The front desk lady came downstairs to help guide me to a parking spot. She upgraded my room since I requested a quiet one. It's a smart room, and the bedding is really comfortable. Wi-Fi is available. The room is spacious. The lady also helped me with my luggage and was very friendly and always smiling.

Outstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot. The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect! The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

帶兩個娃訂了親子套房，真的太香了。房間很大，孩子有自己的小床和玩具，不會跑來擠我們。民宿離海邊超近，早上睡醒拎着沙灘桶就走過去挖沙，孩子玩瘋了都不想回來。院子裏還有滑梯和打卡區，一草一木都很精緻，大人拍照孩子玩，各不耽誤。房間乾乾淨淨的，床品舒服，晚上也不吵。管家服務很貼心，早餐給孩子做了軟軟的小糕點和熱牛奶，吃得特別開心。下次親子游還訂這家，強烈推薦給帶娃的家庭

I took my child out during the Spring Festival break; this was the second stop on our road trip. The address was clear, parking was convenient, and there were two charging stations at the entrance, presumably for slow charging, but I didn't try them out and am not entirely sure. The room was as pictured, and the cleanliness was much better than other guesthouses in Xiapu. The environment was nice, located in the middle of various popular attractions. During the nights we stayed, the weather changed drastically with strong winds and heavy rain, so we couldn't sit in the mini courtyard that came with the room. On a sunny day, it would be nice to have a tea party and admire the moon. The room was indeed quite small, with no extra space, mainly because there wasn't enough room to unfold our suitcases. After showering, the whole room was quite humid, and we kept the exhaust fan running, but it was too noisy to keep it on while sleeping. There were no windows, and leaving the courtyard gate open seemed inappropriate, as there was construction going on next door. The room was located under the stairs, and people started using the washing machine around 6 AM, which was very noisy. I suggest moving the washing machine to a different location. Some guests were constantly going up and down the stairs; were they trying to wear down the stairs? It was like an earthquake, which was very annoying. Then, the sink faucet in the room seemed a bit too high, causing water to splash. The young landlady, though I didn't have much direct contact with her, seemed quite approachable through WeChat, answering all my questions and proactively offering recommendations for various activities and restaurants. The fact that they deliver food to the accommodation was a nice touch. Another highlight was the walk to the beach; despite the strong winds and heavy rain those days, it didn't stop us from going to the beach to stroll on the sand. At low tide, you can collect seashells, but since there's no mudflat, we couldn't go beachcombing. The road in front could be improved; adding an asphalt path would greatly enhance the experience 😂 I've rambled on a bit, but this is my honest impression!

It is a very warm homestay! From the boss to the staff, they are all very enthusiastic! The weather suddenly turned sunny the next day and it was very beautiful! It is really a great place to watch the sunset! The room is clean and hygienic, just next to Changjiangao Beach, very close to the beach, and there are many food nearby! The recommended restaurant is also good, the taste is suitable, the breakfast is delicious, the porridge is well cooked, and it is worth coming again on a sunny day in summer! 1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room. 2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people. 3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie. 4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room. 5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

The first time I came to Pingtan, I was attracted by the environment of this homestay. I felt that the owner of the homestay was very attentive to this small space. There is hot water, coffee machine at the front desk, and a small study room. Opposite the kitchen, the inside is well organized, the tableware is everything, and there is a restaurant. There are drying racks, pools, and open-air dining tables upstairs. The experience is too strong. The room was clean and the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, which was great. (Not enough to boast, the number of words is limited~ I can say so much)

It is highly recommended for families traveling with children. The environment is very good, and every place is very photogenic. It is very close to the beach, only one minute's walk to the beach, with a swimming pool, and tools for catching seafood are also provided. You can also cook. The beach is like an independent beach, with few people and very quiet. It is best to drive by yourself. It may not be very convenient to take a taxi here. It is very suitable for people who like to roam. It is a little distance from the county town, but it only takes more than ten minutes to drive to Tannan Bay. Tannan Bay is really worth going. It is too beautiful, and there are many delicious foods nearby. We basically ate in the county town or near Tanlan Bay. The boss was very nice and enthusiastic. He answered all questions. The stay was quite pleasant. The only dissatisfaction was that the boss recommended two seafood restaurants nearby, which were really not delicious 😭. The rest of the county town delicacies we went to by ourselves, the fat woman and fat boy food stalls, Li Ji seafood porridge, and the station night market are worth eating hahaha

It was a very satisfying experience. Although there was nothing to do as a result of Typhoon Shantol, the only activity was to climb to the top of the mountain observation deck with my parents, but we were almost blown away by the typhoon. But the B&B is really impeccable, the food is delicious, the rooms are great, and the service is beyond praise. If I have the chance to come to Pingtan again, I will undoubtedly choose his place first.

I didn’t even tell him when I got it, so I thought I’d forget it and just drink it. Then after a while, he realized that he had made a mistake and asked me to make a new cup for me. He was still very happy! Then on the first day we came here, he recommended Blue Tears Chasing Group to us. When we went to catch the sea the next day, they lent us the tools to catch the sea and said we could borrow them at will. The people are really nice and enthusiastic~ (Oh, I love the B&B as we walk down to the beach. It’s a stone beach suitable for catching the sea. We were lucky enough to dig up a sea urchin and starfish~) We finally saw Blue Tears thanks to the boss’s real-time broadcast in the tear-chasing group, hahaha.
