The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to West Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the night view, and dining – all in one convenient spot. The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. You can walk to the Zhili Governor's Office, Ancient Lotus Pond, and West Street, and easily pop back to recharge whenever you're tired. Plus, there are tons of local snacks nearby, making it super convenient to grab a bite. While the room isn't huge, it's incredibly clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable – which is so important for a good night's sleep when you're traveling. Even though the hotel is on a street, the windows are very well soundproofed, so it's really quiet at night.

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Great value for money! The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised. The room was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and odor-free. The front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate all requests, truly making us feel at home. Overall, a really good stay.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

I arrived a little late, but the elder brother was still enthusiastic to receive me and help me check in. He was very enthusiastic and warm. The gentle elder brother was like a family member. The accommodation environment was also very good. I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but after staying here for one night, I really felt considerate and warm. Good review 👍! 衝著距離直隸總督署比較近這一點定的這家，不得不説，門頭真是不大，差點沒找着。勝在位置好，十來分鐘就可以走到總督府，到西大街也不遠，周圍吃飯購物地方很多，上高速也不遠，非常方便。 房間如圖吧，普通快捷酒店的水準，乾淨整潔，公區很小，電梯衹能坐兩三個人，反正衹是中轉無所謂了。 服務還是不錯的，前台會熱心推薦美食，還有送歡迎水果啥的。

The room was very clean and quiet. The ladies and sisters were very enthusiastic. It was very close to the surrounding scenic spots. It was another delicious and fun city. It was a good hotel.

The lobby maintains its usual style, but it's shared by several hotels, and so are the elevators. Three elevators serve five hotels plus other offices, so you can imagine how crowded it gets during peak hours and how long the wait times are. The room cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom was small. In the family room, the beds were too close to the walls, making it inconvenient to get in and out. The laundry facilities were under maintenance, so we had to use those of another hotel. Overall, this Vienna Hotel is the worst I've stayed at, despite being the most expensive. Besides the nearly 300 yuan room rate, I also paid an additional 84 yuan for breakfast.
