"A destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, un placer! En cuanto a las habitaciones, la que nos tocó era enorme y la cama super cómoda, por lo que por eso de 10! Pero el baño y el mobiliario de la misma, estaba ya muy viejo. En cuanto al desayuno, como siempre en un B&B, de 10! Hay de todo y todo lo que hemos probado, estaba rico."

"A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size."

"Nos hospedamos no Hotel Palazzo Gatto e tivemos uma experiência excelente. A localização é perfeita para explorar Trapani a pé, com tudo por perto. O quarto era muito confortável, silencioso, com decoração moderna e de bom gosto, além de um banheiro amplo e funcional — ideal para relaxar após os passeios. O atendimento foi outro ponto alto: a Cristina, Front Office Manager, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, nos mostrou com atenção todas as instalações do hotel, incluindo o SPA, o que foi um diferencial na nossa estadia. Recomendamos fortemente para quem deseja conhecer Trapani com conforto, estilo e um atendimento impecável."

"Excellent food, wine and room. Staff helpful and all had some English, lucky as we have no Italian. We arrived the last day of high season just before harvest so some things were already closing but they held the pool open just for us. Follows a sustainable model. We did not see any wine production areas during our tasting and tour. Some misunderstandings due to language issues, entry-level translations. Once you arrive it is still uphill with your suitcases and then many stairs to the rooms. Possible some accessible areas available and if needed, should arrange beforehand. We booked breakfast included and it was superb and quite plentiful. Once there you are without any other choices for food or beverage so budget accordingly. They are very helpful with allergies. Best mattress and shower we found in Sicily."

"The accommodation facilities are diverse, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and friendly. Since it is a farmhouse accommodation, there are limited tourist spots and restaurants around."

"the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though."

"The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool."

"Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience."

"L'idea della ristrutturazione in stile moderno tutto a vetro per valorizzare, credo, la struttura originaria è simpatica ma in realtà non è molto funzionale a mio avviso...per il resto tutto ok."

"Hotel Vittoria is an older hotel - quite nostalgic I must say! Just look at the key of the room! Totally old style, but super cool! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room was big and clean and very simple. The bed was bigger than what we usually had during our Sicily trip and it was very comfy ... I'd say it reflected the size of the room ... 😂 The breakfast next morning was very nice - we had eggs, crêpes, cakes, fruits, ... a lot to choose from and again, very helpful and friendly staff. Those heads on the pictures were all on tables on the way to the dining room ... Unfortunately, I forgot to take more pictures of the hotel, but instead, I will add some pix of Trapani where in the evening we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip ... And that tree! OMG! What a personality! 😍"
