Overall, it's excellent and offers great value for money. For those planning to book, keep an eye on the price fluctuations. I always feel that people on Ctrip don't share many photos, so I took a few extra to give everyone a better idea of the place.

The service, cleanliness, and location are all perfect for travelers. What truly impressed me was their integrity in returning lost items, which really warmed this 'traveler away from home.' ## Facilities The facilities were quite comprehensive. I was only in Beijing for an overnight stay, but the room was clean and hygienic, with a luggage rack and a place to hang clothes. ## Hygiene It was clean, and the cleaning was thorough. ## Environment To the north, there's a garden with a fountain. Everything was good, except for the slightly small room (though I knew the size when booking). ## Service The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Everything was great, except for the call I received rushing me to write a review after check-out. I had already informed them during check-out not to send a drink and that I would write a review when I had time, as I had a train to catch to Tianjin that afternoon. Being rushed to write a review while sightseeing in Tianjin was a very unpleasant experience. Does a review expire if it's written a few days later? Or does it cause some kind of loss for you? ## Special Compliment: Breakfast The breakfast was excellent every day. The auntie clearing tables was quick and even helped us find seats. The beef noodles and small wontons at the noodle station were delicious, and I had several bowls every day. Other dishes were also good and well-stocked. 6:30-7:30 AM is peak time for foreign guests, but around 7:30 AM, there are quite a few empty seats, though they fill up quickly.

The transportation here is quite convenient. There are plenty of shared bikes downstairs, and Ritan Park is right outside, making it easy to take a walk or grab some late-night snacks. There's also a local specialty shop downstairs where you can buy Ziguangyuan yogurt as souvenirs, which is a nice touch.

I booked an appointment at the Children's Hospital and will stay here for one night. The room isn't big, but considering the price, it's just right for two people. The location is excellent; there are many restaurants nearby with a wide variety of options, and it's very close to the Children's Hospital. The front desk service was very good; they immediately explained how to handle any last-minute changes to our plans.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a very pleasant stay at Swissôtel Beijing. The hotel has a great location, a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring Beijing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with good hospitality, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Beijing!

The room design is simple yet comfortable, and comes with complete facilities. I arrived late, but the hotel upgraded my room type, which made for an excellent stay. The location is also fantastic, very close to Yonghe Temple, with many highly recommended restaurants nearby. The subway station is also very close, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Location: Unbeatable. Surrounded by the embassy district, so safety is absolutely not a concern. Liangmahe Park is right downstairs, and my window faced the China Zun building. Facilities & Decor: This is the biggest drawback. It's truly outdated, exuding a vibe from the last century from top to bottom. The hallways smelled of decaying wood, and the swimming pool was rundown with an unpleasant, damp odor. Service: Rather stiff, with that 'iron rice bowl' mentality you often find in state-owned enterprises. For a supposedly four-star hotel, they didn't even have a delivery robot; guests had to go downstairs themselves to pick up their food orders. Breakfast: The variety was mediocre, and what's worse, it was exactly the same for two consecutive days over the weekend. The dishes were identical. For 80 yuan per person, this is frankly unreasonable. Hygiene: The room carpet was matted and grimy, the toilet seat was yellowish, and the roller blind over the bathtub had previous guests' hair embedded in its crevices. Suggestion: I highly recommend the hotel owner give the place a thorough renovation. With such an excellent location and architectural design, it has the potential to become a proper five-star hotel.

The hotel is excellent! The staff are friendly. The room is spacious and has everything you need – bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, soap, etc. Upon request, they provided an ironing board and iron for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping is daily. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide variety to choose from. You can also have dinner at the restaurant, which offers both European and local menus. There are two metro stations within a 10-minute walk.
