the lack of a USB-C charging port, no slippers, or other disposable toiletries. The bathroom door was also a bit difficult to open. However, I was very happy with the price, and it was only about 10 Euros to get to the city center by taxi. Just remember that city tax needs to be paid at check-out."
