"This hotel is located in Aoquian Road, Taiwan Town, less than 5 km from Pingtan County, and it's really quiet and pleasant. It's perfect for self-driving tourists. It's a two-story new building with large, high-ceilinged rooms and good facilities. The only minor issues were that the central air conditioning wasn't very effective at dehumidifying, and breakfast was a bit simple. Overall, the rooms are exceptionally spacious and nice, the customer service is great, and the price isn't high. I'm very satisfied!"

"🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! "Golden Yong Ya Ge is our top pick for a family vacation in Pingtan with kids! It's just a stone's throw from Longwangtou Beach, making it super convenient for digging in the sand and chasing the 'blue tears'. The hotel has its own kids' playground, which kept our little one entertained all afternoon. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries that the kids loved. The front desk staff were really friendly and even provided complimentary sand-digging tools. Plus, parking is free and there are charging stations available. Our whole family had an amazing experience – highly recommend for families with children!"

"This hotel is the closest to Longwangtou Beach. My room was on the 16th floor with a fantastic sea view, perfect for watching the sunrise and then going back to sleep. The room was recently renovated this year, so it feels newer than the Jin Yong Ya Ge hotel, and the toilet and shower are separate. Getting in and out with a car was convenient as they registered my license plate. There are many food stalls along Longfeng East Road and Xihang Road nearby, which are lively at night. I recommend 'Wula Buhuan' (a spicy food stall) and 'Pingtan Haiwei' (a seafood stall). The downsides are that breakfast was quite average, not as good as Ya Ge's, and I don't recall seeing a gym."

Environment: The hotel has several buildings, with a maximum of three units per floor, all near the sea. My room had a balcony, which was very pleasant to look at the sea, the bridge, and the waves on sunny days. Delivery options are limited; the few that do offer delivery require using JD.com. Service: Adding the front desk on WeChat resulted in a message with information about WiFi, breakfast, and driving routes – a thoughtful and natural service. Breakfast: It deserves special mention because although the selection was limited, the food was quite good, and I enjoyed it. Cleanliness: Overall, it was very good and pleasant. There was a minor leak in the sink drain, but it didn't affect the overall rating."

"This cliffside B&B, right by Longwangtou, offers direct views of the sunrise. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and odor-free, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a dry/wet separation. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively informed us about sunrise times and tidal foraging spots, and even recommended an affordable local seafood restaurant. Sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the waves crash against the rocks below the cliff, with a gentle and healing evening breeze, it's perfect whether you're here for the sunrise or just to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"Personally feel that the overall health of the hotel will be better than the hotel. After adding WeChat, the staff will take the initiative to send us a travel guide. If there is no marketing, it will be a separate guide. The laundry room machine is full, you can put the clothes in the basket next to it, write a note, and the staff will help to put them in when they are free. The hair dryer is new, with hot air, cold air, and warm air. It is not an old-fashioned hair dryer. I stayed for two days. The overall feeling is not bad and the price/performance ratio is OK. But not for perfectionists."

"Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at."
