The first impression of staying at Prima Life Makadi is amazing! The hotel is located on the shore of the Red Sea, forming a beautiful contrast with the blue water. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be attracted by the high-ceiling design and decoration. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the dining area is beyond expectations. The main restaurant has a rich international buffet selection, and the fresh seafood and freshly grilled Arabic kebabs are unforgettable. I especially recommend the sunset bar by the sea. Ordering a cocktail and watching the sunset over the Red Sea is a real enjoyment! The hotel's service team is particularly commendable. From the front desk to the poolside waiters, they all have sincere smiles and remember the preferences of guests. The butler will also thoughtfully prepare surprise gifts to make your stay even more honorable. The fine white sand of the private beach, the dreamy water color of the infinity pool, and the different leisure activities every day make it hard to check out! If you come to the Red Sea for vacation, Prima Life Makadi is definitely the perfect choice that combines luxury and warmth.

The hotel on the Red Sea has complete facilities, very suitable for families and children, and the service attitude is also very good. The transportation is a bit inconvenient. If you take a taxi online to go to the airport, you will only receive orders and then ask for a ridiculous price. You will have to pay at least three times the price.

Wonderful beach where you can snorkel in shallow water. Entertainment and facilities are ALOT that you need at least 2 weeks to experience all. Everyone is working with passion and keen to make guests happy Special thanks to: Mr. Ahmed AbdelHamid in front desk who was seeking our pleasure more than we did actually and was offering everything possible to make our stay more pleasant. To Mr. Omar who solved a little issue in our room type in one second without even asking him. To captain Mohamed in beach bar who remembers our choices from first day and was automatically asking us whether to bring the same or we wish different. Regretfully didn't stay enough to meet other extraordinary staff, but definitely will return very soon. This is the view from our room.

Great hotel, small and fine. Every night, the bar has a resident singing. Hotel dinner needs to be scanned or the front desk to make an appointment one day in advance. We scanned the code to make an appointment Basilico Italian. The front desk of the companion also booked an Italian restaurant. Later, I learned that Basilico Italian is the Italian restaurant in the hotel next door. The front desk helped to make an appointment with the Italian restaurant upstairs at our front desk. Although the appointment was in the wrong place, it still found a way to solve it.

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

It's OK, more down-to-earth

I believe this would be my favorite hotel no matter how many years pass.

I have visited the resort with my family for 3 Nights and booked it through trip.com which was some how not normal for the reception but they was very helpful specially Mr. Ahmed who helped us in check-in check-out and also in the reservation for the Chinese restaurant Hotel size is average and easy to go from place to another, the hotel has no direct access to the beach but there is shuttle bus each 10 Minutes to go to the beach Staff are so friendly and helpful and supportive Food has a great variety, but the quality you can say above average Aqua park has only two slides There is a big heated pool (we enjoyed so much) Animation team was great No Free WIFI in rooms only in loopy area Snacks available on the beach restaurant and layli beurit restaurant from 12:30 PM till 5:00 PM Chinese restaurant not recommended

My wife and I chose Xanadu. We stayed for 3 days and were very pleased. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. The drinks we drank were also very high quality. We would like to thank Bülent Bey and Gülnaz Hanım for their interest. They helped in every way. The sea is very beautiful. The water is crystal clear. The beach is completely sandy. There are many dining options. There were activities we could have fun at night. Family hotel. Very suitable for guests with babies. The aquapark also offers an entertainment opportunity. If you are coming to Hurghada, I definitely recommend you to stay here.
