"The hotel's location is ideal, right on the pedestrian street, making it convenient for dining. There's also a night market nearby. Nearby are restaurants, barbecue stalls, and even mahjong huts. It's a truly homely place. Our twin rooms were on either side, but the hotel's entire row of residential buildings, with the hotel in the middle, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We stayed there for two nights. The only downside was that the two families next door were incredibly noisy that weekend. Their room door was open, they were talking loudly, and their children were running around, which was a real nuisance for a light sleeper. Everything else was excellent: the front desk was attentive, the room was spotless, and the staff were attentive, providing plenty of water. I also highly recommend their delicious pancakes for breakfast, with dried shrimp and chives, which are healthy and delicious."

The disposable toothbrushes and slippers were of average quality. I'm not sure if the towels were reused; they weren't in disposable bags.
Breakfast was from 7 am to 11 am, and included fried rice, fried rice noodles, soy milk, white porridge, millet porridge, white fungus soup, small steamed buns, fried dough sticks, sweet potatoes, corn, pickled vegetables, shumai⌠Since I didn't know what to eat for breakfast, the hotel including breakfast was a good deal."

We arrived in Pingtan around 8 or 9 pm. The hotel service was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. They helped with our luggage and assisted with check-in. The staff were very kind and gentle! The room was cozy and decorated with toys for children. The placement of these magnetic building blocks was brilliant; I didn't recognize them as toys at first, but my child picked them up and realized they were building blocks! The hotel's location is also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The soundproofing is excellent. Highly recommended! Absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely come back next time.

I took my child out during the Spring Festival break; this was the second stop on our road trip. The address was clear, parking was convenient, and there were two charging stations at the entrance, presumably for slow charging, but I didn't try them out and am not entirely sure.
The room was as pictured, and the cleanliness was much better than other guesthouses in Xiapu. The environment was nice, located in the middle of various popular attractions.
During the nights we stayed, the weather changed drastically with strong winds and heavy rain, so we couldn't sit in the mini courtyard that came with the room. On a sunny day, it would be nice to have a tea party and admire the moon. The room was indeed quite small, with no extra space, mainly because there wasn't enough room to unfold our suitcases. After showering, the whole room was quite humid, and we kept the exhaust fan running, but it was too noisy to keep it on while sleeping. There were no windows, and leaving the courtyard gate open seemed inappropriate, as there was construction going on next door. The room was located under the stairs, and people started using the washing machine around 6 AM, which was very noisy. I suggest moving the washing machine to a different location. Some guests were constantly going up and down the stairs; were they trying to wear down the stairs? It was like an earthquake, which was very annoying. Then, the sink faucet in the room seemed a bit too high, causing water to splash. The young landlady, though I didn't have much direct contact with her, seemed quite approachable through WeChat, answering all my questions and proactively offering recommendations for various activities and restaurants. The fact that they deliver food to the accommodation was a nice touch. Another highlight was the walk to the beach; despite the strong winds and heavy rain those days, it didn't stop us from going to the beach to stroll on the sand. At low tide, you can collect seashells, but since there's no mudflat, we couldn't go beachcombing. The road in front could be improved; adding an asphalt path would greatly enhance the experience đ I've rambled on a bit, but this is my honest impression!

Outstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot.
The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect!
The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

The hotel that I accidentally brushed was not as good as the action and went the next day. Because I set the hotel to study what to play, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic to recommend me various intimate suggestions for the surrounding attractions. In fact, compared to the surrounding Internet celebrity attractions, I feel the most comfortable is that I donât go anywhere in the hotel. You can see the sea and windmills when you lie on the bed. The most surprising thing is the craftsmanship of the aunt. The vegetables are grown by the aunt and uncle. The craftsmanship of the aunt is really good. I ate an extra bowl of rice every meal, and the price of the dishes is enough. We went and walked, all people ran out to pick us up, and will come back.

1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. 2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people.
3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie.

The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient.
It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. The off-season in Pingtan was fantastic! The owner was very helpful, contacting us in advance and keeping track of our arrival. Located in a secluded spot in the county town, they promptly greeted and guided us to our accommodation. The service was excellent. The inn was artistic and quiet, with very comfortable rooms, separate wet and dry areas, and good soundproofing. There were drinks at the reception on the first floor, and a terrace on the second floor where you could dry clothes and enjoy tea â so pleasant! My room near the stairs had poor WiFi, but they promptly offered to change rooms. The efficiency and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

Really deserves five-star praise! ! (And the key point is that the price of off-peak travel is very cost-effective haha) The B&B is easy to find. It is basically at the entrance of the village. The sign on the roof is large and easy to see. The entrance of the B&B faces the sea, and the scenery is very good on a sunny day. It is very comfortable to sit on the lounge chair and bask in the sun. The coffee made by the boss (probably the boss, haha, he is the guy at the front desk anyway) tastes very good! (Itâs really good. My boyfriend, who is a barista, also thinks it tastes good.) When I told him on WeChat that I wanted to get some ice cream, the boss misunderstood me at first. I didnât even tell him when I got it, so I thought Iâd forget it and just drink it. Then after a while, he realized that he had made a mistake and asked me to make a new cup for me. He was still very happy! Then on the first day we came here, he recommended Blue Tears Chasing Group to us. When we went to catch the sea the next day, they lent us the tools to catch the sea and said we could borrow them at will. The people are really nice and enthusiastic~ (Oh, I love the B&B as we walk down to the beach. Itâs a stone beach suitable for catching the sea. We were lucky enough to dig up a sea urchin and starfish~) We finally saw Blue Tears thanks to the bossâs real-time broadcast in the tear-chasing group, hahaha. Although the amount was not big during the two days we went there, it was still beautiful. I'm satisfied when I arrive~
