Hotel very close to the airport. Bus stop to the center at 50 meters, very convenient location since you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. Helpful staff and always ready to give information. Simple and comfortable rooms.

Very nice hotel. Good location, comfortable and clean facilities. The Alps can be seen outside the window. The waiter was friendly. Breakfast and its own restaurant are good. There are plenty of parking spaces, including two parking lots before and after the ground plus two underground parking lots, and there are also charging parking spaces. I saw a comment that if I stayed for more than 2 nights, I would give Innsbruck Card but I didn't enjoy it in my name. I bought it for a fee.

The hotel was around 5 mins walk to the tram that head up to Nordkette (Top of Innsbruck), and around 10 mins walk to the heart of old town. There was a supermarket right beside the hotel as well. The hotel has a carpark, elevator and breakfast. Rooms were spacious, bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Basic amenities & toiletries were provided as well. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful. We managed to get an Innsbruck Tourist Card for each guest that stayed in the hotel, this card offered discounted/free public transportation (but does not include the ride up to Nordkette). Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located and free parking. One kilometer from the old town. Far from the snowy mountains, close to the Qinghe River. The front desk is particularly kind and loving. The network is very good. The breakfast was great. The room is good.

The rooms are much cleaner and more cozy than the pictures. It was nice to have a family of four staying in one room. Breakfast is simple but well prepared. If you make an appointment for more than 2 days and 2 nights, you can receive the Innsbruck Free welcome card by e-mail when you check in. Please consult. I have the intention to visit again.

The hotel is located in the city of Innsbruck, with convenient transportation and complete facilities around it. The hotel rooms are larger than other hotels of the same price, and this hotel has a very good sense of design. I will consider staying here next time I have the chance.

Rooms were clean, spacious and great that it had a small kitchenette. Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used. Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town. Other than the location, everything else was great.

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

Very strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.

Excellent location, golden roof is only a stonr throw away. Room was amazing and spacious with full kitchen and complimentary milk. We only spent 1 night. Just to note for those wanting to book for more than few nights, changing towels and house keeping/room cleaning would be charged fees. Plus, I did not realize this before booking, but there is additional tourist charges for staying, from memory about 35 euro per person.
