"Wyndham Hotel is a brand hotel that I have always trusted. Whether it is the hotel facilities, environmental hygiene, or service attitude, I will choose it. This time, staying at Wyndham Pingtan also left a very good impression on me. The hotel manager upgraded our suite for free, and Chen Xu at the front desk was patient in his service. The manager also added my WeChat and introduced Pingtan's travel guide and food. It was very heartwarming and comfortable. Wyndham will always be my first choice for future travels."

"This is a newly opened hotel, so there aren't any photos in the reviews. However, the stay was okay. We bought a twin room with a smart toilet, and the facilities were pretty good. However, the cleanliness in some of the less-than-ideal corners was poor; despite being new, some facilities showed signs of age. The worst thing was the lack of separation between the toilet and the bed. If you spray water towards the door while showering, it leaks out, and my friend didn't notice and got their suitcase wet. Secondly, it was extremely poorly soundproofed. The neighbors playing games and making phone calls were very noticeable. The facilities advertised a laundry room, but washing clothes cost 5 yuan and only lasted 20 minutes. The laundry detergent was a generic brand. Since these facilities were in a common area, hangers and washing machines were shared. After washing, you had to go to the eighth-floor rooftop to dry your clothes, which also had other guests, so there was no privacy. I've never stayed in a room with a combination lock before, so I didn't know you couldn't lock it from the inside, which made me feel quite unsafe. It's about a 20-minute walk to Longwangtou (a restaurant), or a few minutes by taxi. There are many night markets and seafood restaurants nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. Finally, there were cobwebs and spiders in the room, right on the pillow. This guest, who had been added to the room, never replied to messages after being asked to add them; I wonder if something was bothering them. Overall, 130 yuan a night is acceptable; the price is reasonable. Since it was the off-season, any higher price wouldn't be good value. I'd recommend staying at a chain hotel."

"The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average."

"All the rooms are on the second floor. The lobby and hallways are quite spacious, and the rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. The service was very warm and welcoming.
