"It was truly a flawless stay. From the hotel facilities, breakfast variety, staff service, to room amenities, there was nothing to complain about. All the service staff who passed by greeted you warmly. There is also free pick-up and drop-off in the city. The driver, Master Dai, is even more enthusiastic and thoughtful. He will also tell you about the history and customs of Aral. He will also take the initiative to explain to you where some of the buildings you pass by are, and he can be considered as half a tour guide. Because of the hotel, I love this frontier pearl city even more."

"The hotel has free airport pick-up and drop-off service. I called after getting off the plane and found out that a Mercedes-Benz business car came to pick me up. I was a little flattered.
The surrounding area of the hotel is still under development and is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is very large.
The hotel breakfast is still good. It is the kind of level that can fill you up and is definitely not the kind that fools you.
The room facilities are also OK. My room does not have a window, but there is a humidifier, air purifier, etc. in the room.
There are also milk and candied dates in the evening, which are good services.
I traveled independently and did not drive. Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else was good."

"This trip passed through the city of Arar. I heard from a friend that there is also an All Seasons Hotel in Arar, so I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located in the city that never sleeps, opposite a shopping mall. There is also a snack shop next to the hotel, which has many snacks. It’s neatly arranged and very relaxing. My kids like it very much. There’s a hot pot restaurant opposite. After checking in, I went to eat and it tasted really good👍👍👍👍
Service: Every time I come in, a few ladies at the front desk greet me warmly and provide two breakfasts. The security guard is very dedicated 24 hours a day👍
Facilities: There is a laundry room and a gym. The TV in the room can also project the screen. The toilets are all automatic. The shampoo, hand soap and shower gel inside are very fragrant. I really like the room.

The rooms are large and clean. The king-size room with a view only offers a view of the building in front and some trees.
The breakfast variety isn't very varied, but it's adequate. Dinner was too simple, with just a single sheet of paper menu. The chef was so busy that he even made the wrong noodle order."

"Pros:
1. The front desk staff was very service-oriented, and the young man was incredibly hardworking and busy.
2. Since Aral is predominantly Han Chinese, we finally had pork dishes. The breakfast was varied, including fried dumplings, pancakes, and pastries. The milk was not pre-sweetened (unlike some Xinjiang hotels that only offer sweetened milk).
3. The hotel has a strong design, and the front desk offers a free Hanfu experience.
4. The laundry room offers three washes and three dryers, eliminating the need to queue.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Our room had several hardware issues (bathroom waterproofing was not properly applied, allowing shower water to seep into the toilet, and the toilet ceiling was not covered). These issues could not be resolved that evening, and the hotel needs to follow up.
2. While the restaurant environment is pleasant, the beam under the dining table was in front of our knees, making it difficult to extend our legs forward and uncomfortable to sit.
3. The room lacked storage space for guests. After washing our hands at the sink, there was nowhere to put the hand towel."

"It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the ”uncle” raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating."

I've seen hotels offer candy and tea at the front desk, but this is the first time I've ever seen freshly washed seasonal fruit – it was such a healing sight when I arrived late at night, exhausted. The owner's service was also incredibly thoughtful. My son kept calling him over because he couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and the owner responded to every single request without showing any sign of annoyance. He was so patient! I highly recommend this place! They also have electric scooters at the entrance, which is convenient for short trips. The owner even helped us arrange a car for our outing. Seriously, the service was 360 degrees of thoughtful and attentive care. I'm really satisfied! Oh, and I booked this place because I was going to a music festival. Here's a pic to prove it! 👀

GGuest UserJust arrived at the hotel was warm! The hotel has a spacious, free underground parking lot, and is not afraid of the cold cold of the car outside in winter. Entering the lobby, I was attracted by the unique European retro style. The leather furniture was matched with warm yellow lights and a retro piano. This hotel lobby is definitely suitable for punching in and taking pictures! The son was excited to see the Harley motorcycle in the waiting area, and went up to take pictures! The front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic. When we saw that we were carrying a lot of luggage, we took the initiative to help. When we checked in, we were quick and meticulous. We also sent small candy to our son. The little guy was not unfamiliar in an instant. The room hygiene is super in place, there is no dust in the corner, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is more comfortable to sleep. You can eat local specialties of mutton skewers and Xinjiang noodles when you go out. When you enter the hotel, you will feel happy, from the security uncle to the front desk staff. The attitude is quite good, especially the front desk receptionist who greets the guests first and then brings me a cup of tea. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room is the style I like. It is elegant without losing the atmosphere. It is very comfortable to stay. It can be seen that the owner of this restaurant is very attentive to breakfast. The combination of meat and vegetables is nutritious, and the buns and cookies are quite exquisite. I heard from the waiter that they are all handmade, and I am very satisfied. 👍 I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high. recommend!

Apparently close to a military location of some sort, so for foreigners there is extra security checking. But closer to Tuomuer Canyon than Aksu.

GGuest UserAlthough it is a new hotel, it is very close to the place where I work. The location is in the 12th Golden Triangle and very close to the airport. I am particularly satisfied with the service. When I entered the door to check in, the front desk handed a cup of iced plum soup, delicious to quench my thirst, the key is to send it to the heart. When I went out, the front desk put mineral water and let the guests go out with a bottle, which was very intimate. In short, every bit of drip makes you feel very comfortable. Although these things are not worth much, they feel that the guests are really served with ulterior motives. Rarely write so many reviews, but the Inge Hotel is worth it. 👍👍

GGuest UserI sent my children to college and checked in on the 6th. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, the environment is very good, and the service is great. Especially the lady at the front desk is beautiful and enthusiastic. When I checked out, I also gave some half-price tickets to Desert Gate. Which scenic spots are there? I’m leaving a bad review because the hotel didn’t accept the tickets to the scenic spots. In the end, I was refunded half of the money by adding my WeChat account to the hotel room. It was a great trip. I will definitely choose Manya Hotel again next time. I highly recommend this hotel.
