"Traveled with 3 friends. The room was quite spacious for a holiday stay; even with three beds, there was still enough floor space to open three suitcases. Plus, the entrance had a design similar to a sunken cloakroom, with ample space for coats, shoes, and luggage. There are several convenience stores nearby, so shopping was very easy. There's also a bus stop right across from the hotel, which was super convenient for getting to New Chitose Airport. We arrived very late that day, so I didn't take any pictures. But when I woke up the next morning, I could see distant mountains from the window (which, by the way, was double-paned)."

"Stayed at New Chitose Airport Hotel again. It's really easy to find, as soon as you reach domestic departures Gate E, you'll see the hotel sign. The room locks have been upgraded from keys to key cards since last year. The hotel's breakfast and complimentary large public bath service are excellent; it's a shame I was in a hurry this time and didn't get to enjoy the public bath."

"This hotel is located on the 4th floor of the New Chitose Airport International Terminal. You can see the signs for the hotel on the 3rd floor of the international departure area. Just follow the signs and you'll spot the 'Library Cafe' on your right, up the escalator – that's the hotel entrance. If you have a luggage cart, you can enter through the 3rd-floor door and take the elevator up. The lobby is very spacious, and you can even take your luggage cart directly to your room, which is super convenient. The spa and hot springs are located right by the elevators on the 4th floor. The hot springs are open until 10 PM, so you can enjoy a late-night soak. The rooms are very large and new, with separate showers and bathtubs. I didn't use the shower in my room since I went to the hot springs instead. The room offered beautiful sunset and mountain views, as well as views of planes taking off and landing. The last flight departs around 7 PM, and the first one takes off around 8:30 AM, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. After checking in, it was very convenient to go shopping on the 2nd floor and have dinner on the 3rd floor. The next day, I checked out at 11 AM and could push my luggage cart directly to the check-in counter without any hassle. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!"

"Originally, we only stayed here for one night due to a flight connection, but the experience far exceeded our expectations! The hotel offers great amenities like an on-site hot spring, massage chairs, and a gym. Plus, the complimentary ochazuke (tea rice) for late-night snacks was such a nice touch—perfect after a long day of traveling. What’s more, they provide free airport shuttle service, which saved us a lot of trouble. In the morning, the golden sunlight streaming through the courtyard was absolutely stunning, adding a peaceful and beautiful start to our day. Considering all these, the price is really reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend this place for transit travelers!"

"A bit hard to Checkin at first because we forgot to do the pre-Checkin but the staff online help us and finally we got in around 8pm. However, the room is big 4 beds with huge screen TV WITH YOUTUBE AND NETFLIX. All amenity is plenty enough for family. There are washing machine and heater which is big help and make this place stand out. We love this place and wanted to come back."

"Extremely satisfied! The hotel was surprisingly clean; I had expected an older property but it turned out to be quite new. It was also very spacious. Overall, super happy with it. It was very convenient to stay near the airport the night before leaving Sapporo. The next morning, I just woke up and took a taxi to the airport."

"I didn’t have high expectations due to the reasonable price. We chose this hotel for its location near the airport, as we had a very early morning flight, and for the free airport shuttle service. The bathroom was surprisingly large, clean, and very comfortable."

"This is a very traditional Japanese onsen ryokan. If you've never experienced this type of hotel before, it's an excellent choice. As someone who appreciates home decor, I absolutely loved the small cabinets and ornaments throughout the hotel; they felt carefully selected. There were also welcome drinks near the front desk, and a certain milk tea was delicious – definitely worth trying! The hotel offers a shuttle bus service from Chitose Station to the hotel. The pick-up from Chitose Station is at 2 PM, and the drop-off back to Chitose Station upon check-out is at 11 AM, which are very convenient times. The lake next to the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, and I even saw deer in the morning. Overall, it's a great place to relax and enjoy the hot springs, and a wonderful experience on this Hokkaido trip!"
