They thoughtfully prepare disposable water bowls and toys for the furry children. There are also paintings hanging on the bedside ~ which makes parents who travel with their furry children feel very warm. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the service is thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very new, the toiletries are very exquisite and fragrant, the buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and I enjoyed it very much. 🥳This is currently the number one pet-friendly hotel in Xinjiang. 👍"

No. 3 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Alar"It is very important to have good front desk service. I chose Tahe Guanlan Hotel because of its beautiful environment. The rooms are indeed large, clean and comfortable. But let’s complain about the logistics support staff. Are they slacking off because of the low wages offered by the hotel? ! Or the ”uncle” raised by the hotel? ! As soon as I checked in, I discovered that the toilet in the guest room was not draining smoothly. I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating."

"This trip passed through the city of Arar. I heard from a friend that there is also an All Seasons Hotel in Arar, so I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located in the city that never sleeps, opposite a shopping mall. There is also a snack shop next to the hotel, which has many snacks. It’s neatly arranged and very relaxing. My kids like it very much. There’s a hot pot restaurant opposite. After checking in, I went to eat and it tasted really good👍👍👍👍
Service: Every time I come in, a few ladies at the front desk greet me warmly and provide two breakfasts. The security guard is very dedicated 24 hours a day👍
Facilities: There is a laundry room and a gym. The TV in the room can also project the screen. The toilets are all automatic. The shampoo, hand soap and shower gel inside are very fragrant. I really like the room.
Hygiene: The details of hygiene are very good. The children need to drink milk powder, and the room sister enthusiastically gave us 6-7 bottles of mineral water🥰

Every day when I go out, I meet the room aunt and the front desk, and I will smile and say hello to the demand. There is a temporary need for a charger. It takes not long to call the front desk. The staff will bring several models of chargers and send them up. I also patiently help me try it out. Before leaving, I didn't forget to tell ”any need to call us at any time”; it was more efficient when checking out, and I also took the initiative to ask if I needed to help call the car and provide a taxi business card. The whole process made people feel cared for. This kind of service that puts guests on their hearts is really a plus! Living here is as comfortable as living in a friend's house. Because I was driving out, I found that the ground parking space was full at the entrance of the hotel. I parked in the basement. I thought I would charge. The front desk lady told me that the parking is free, the location is super many ～ and the hotel basement parking space is very wide. For my driving skills, I need to improve the players. Very friendly! Good parking! The logo is also clear, the route from the basement to the elevator is very smooth, and the sense of security is full.
The room was very comfortable, the bed was soft, I didn't want to get up when I lay on it, the bedside lamp was not dazzling, and it was very convenient to get up at night. The bathroom is red pine in Europe, it is my favorite wooden tone, after washing the body is fragrant, sleeping smells particularly at ease, not that cheap fragrance, washing is very comfortable.
What surprised me most was that the hotel actually prepared a lot of small things for free! Earplugs, cotton swabs, small rubber bands, steam eye masks, all of which can be taken for free, so I understand the needs of our girls! Especially steam eye masks, 45 minutes of sleep aid effect is absolutely perfect, people who sleep lightly will really love this detail, and there is no extra charge at all, too conscience.
The self-service laundry room is really practical! The coat was accidentally wet by milk tea, but there was no more temporary outing. The hotel’s washing and drying integration is super convenient. After washing, you can dry it immediately. The laundry detergent is blue moon, and the softener is gold spinning. They are all commonly used big brands. The taste is also good, laundry bags, sewing boxes, Hair ball trimmers are also available, and even there is free laundry return card, too worry-free.
The overall stay is two words: comfortable! I originally came out to gamble, but I lived too comfortable and my mood was calm. I feel like I don't want to go home hahaha ～ It's suitable for a business trip, even if I want to come out quietly, I will stay here next time!"
