Chitose Hotels with Hot Tub

"Due to a flight cancellation, we changed our original itinerary and arrived in Japan a day early. We chose to stay near the airport for a night. You can reach the hotel from the airport by bus or train; the bus stop is very close to the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and you can also walk straight to Aeon. We booked a quad room, which was very comfortable for three of us. I don't like small rooms, and this hotel offers spacious rooms at a great price. It was really clean and nice. There's also a small park near the hotel, and the treehouse-like structure by the entrance offers free book rentals. It's adorable!"

"The hotel has a new wing, and I was lucky enough to stay there. The room was spacious with a small living room. The refrigerator was small but had both freezer and refrigerator doors. The bathroom was separate, but I was a bit surprised that there was no sink in the toilet. However, it was very new. There was a coffee machine on the first floor, available for self-service from 3 pm to 9 pm. Although it's about a 7-10 minute walk from the station, it's a hotel I would stay at again."

"Checked in on January 16, 2026: Twin room (for three people) Upgraded to a corner room with Japanese tatami mats – very spacious! 💕 There are separate men's and women's baths on the rooftop. The women's bath requires a key to enter. There are only two shower areas, so it can get crowded if there are many people, but the water temperature is nice and warm! Free washing machines are available on the 3rd floor. Bring your own laundry detergent or buy it at the counter. Dryers are ¥100 for 30 minutes. Buffet breakfast is available on the 2nd floor from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, with the last entry time at 8:30 AM – a pretty good selection! It's a fairly traditional inn, but it has been renovated. There's a lobby on the 1st floor with free coffee and hot water. There's also a free shuttle bus to New Chitose Airport!"

"I stopped by here at the end of my 6-night, 7-day trip to Japan. Worried about potential flight cancellations, delays, or delays, I booked this hotel in Chitose, near the airport, the day before my departure. Although my stay was brief, it was the most spacious and comfortable room I stayed in. The restaurant on the first floor was also very delicious."

"The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow. There is also a shopping mall near the hotel, along with a large shoe plaza offering many options at reasonable prices. The staff there were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable."

"Right next to the airport, and super spacious! We only stayed here because we had an early morning flight, and check-in was really simple. It's cheap and huge, you could totally throw a party here, haha. I'd definitely book this place again if I need to catch a flight."

"Here's a review/guide: 1. Honestly, the location is quite remote. The last bus from Chitose Station is at 4 PM. If you're coming from central Sapporo, you'd probably need to leave by 2 PM. I left at 3:30 PM and missed it, ending up paying 14,000 JPY for an Uber. 2. The service, however, was excellent. Upon arrival, they inform you of dinner times, and for breakfast, you can choose between 7 AM or 9 AM. 3. There's also a 9:30 AM shuttle bus to the airport for 1,300 JPY, but it's annoying that they only accept cash. So, I took the free 11 AM shuttle that dropped me off at Chitose train station instead. 4. You can see a picture of the dinner menu (Photo 1). Breakfast is similar to dinner, just without sashimi and with tofu instead. 5. They mentioned a beautiful sunset, but I didn't get to see it. It's probably best to arrive early. 6. There's a pretty lake nearby. I took a quick look in the morning, and I personally think it would make for great photos, especially if paired with the sunset the hotel mentioned. 7. The onsen (hot spring) is private. I didn't try any others, so I can't comment on them. 8. There really are deer nearby! I saw them twice when they drove me to the station in the morning, but unfortunately, the car was too fast for me to get a picture."

"I chose this hotel because it was a bit closer to the airport for my flight the next day. Most of the hotel staff didn't speak English, and the long-haired girl with glasses at the front desk seemed quite impatient, though another slightly slimmer girl was very nice. Breakfast was a choice between Japanese and Western; it filled me up but wasn't particularly tasty. The complimentary shuttle bus to the airport on the hour from 6-9 AM was a nice touch."
