"It’s a great hotel. Once we arrived, Dai Shi Fu greeted us warmly and showed us to our hotel room. The room was modern, with Xiao Du voice assistant to control things like the curtain, which was nice. It was really spacious and everything is clean. My only gripe is with the location. It’s just far from the “city central” like supermarket and malls. It was difficult trying to hail a ride. Although they have shuttle bus, but it arrives every 20-30min, which unfortunate I did not try. If you are ok with like 10min drive to get stuff, I think this place is amazing for the value."

As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating."

Parking is ample and organized at the entrance. Upon entering, there's delicious fruit and tea, as well as Song Dynasty-style clothing for photo opportunities. Water is provided in the common areas on each floor—perfect attention to detail 💯. The rooms are clean, tidy, and unique, with high-end amenities. They have more outlets than other hotel brands, and feature modern Chinese details. Four varieties of tea are available, allowing guests to enjoy tea in their rooms. The laundry room is well-equipped, with three washing and drying machines, though the lack of disinfectant is a bit surprising. The breakfast was a bit out of place for the hotel's amenities. The selection was limited and the taste was average. Not having watermelon was a bit unusual in Xinjiang 🤔. The only service was from the friendly and welcoming hostess in the restaurant."

"This stay at ZHEFFI was a pleasant surprise. The lobby is like a chic café, and there's even a Harley-Davidson motorcycle on the first floor – perfect for taking photos. I even met the hotel owner, who thoughtfully brought us drinks. The room design is high-quality, clearly costing a lot of money. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there was no unpleasant smell at all. The rooms were spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet with plenty of hot water. The service was also meticulous and attentive. The breakfast area even displayed many of the owner's wines, showing he's a passionate owner. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious; I even packed some to eat on the go because I was in a rush. Overall, this hotel is quiet and stylish, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Xinjiang again; it's so much better than the ZHEFFI I stayed at in Guangdong."

The hotel has only been open for six months, yet the overall environment is clean and tidy, with brand-new and complete facilities. The rooms are equipped with smart devices, making our stay comfortable and convenient. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were deeply touched by the warm service of the staff. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful, proactively assisting with our luggage, thoughtfully offering us hot tea, and carefully carrying our luggage to our room – every gesture made us feel incredibly welcome. Because we were tired from our journey, and being older, we weren't very familiar with operating the washing machine. Upon learning this, the hotel staff proactively took our clothes to the seventh floor to wash and dry, and kindly let us go back to our room to rest. When we returned from dining out, our clothes were neatly hung out to dry, almost completely dry. This meticulous and thoughtful care instantly dispelled our travel fatigue.
