Great value for money! The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised. The room was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and odor-free. The front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate all requests, truly making us feel at home. Overall, a really good stay.

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Environment: The surrounding area is quite bustling, but parking can be a bit tricky to find. There are plenty of food options nearby. Facilities: Pretty good! For this price, the facilities are excellent. Service: Very good! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and the service was on point. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

The location of the hotel is very good, quiet in the middle of noisy, convenient to travel, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The public areas are cleaned regularly every day and always maintain a clean appearance. The interior furnishings of the room are simple and practical, the cleaning work is meticulous and in place, and the bathroom facilities are well maintained. The staff service is good, will not disturb the guests at will, and can respond in time if there is a need, and the overall living atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

I arrived a little late, but the elder brother was still enthusiastic to receive me and help me check in. He was very enthusiastic and warm. The gentle elder brother was like a family member. The lobby maintains its usual style, but it's shared by several hotels, and so are the elevators. Three elevators serve five hotels plus other offices, so you can imagine how crowded it gets during peak hours and how long the wait times are. The room cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom was small. In the family room, the beds were too close to the walls, making it inconvenient to get in and out. The laundry facilities were under maintenance, so we had to use those of another hotel. Overall, this Vienna Hotel is the worst I've stayed at, despite being the most expensive. Besides the nearly 300 yuan room rate, I also paid an additional 84 yuan for breakfast.

The hotel environment is very good, clean, the service staff is very polite, the breakfast is rich, the distance from the surrounding attractions is very close, there are many supermarkets around, and the travel is very convenient.
