The room was very spacious with new facilities, and the bathroom was divided into three areas, which was very convenient. "The butler was incredibly thoughtful and friendly, and the hotel environment was excellent. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels due to my neurasthenia, but the bedding here was superb, and the buckwheat pillow was very comfortable, so I slept really well. I even got to see the sunrise in the morning, right outside my door. After watching it, I had breakfast and went back to my room for another nap – it was so relaxing. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Everyone, from the butler to the aunties in the restaurant, was very friendly. My stay here was a perfect experience."

"I made the right choice to stay at this B&B in Pingtan to enjoy the sea. The experience was truly wonderful! 👍 Newly opened in the second half of last year, the overall cleanliness and sanitation are excellent. The beach is just a short walk away, and its location near the 68 Nautical Mile 68 Town makes it convenient for dining and shopping. Fisherman's Wharf is right outside, and there are always locals fishing and chatting, though I couldn't understand the local dialect at all. 😬
When I checked in, the host upgraded me to a sea view room because there were fewer guests. The large floor-to-ceiling windows afforded a truly stunning view of the sea. They also provided a full set of beach tools and slippers for free. The service was also very friendly, offering recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, as well as reliable contacts for electric bike rentals and water activities.

The surrounding environment of the homestay is relatively poor, it feels like a rural one, but after entering the yard, the inside is still clean, that is, there is a smell of dung in the air, I don't know if there is fertilizer around.
Breakfast is provided in the nine palaces, the variety is relatively rich, the taste is OK, but there may be no insulation tools, basically cold. "Before check-in, I contacted the front desk staff to help arrange a room with a larger space. When I arrived at the store, the staff arranged a large room. Very good. The front desk staff was warm. The room was clean and tidy. It was very close to the Dragon King. If you watch the sunrise, you don’t have to get up early hahahaha. Hahahahaha this is the third time I have come to Pingtan. "This stay at the seaside guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it! The room had a fantastic view, a private courtyard, and was spotless, stylishly and warmly decorated with attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful night's sleep.
The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and responding promptly to any questions. It made me feel right at home. The common areas were clean and tidy, perfect for taking photos. The surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant, and its proximity to the beach made it easy to stroll and enjoy the sea view. They even included a complimentary dog-petting experience – the puppies were so cute!
Overall, it's excellent value for money, perfect for a relaxing vacation or a photo op. Beautiful environment, great service, and a comfortable stay – it was a truly perfect seaside guesthouse experience. "This time Pingtan's homestay is really a surprise! I originally booked it with the mentality of trying it out. After all, it is the cheapest in this piece. I feel quite bottomless. I am afraid that the conditions will be average if I spend less money.
As a result, I was completely relieved when I entered. This is definitely the latest and best one in the surrounding area. It just opened at the beginning of this year. The decoration is all new, clean and comfortable. Compared with the old houses that have lived for two or three years next to it, it is simply a victory.
More outrageous is the location, the sea view is particularly good, you can see the sea blowing while lying on the bed, and the experience is directly full. Other homes around have to sell for more than 1,000 nights, or old decoration, this price is so close to the people, the conditions are the best, the price is really amazing, and the big things are done with less money!

"It is a very warm homestay! From the boss to the staff, they are all very enthusiastic! The weather suddenly turned sunny the next day and it was very beautiful! It is really a great place to watch the sunset! The room is clean and hygienic, just next to Changjiangao Beach, very close to the beach, and there are many food nearby! The recommended restaurant is also good, the taste is suitable, the breakfast is delicious, the porridge is well cooked, and it is worth coming again on a sunny day in summer!

"Traveling to Pingtan with my dog, it was quite challenging to find a satisfactory B&B. The moment I saw this place online, I absolutely loved it, especially the courtyard. The owner also has a Border Collie sister, and I have to say, the B&B's design style really resonated with me. You can even see Mirror Sand's famous 'influencer hotel' right from your bed – it's so comfortable. The bedding was super comfy, especially the pillows. For someone like me who's used to sleeping on latex pillows, those regular soft ones just don't cut it. All the snacks were from Sam's Club, which shows great attention to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pingtan, and parking is available right outside."

GGuest UserThe city ludied on the weekend and came to Pingtan again. Unintentionally dug treasure homestay - small south wind. The whole yard is a lazy South Law tone! The courtyard is straight to a super healing blue bay. The windmills in the distance wandered, the fishing boats were slow, and the clouds were cloud-sustained. The time was automatically adjusted to 0.5 double speed here.
More surprising is that the bread kiln in the yard is not a display. The host of the hotel, Sister Na, is actually a French blue ribbon chef. The sour bread baked by Sister Na is really amazing. It is the kind of simple but more chewy bread that our family likes. The sourdough natural yeast bread has no industrial flavor. Some are the simplicity of deep regression to nature. This is the charm and flavor of time precipitation.
All the time I spent on the weekend was dedicated to this attitude homestay, as well as the two cute dogs in the homestay. The picture of swinging with the dog (potato) is really quiet and worry-free.

GGuest UserFrom the moment I inquired about the reservation over the phone, the butler actively introduced the local tourist routes. After arriving at the place, I was not disappointed. The scenery was great and the sanitary facilities were also nice👍! A small incident happened on the way. As the local electric vehicles are well developed, after chasing the blue tears that night, when we were still 1.9 kilometers away from the homestay, the electric vehicle ran out of power. I had no choice but to contact Zhang Guanjia at 12 o'clock in the night. Zhang Guanjia was very responsible and found a car to find us on the deserted roundabout road. Thank you very much🙏 for making me feel unprecedented safety. Thank you again for Zhang Guanjia's attentiveness to the guests, which made my travel during the May Day holiday feel more comfortable❤️

Our family of three, along with our daughter, slept very comfortably. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice large yard. The owner, a young man, helped with our luggage and gave us delicious 🍉. We came to Pingtan to chase blue tears, and the owner even reminded us where they appeared. We were very lucky to have caught them.

It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room.
2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.
4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room.
5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. GGuest UserThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

The B&B is located in Beiwang, between Jingsha and Changjiangao, which is just right for us. It is also close to the beach and you can go to the beach in less than ten minutes by riding an electric scooter.
The room was clean and consistent with the pictures provided. The boss is very nice and gave us a lot of travel suggestions. Pingtan beach is beautiful, the homestay is also beautiful, the boss has a cat, I will definitely come again next time:)
