Hygiene: Upon entering, it felt incredibly spacious. The 270-degree panoramic view, even from the second floor, was unobstructed. The snowy mountains right in front of you were absolutely stunning. Environment: The front desk on the first floor has plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The breakfasts and dinners prepared by the uncle were exceptionally delicious. We ordered the local specialty hotpot in the evening; the portion was huge and incredibly tasty. Service: The front desk staff (missy) was exceptionally kind and the service was absolutely faultless. I bothered her frequently, and she handled every request perfectly. It was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

A massive floor-to-ceiling window seamlessly brings the snow mountain scenery indoors. I was lucky enough to experience a snowfall during my stay; watching the snowflakes dance outside while sitting in the warm room with a hot cup of tea is an experience that photos can't even begin to capture. It was truly ”lying in bed and watching the snow mountains.” The owner is also a great photographer and provided many small props, making for fantastic snow scene photos. **Premium Amenities, Details That Make a Difference** This guesthouse clearly invested its budget in the guest experience, and the attention to detail was truly touching: The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, which provides a great sense of security for those new to high altitudes, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mattress is electronically adjustable in sections, perfectly conforming to your body's curves. Whether you're using your phone before bed, reading, or simply relaxing, you can find the most comfortable angle. The bedding is soft, skin-friendly, and of superior quality. The bathroom not only has a wet/dry separation but also features a hot air drying device, so you can completely dry yourself without needing a towel. What surprised me most was that the electric kettle uses high-grade disposable water bags, completely eliminating concerns about scale and hygiene from previous users – a thoughtful touch for those with洁癖 (germaphobia). **Homely Delights, Warming Both Body and Soul** Granny at the guesthouse is an amazing cook! She prepares home-style dishes with a balanced mix of vegetables, meat, and soup. Most importantly, the stir-fries have that wonderful 'wok hei' (breath of the wok) and are cooked to perfection. Being able to enjoy such a hot and delicious meal at the foot of the cold snowy mountains brought immense happiness! This is not just another ”internet-famous facade” guesthouse. It genuinely ensures guests ”stay comfortably and play with peace of mind” through its substantial hardware investment, user-friendly detailed design, and down-to-earth, delicious food. For travelers who prioritize accommodation quality, appreciate attention to detail, and want an immersive experience of the snow mountain scenery, this is an excellent choice at the foot of Mount Siguniang. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again."

"The biggest surprise of my trip to the Western Sichuan loop was staying at Fanlatu! I just have to give it a huge thumbs up! First off, the room's cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The moment I walked in, it felt so clean and fresh, which really put my mind at ease. The room conditions were also superb, and most importantly, it had floor heating! In high-altitude areas like Western Sichuan, coming back to a warm room at night was pure bliss, and I didn't have to worry about the cold at all. And the service, oh my goodness, it was beyond amazing – I have to give a special shout-out! Since we were new to high altitudes, the hotel thoughtfully prepared oxygen and glucose for us, which instantly relieved our discomfort. It was incredibly considerate! They also offered complimentary fragrant coffee, which was both heartwarming and stomach-warming. ❤️ I especially want to thank the young man at the front desk; his service attitude was super nice! He was not only warm and attentive but also proactively upgraded our room for free. This surprise made our entire trip even better! In short, this stay was a perfect 10! "This hotel is literally on a cliff! We wound our way up from the foot of the mountain to the summit, reaching an altitude of about 3300 meters. The rooms have oxygen supply, so altitude sickness wasn't too bad, though it varies from person to person. The 'golden mountain' (sunlight hitting the peak) appeared around a few minutes past 6 PM (late November). The yak hotpot at the restaurant was delicious (maybe we were just really hungry). Breakfast didn't have many options, but everything tasted great, and the kids were able to get their fill. The biscuits at afternoon tea were tasty, but I personally didn't care for the salty butter tea. After checking out at noon, we headed to the nearby Jiajin Mountain Pass. If you plan on climbing the snowy peaks, make sure to prepare your gear in advance. The snow at the summit was rock-hard and very slippery. Safety first!"

"We had a pleasant stay at Shangshan Yunyang Resort. The location is quite close to Shuangqiaogou, which is very convenient. However, since we arrived at night, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel and we got slightly lost. For guests traveling with luggage, the hotel provides a lift, which was very helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy. When we arrived, some of us experienced altitude sickness, so we carefully checked that the oxygen supply in each room was working properly. One of the rooms had a leakage issue with the oxygen bar, but the owner responded quickly by upgrading our room and ensuring all facilities were functioning well. We truly appreciated the care and responsibility shown by the owner. We were traveling with my 67-year-old father and a 4-year-old child, and the owner kindly arranged all our rooms on the same floor to make it easier for us to move around. This thoughtful service made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. In the morning, we were amazed by the beautiful mountain view from the room window, and the soaking pool was also wonderful and relaxing ❤️ The breakfast experience was nice, with unique local drinks and warm hospitality. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended"

"Had a fantastic experience! There's a lovely golden retriever named Duorou in the yard, super well-behaved. The room was spacious, and they even offer afternoon tea with delicious Basque cheesecake! You can see Siguniang Mountain right from your room, and the view from the fourth-floor rooftop is even better. Breakfast was abundant, and the rice noodles were excellent! It's very close to Changpinggou, making it convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come again!"

Because it's by the road, it can be a bit noisy, but the rooms further inside are relatively quiet. The kitchen is very spacious with a great view, and the hot pot tasted really good."

Friends who choose to stay at this guesthouse, don't come too late or rush, because the guesthouse itself has a very peaceful environment with beautiful mountain views, making it perfect for a quiet rest and relaxation. For example, you can come here in the afternoon to rest and relax before going to the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area the next day. (Remember to book your tickets for Siguniang Mountain in advance.) "I chose this hotel after seeing that it had its own hot spring. And it turned out to be just super! In the evening, after a day's walk in the mountains, climbing into a hot mineral bath under the night sky is bliss! Two baths are on the roof, fenced off from street noise, and are simply ideal for relaxation. The water is sulfuric, with a slight smell, a very pleasant temperature. The room is nice, clean, bright, the bed is large, the plumbing works well. It is quiet at night, you sleep great! The rooms have a wooden tub where you can fill up with mineral water for foot baths. The hosts are nice and friendly. They will help with transportation, tell you where everything is in the town. The only, but very minor, minus is that the hotel is a little out of the way from the town itself. Therefore, if you need to go to the store or want to have dinner in a restaurant, you will have to walk plus or minus a kilometer. But since walking enthusiasts come to Siguniangshan, this can be considered a minus. There is a restaurant at the hotel, if you don't feel like walking. And the hot spring will fix your tired legs) I'll come here again!"
