"I chose this hotel based on the reviews. It was clean but there were two patches on the bedsheet. There was a water pipe in the toilet and I could hear the sound of running water all night. The sound of flushing the toilet also lasted for a long time, which affected my sleep. It was just average."

"This hotel is a great stopover point if you're traveling from Urumqi to Sayram Lake, or from Duku Highway to Urumqi/Turpan. There's so much good food in this city, so you could definitely stay here longer like a 'Bugis' stop. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, so you don't have to go far. There's a slow-cooked soup restaurant right at the entrance that's absolutely delicious. The hotel service is also very good. Atour's quality is consistently reliable."

The entire room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was spotless, and the bathroom was fresh with no unpleasant odors. JI Hotel (Kuytun Youhao Fashion Shopping Center Store) ★★★★

📍 No. 3, Building 46, Tuanjie South Street, Kuitun

"This stay experience really exceeded expectations, and what impressed me most was the hotel staff. The two little girls are very sincere and enthusiastic, and will not be cold. The process was very fast when checking in, and I would take the initiative to tell us about the small suggestions for eating and traveling around. If there is a problem, I will find it in the past. I am very patient to help solve it. I will deal with things very intimately. The hotel environment is also very good, the whole is quiet, not noisy, the public area is clean and bright. The room hygiene is in place, all corners are cleaned carefully, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom has no smell, and the living is very comfortable. The breakfast is quite good overall, the variety is complete, hot porridge, noodles, side dishes, fruits are available, the taste is homely, you can eat well, it is very convenient to go out and eat in the morning. The overall price is very good, and the stay is particularly relaxing. Just for such a good service attitude of Yuan Le and Yaya, next time I come to this place, I will give priority to this one, and I really recommend it to friends who come out to travel."

Atour Hotel Tuanjie South Street, Kuitun Youhao Shopping Center ★★★★
"Here's a truly honest review... Du Chuan and Ling Qing at the front desk were absolutely fantastic! They were super efficient with the check-in process, their fingers flying across the keyboard like magic. Later, I forgot my room card, and even though they were clearly swamped with phone calls – I could hear how busy they were – they still helped me get a new one immediately and incredibly quickly, without a hint of annoyance. In the early hours, they even washed and dried my clothes for me. I woke up to find them already hanging on my door, and judging by the minimal wrinkles, they must have been taken out of the dryer right away. This kind of meticulous service is truly heartwarming... I really hope your leadership sees this review, because you both deserve recognition! ✌️"

"The hotel service, cleanliness, and facilities were excellent. Our family of three stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also of high quality. We didn't have high expectations for the hotel during our road trip through Xinjiang, but it turned out to be the best experience we had. A special shout-out to Xiao Ma at the front desk – his service was attentive and his welcome was warm. Happiness is contagious, and enthusiasm spreads; I hope the hotel can maintain this standard! 👍🏻 Attached is a photo of Sayram Lake for everyone reading this review. Best wishes!"

"Five-star review, no hesitation! First, I have to praise the front desk – their service was professional and heartwarming. Check-in was fast upon arrival, and they proactively shared information about local transport and dining. Communication was friendly, and they responded promptly to any issues. The room was clean and odor-free, with good natural light and ventilation. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were clean and elegant, and transportation was convenient. The entire stay was pleasant and comfortable, and the excellent front desk service added a lot. I've already saved this place and will prioritize it for my next trip!"
